Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.

Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
