    @TheO2 I wouldn’t attend any venue associated with this **** network @o2 the reason they are able to sponsor you is because of revenue and theft from illegally withholding funds from customers like myself and failure to meet their own complaint timescales @TelefonicaUK

    @O2 Sitting here at Costa enjoying a latte. Not enjoying the Internet connection that is utterly rubbish as always. It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

    @O2 POOR service from O2 cut service on daughters phone cos I paid her airtime and device bill and the advisor paid off both amounts on airtime bill leaving device plan unpaid so they cut her off and she couldn't ring home NOT HAPPY bad service & poor response 24 hrs to correct

    @O2 So, I assume there's no possible fix for the mast that's been down in ormskirk all day? The only way to contact my partner who is ill is via mobile phone and yet I can't call or text them. Sort this out urgently ! It's a joke when there's 3 masts here apparently
