    @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

    @O2 I have been into my local branch who have looked into this and was told ‘it does seem a bit much... you just need to pay’. Very unhelpful customer service im afraid to say

    @O2 @darklilly1604 App used to work. Now you have to validate you login with virgin which I assume many people have done, it work once, then you trying opening it again and you have to go through the validation process all over again. The worst process ever. Ditch the app. At least Priority works

    @O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

    @O2 How? The app has literally been down since 8 this morning so how? It was working for me until then and kicked me@out. I’ve been trying to get back in ever since and now the tickets are all over the resale sites at a ridiculous price. Disgraceful.

    @O2 Apparently the helix case that has been sat with back office not been worked on - the complaints team have advised it will be deadlock if not actioned. They do not understand why this hasn’t been sorted and can’t provide a response to when. Disaster, 20years a customer

    @TamerUK_ @O2 I had to have a new 5g sim as the mast issue wasnt letting the phone work for 6 weeks put the 5g Sim card in the phone is now working thank you @O2 for diverting me to facebook customer service the phone is now working after 6 weeks of not recieve calls or texts or outward calls.

    @O2 @AdamTakacs13 Adam. You have 30 days to leave O2 & move networks. You do still have to keep paying for the phone. Just get a new phone on a new network and sell your current phone and use that to pay it off. I changed last night and moved to Voda. You can take your number too.

    @_ItsTitch @O2 Absolute shite horse company. Customer service is shocking to say the least. And to top it all off you get scammed by one of the operators!!! That’s why I ported my numbers out and left. Got a better deal and English speaking operators

    @KatiePaine5 @O2 I got an email from them yesterday regarding this change. You can cancel your airtime within 30 days when they inform you of this change. So I called and got my PAC number. Surprisingly it took only 5 minutes to do this. You do still have to keep paying for the phone.
