    So to be straight: because @O2 have been terrible for over a year, I can’t refresh my phone until after I get back from my Christmas trip! You’re very VERY quickly losing a customer here and I’ve been with o2 for nearly 15 years.

    @O2 Hey i wounded if you can help me I have a contact with o2 but I was unable to pay my bill last month I spoke to you on fone and told you I would pay you on 14th of January as I was in hospital but I’ve only got today and when I’ve went to pay it I can’t my fone now completely off

    @O2 hi - my wife has been trying to resolve issue with SMS settings - have disappeared yet again. Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

    @WilliamNB @giffgaff @O2 Have you asked for a different SIM? Otherwise I'd be tempted to switch as there is so much more competition now. I don't like poor service.

    @O2 can someone please give me a response to a query, I have had an automated reply in dm which not helpful in anyway. I have tried my o2 app and it doesn’t help. I have also tried ringing o2 just keep getting cut off.

    @O2 Got a call bar today. Absolutely shoddy customer service. Also I've waited a minimum of 20 minutes to speak to your alleged customer service agents who appear to be utterly inept to make a simple change.

    @O2 I was spammed. Then defrauded. Went to O2 shop and reported issue. Told Fraud Dept would contact within 2 days. Three further calls to O2 (2O2) and one month later still no Fraud contact and no resolution. Today notice to take another payment. @O2 any chance of sorting?

    @O2 so… appalling service, no signal abroad, no signal at home… thought I might try to refresh my phone but it turns out that I can’t because last year there was a delay in getting my phone to me so my usual refresh date in October has been pushed back til November!

    This! I recently added @O2 satellite for £3 a month extra. Meant to kick in outdoors when signal drops. Literally have never connected to it or seen a difference!

    @GitGrumpygit @LUDENClassics @O2 Amazed to hear that!!! In the South East, it's shocking!!! Motorways, Trainlines, Rural areas barely covered, if at all!!! Town centres seem to have way too little capacity so just unusable, if you get a signal!!! Not sure what sort of area O2 actually works in to be honest!!!

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    @O2 hi I cannot use priority app. It doesn't login. Says there's a problem. I tried switching network and I uninstalled the app. Still doesn't work.

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?
