@O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

@O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 Unfortunately as both phones are down she has no internet. I have managed to raise the issue via web chat. The issue seems to be that the transferral of her old number to the new phone has got stuck. I was told the issue will be passed to the tech. Dept. Do they operate on Sunday

@O2 help please cancelled contract within allowed 30 day due to charges increase on 29/6 spoke to Thomas, then got charged £51.68 26/7 so spoke to Maisie 28/7 who said refund action will receive in 3 days now 7th Aug and refund not received, how can I sort quickly please
