@O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

@O2 hi - my wife has been trying to resolve issue with SMS settings - have disappeared yet again. Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

Just got a sweet deal from @O2 in Germany. My phone contract was about to end, so O2 customer service told me to cancel the contract now and tell them I was "leaving". Since they don't want to lose any customers, they offered me a much cheaper contract! Result!

@O2 Please help! I ordered an upgrade via Click and Collect. DHL website say they have collected, it’s at the depot and is delayed. Called them and they say they don’t have the parcel. You then send me a message sayings it’s arrived at the store. It hasn’t! In a loop. Please sort
