@O2 why does the local B90 4AJ mast go faulty EVERY week. 6 weeks in a row now, we get no service until it is repaired. You need better repair engineers as their repairs do not even last a week!!!

Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

@rhianna_joseph @WalkinshawAlex @O2 Thank you. I did all that with the bereavement team, even told them the last call and text she made, still didn’t care. Only cared after the CEO was contacted. The money wasn’t the real issue it was ‘but it’s a 2 year contract there are penalties if you close early’
