RE O2 Priority app issue - last time it happened, you advised it was a known issue at your end also effecting other customers. I want you to thoroughly check to see if it's a known issue at your end again.

FAmily Waited in all day nothing arrived ! Tracking states phone still at depot …….. very unhappy customer 😡
