Avoid @O2 like the plague. Just had to fork out over £100 for a SIM I never received and never used, after hours of phone calls when I constantly asked them to cancel it as I never received it. I know I could argue it but the amount keeps going up and they just keep saying I owe it. Their pay as you go unit are bullies and just keep adding on amounts until you pay them off, if you are like me and not brave enough to take them to court. I asked them to cancel it after the SIM didn't arrive and the cost of the SIM was £11, the rest has been added on because I didn't pay for a SIM I never received!

Why do I never have internet when I’m not on WiFi @O2 ? Since buying my new iPhone (16) service has been beyond shocking. 5G usually connects for a few seconds before dipping out, I end up with 3G if I’m lucky (which obviously doesn’t work at all). Really need to change provider

@O2 .. Its such a waste of time and money paying for a service when you can't use #Wifi #Data or make phone calls from home,work, allotment or anywhere else .. it's so bloody annoying .Don't want to change network because I've been O2 for years but won't have a choice soon .
