  Been subjected to the worst episode of customer service I’ve know with @O2 5 calls, inconsistent advice each time. Most ironic thing is that the hold music, apart from being shite, sounds like it’s being played under water and is turned up to 11. It’s a phone company. Jeez.

  @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

  Wanted to get the new IPhone 11, as I’m well over my upgrade time with @O2 but again it’s far cheaper to get a new contract or go with EE then upgrade. I’ll never understand why companies don’t give loyal customers (been with them since o2 started) a better or same deal.

  @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.
