I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

RE O2 Priority app issue - last time it happened, you advised it was a known issue at your end also effecting other customers. You’re very VERY quickly losing a customer here and I’ve been with o2 for nearly 15 years.

FAmily Waited in all day nothing arrived ! Tracking states phone still at depot …….. very unhappy customer 😡

The companies will not invest in infrastructure. You can get a better signal in the Lake District because the infrastructure supports emergencies!
