@O2 really disappointed with the service I’m getting from O2. Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. If you need a new provider - Avoid O2

I also had the young lad on the call say “if I cancel any of your charges today I was told my job would be effected” disgusting @O2 - instead of gas lighting your clients and threatening your staff, perhaps get a member of management to actually do their job and HELP!?

Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

@JasonPh08704902 @O2 The customer service on this issue has been appalling! The link hasn’t worked at all since they sent out emails offering Disney+ as a free extra. Keep changing the reasons why it’s not working and just tell people to keep trying. Why not give people a timeframe??

@MaRaineyBlues @O2 Go on live chat or ring up and they’ll offer you compensation. Yes they can’t guarantee a fault free service however you are eligible for compensation if you’ve had no service or a degraded service due to a network issue. I know this as customer service… (1/2)

@uberwatch @O2 I have had the same issue for the past 3 days. Spoken with customer services who basically said it is Disney's problem. Strange how it's o2 website. Latest I got today was that the problem has been escalated ! Whoopy doo let's all rest easy knowing it's been escalated.

@O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help
