@O2 I am disgusted in your customer service. I contacted you in regards to an extreamly bent iPad Pro 2018 that I’ve had for 2 months. Been to 2 Apple shops and 2 O2 shop and contacted your customer complaints to be told there is nothing you can do except send it in for repair(1)

@O2 I hope you can help. I’ve returned from France and noticed I called home twice and O2 arechanrging me for those calls. I’ve O2 travel in my tariff. I thought calls inside the eu were taken from my allowance (unlimited calls)

@O2 Unfortunately not sorted yet. The swap was due to happen today but the driver didn’t reach her. Now planned for tomorrow. No mention of compensation for 5 weeks without service and cost of temporary phone. This is not what we should expect from a provider such as o2

Honestly @O2 have made blood boil I got 4 letters in post demanding final payment. And have been told on phone these are friendly reminders. I’ve never missed a bludy payment and paid early than the payment date to pay by awful awful company I can’t wait to get rid of!

@O2 Better half logged in to website to pay bill, username and pass not recognised. #O2 had set an email up as new username, so logged in with that... password not recognised, had to be reset after code to phone. Tried my account today, same problems. Using site 7 years, no issues.
