Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

Attempt to upgrade @virginmedia service today - no ability to self serve, spend an hour talking with chat, finally just gave up and got what I needed for 1/3rd the price and no contract via @NOWTV_It. If this is what it’s going to be like with @O2 merger I’m out there too.

@virginmedia @O2 Over the last couple of weeks I've seen a big increase in Internet cutouts and I'm not sure whether it's the service or my hub. When it does drop, the hub does seem to behave like I've just rebooted it. Is there a way to check if the hub is faulty and needs replacing?
