@O2 Sitting here at Costa enjoying a latte. Not enjoying the Internet connection that is utterly rubbish as always. It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

@TheO2 I wouldn’t attend any venue associated with this **** network @o2 the reason they are able to sponsor you is because of revenue and theft from illegally withholding funds from customers like myself and failure to meet their own complaint timescales @TelefonicaUK

Absolutely disgusted with @O2 unknowingly set up a second mobile account that was never requested- the 1st mobile account that was included in virgin media broadband package has been fully paid every month, and yet they’ve sent us to Lowell for the fraudulent one not being paid!

@O2 Your coverage is terrible. For months now I’ve been unable to connect to 4 or even 3G despite having the symbol up to say it’s there. You just say your masts are being repaired or to use wifi. Basically got a landline.
