@O2 ok...this is ridiculous. My son is desperately trying to unlock his phone from o2 so he can use 3 network. Nobody is available from o2. Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

@O2 my son has changed network provider from o2 to ee. Waiting 5 days now for tel no to be transferred. Unable to get thru and no response to messages. Its crucial he has a working phone especially at this time. Shameful customer service.....

Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

@O2 20+ year loyal customer lost today. I sent my 5 month old phone back for repair as there was a fault with it only to be told that, whatever the issue is (still haven't been told), is not covered by warranty. Not good enough. Time to look for a new provider

@O2 Had roaming off and flight mode. Was in Jamica. I’ve raised a complaint now. I’m sure simple answer but the chat took over an hour to be then be told “all 4 phones must have come off wifi” made me more annoyed, hence complaint.
