My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Didn’t want to leave but it just got to the point where it was regularly unusable on my travels. I’m now using a MVNO which uses EE and it’s just so much better for half the price too.

I explained again my mum has dementia to be told will need power of attorney. Your staff are so insensitive at such a difficult traumatic time.
