O2 Issues Reports Near Rowley Regis, England
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Rowley Regis and nearby locations:
-
Phil Tonks (@PhilTonks2) reported from Dudley, England@O2 Just runs very slow, if at all. Advised in the past to change settings in phone to use 3G but it's hardly practical to keep doing this. 4G+ in the City Centre just seems overloaded much of the time. Other half on Vodafone no issues at all. Very frustrating.
-
Gracie xo (@gracielou_xx) reported from Swindon, EnglandI also had the young lad on the call say “if I cancel any of your charges today I was told my job would be effected” disgusting @O2 - instead of gas lighting your clients and threatening your staff, perhaps get a member of management to actually do their job and HELP!?
-
Conor (@conorcole) reported from Birmingham, England@O2 Your call centre operatives are rude & your information is misleading. I’ll be paying this device off then switching my network ✨
-
Chris Sammons (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain
-
SAB Photography (@sabphotos69) reported from Woodside, England@simonmaroulis @O2 @ThreeUK The mast near me. Hasn’t worked in now 19months. I understand dead spots, but I struggle to get a 4g signal anywhere. Utterly ridiculous.
-
Lysander 🦆 (@Lysander_16) reported from Wednesfield, EnglandHey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?
-
PongoVilla (@PongoVilla) reported from Birmingham, EnglandWhy has #o2 gone crap since they merged with #Virgin time to move @o2
-
Claire B🐈⬛🐈⬛ (@KittykatClaire) reported from Willenhall, EnglandI'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell
-
Claire B🐈⬛🐈⬛ (@KittykatClaire) reported from Willenhall, EnglandThat, @O2 had better coverage now I'm left with all this extra stress when I'm out because my mobile doesn't work when using @O2 network.... Its not my mobile either. I have a Samsung s20.....
-
Hooty McOwlface (@Cheadle) reported from Birmingham, England@whatphilsaid @O2 It’s horrendous. Who would have thought the network could actually get worse as technology improves

-
Tom Bradshaw (@_tombradshaw) reported from Birmingham, England@EnglandRugby @SixNationsRugby @O2 Hate seeing Marchant out the 23, feels like he never gets a run of games… but a strong team, and a hell of a bench!

Chris Sammons #StayHomeSaveLives (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England@rachaelxspragg @O2 My update was via Email - BECAUSE I HAVEN’T SIGNAL SINCE MARCH 3RD 😂
-
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England@O2 can you stop advising people to "reset network settings" when your network has problems. This didn't fix the problem with your network and unfortunately wipes out all WiFi and Bluetooth settings, which then need manually setting up again. Not good advice at all.
-
✨Becky Higgins✨ (@ppmbecky) reported from Walsall Wood, England@O2 great service from Sarah and Matt in the Walsall store this morning..... #customerservice #asset toteam #safariissuesorted #qustodiotheproblem

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Carl Eardley (@CarlEardley2) reported@O2 @MarQusRomelle The app is dreadful. I’m trying to pay this morning and it’s horrible. I didn’t realise apps could be built this poorly in 2026…
-
Hugo Michiels (@hugomichaels) reportedYou know @O2 ,Ever since your network upgrade a few weeks ago in the Brighton area my signal has been far worse than it’s ever been. Should gave left it alone as it was working before. #itwasnotbroken #nothappy
-
Lou Mc (@LouiseM30692137) reportedPicture the scene. It's 2026. You live in a thriving city. And yet you have sh*t mobile phone signal because @O2 can't get their act together #couldntmakeitup #bettersignalinthecountryside
-
Ryan Taylor (@LaticsRyan95) reported@Worly82 @O2 I was on o2 for 10 years when they changed all the masts because of the chinese spying, they went crap exactly what your having. O2 shop told me vodaphone own the masts this side of the Pennines and everyone piggy backs of them and o2 own them on the other side.
-
Hugo Michiels (@hugomichaels) reported@O2 No. I did check that as well to start. For some reason since the upgrade the signal is really bad
-
KevyD (@askthedood) reportedSeems @O2 you’ve broken the fairly ok ish My O2 app as the poorly integrated webpage integration when you go to make a payment, rather than built in as before, isn’t working properly. It doesn’t link multiple accounts to outstanding balance (still) and Apple Pay doesn’t work.
-
Scott Saunders (@s7saunders) reported@O2 Yes checked , there is really poor signal in lists of places locally at the minute and it’s now just my phone . The major issue is the work location and then the drive in between when it’s almost unusable
-
Keighley West (@KeighleyWest) reported@MrZacJamesB @O2 I’m having the same problem and now my services have been restricted due to no payment!!
-
Ghost (@GhostedYouB) reportedFIX YOUR **** ***** @O2
-
MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported@O2 Thanks for your response. There are many customers who’ve complained about these same issues with the app since it’s been updated; a quick scroll through this topic shows numerous responses from yourselves to them. I ended up having to use a desktop and pay with PayPal.
