    @O2 can someone explain why the signal is still useless in the ST6 area? I left O2 this year because of this but still have my partner and 4 family member's stuck on O2! Signal checker says no problems? It's been terrible for months 😡

    @O2 Sitting here at Costa enjoying a latte. Not enjoying the Internet connection that is utterly rubbish as always. It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

    @TheO2 I wouldn’t attend any venue associated with this **** network @o2 the reason they are able to sponsor you is because of revenue and theft from illegally withholding funds from customers like myself and failure to meet their own complaint timescales @TelefonicaUK

    @O2 your website says everything is fine, but serious constant issues in PE28. Calls awful, signal drops alot, constantly spending phone calls saying ‘can you hear me now?’ There is no reason for anything but full, 4G signal anywhere in this day and age. Please investigate.

    @O2 what can I say absolutely shocking service since 13:45 today I have have been on the phone off and on for nearly four hours trying to sort out a simple Apple Watch data plan issue and continually keep being transferred from one person to another.

    @MarkEvansO2 @o2 Been having issues with my phone since 2019 and noting is being done about it! Never had a manager call me like I have requested since 2019! Gemma Williams is handling the case and she is USELESS and a LIER! Please sort this out!
