Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Who would have thought is was so hard to speak to someone at @O2 uk about topping up a phone for my mother who was taken to hospital last night. I’ve had agents hang up as soon as I mentioned the poor service I’m approaching nearly 2 hours of trying now.

New O2 scam - someone calls you claiming to be from O2, offering you a discount. They then send you a code via text and want you to tell them what this is. The text you receive prior to receiving the code advises you to hang up as this is a scam. @O2
