Richie Knight (@richiechuff) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@TheO2 I wouldn’t attend any venue associated with this **** network @o2 the reason they are able to sponsor you is because of revenue and theft from illegally withholding funds from customers like myself and failure to meet their own complaint timescales @TelefonicaUK

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Will McGugan (@willmcgugan) reportedSo @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
-
Tina (@6littlecherubs) reported@kokeshimum @O2 02 is good in my house but outside it’***** and miss. EE is non existent in my house but great outside. Hubby is Vodafone and from what I know he has no issues at all.
-
Amy (@AJosephine_xoxo) reportedOne reason I miss working for @O2 which i never thought till now is when samsung release new tech, cos I loved seeing it first!!!
-
millie (@overgrownmillie) reported@O2 tell me how I'm supposed to make an online claim about my stolen iPhone when every time I try and use the link it comes up with error 401 unauthorised. What is my £15 a month actually doing if I can't access this ****?????
-
PLODDY 🐷 (@ClimateScammers) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I left O2 after ten years because it turned to ****. They made it as hard as they possibly could to leave which just served to anger me more. I switched to 3 network (two years) £21.50 pm unlimited it's perfect.
-
Lil_Missy (@Introvert_Head) reportedApparently there's an issue where I live with a mast and I've got no signal. When is this likely to be fixed?? @O2
-
claire audley (@dapsy7) reported@O2 trying to buy something from your shop, get to payment page and it tells me u are having issues and to call a no, only the number it tells u to call is to talk about your phone acc, btw, your app is hard work since u merged with virgin,
-
These days (@_junal) reported@kokeshimum @O2 The government told all the operators to remove Chinese components from masts due to spying fears. Replaced with substandard equipment. Not down to operators it's due to government interference.
-
Brexit Refugee (@Brexit_Refugee) reported@kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.
-
Lewny (@Lewnytune) reported@O2 I have done all of those steps. Once again this week the signal just keeps dropping. Everyone I know on O2 in the area is having same issue
