We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. The phone shows signal, but data traffic is effectively zero. I’ve tested the other three UK networks in the same locations and they all work perfectly. What exactly is wrong with your service?
