Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

I tried logging in on different phones and on laptop and just had the same issue every time - looping back to the login page instead of letting me log in.
