Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

@o2 I am so disappointed with your service. After upgrading in October, I was over charged £68, I was charged for Disney which should’ve been free, I was fobbed off when I queried, I requested the money owed was refunded to my bank and it’s taken off my bill. Terrible service.
