It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
