    @O2 can someone please give me a response to a query, I have had an automated reply in dm which not helpful in anyway. I have tried my o2 app and it doesn’t help. I have also tried ringing o2 just keep getting cut off.

    @O2 doorstep phone swap arranged for yesterday as sons I phone 6 days old and faulty , email confirmation saying it would be by 10.30 ! FAmily Waited in all day nothing arrived ! Tracking states phone still at depot …….. very unhappy customer 😡

    @O2 so… appalling service, no signal abroad, no signal at home… thought I might try to refresh my phone but it turns out that I can’t because last year there was a delay in getting my phone to me so my usual refresh date in October has been pushed back til November!

    Does anyone use @vodafone in the Northumberland area? Is it any good? I'm currently on @O2 but looking to switch networks as O2 are being extremely greedy with large price hikes on their already expensive network.

    My husband & I have been with @O2 for 15 years plus. Can’t believe the terrible service after using them & O2 recycle. 10 phone calls later no further forward. Kept phone & no money. Disgusting 😡

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
