Disgraceful service yet again with @O2 3 separate staff sorting refund within 7 days it’s now two weeks and guess what both call handlers HAVE NOT processed the refund 😡this is a phone was meant to have been cancelled in January but again this wasn’t done either hence refund😡

I moved my number over to @O2 and I can make calls but not receive calls? Decided to contact support chat, 2/10 customer support, and they said it could take up to 24 hours to be able to receive calls? And pressing the complaint link was a 403 forbidden link? Might move back 🙃

@KatiePaine5 @O2 I got an email from them yesterday regarding this change. You can cancel your airtime within 30 days when they inform you of this change. So I called and got my PAC number. Surprisingly it took only 5 minutes to do this. You do still have to keep paying for the phone.
