@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Part 2 @O2 I can provide a map illustrating all the areas I know of that are horrendous for signal if you like. As I was driving my customer around trying to find signal I past an other driver with is arm stuck out the window trying to do the same….. #technology @BBCNWT

@O2 thought I’d message on here rather then receive the same automated replies I get in messenger that are no help. Your signal around Southport is horrendous. Especially in the town centre, which is baffling. I’ve lost out on near £20 in fares in the last hour alone… @BBCNWT

@O2 get to your lewisham store at 1530, they say they’re short staff come back at 1645, I do and have been standing outside till now, 1705, at least have the decency to update me when you’ve passed me going back in- just rude!!!
