@O2 still no luck and online chat is not working either

Hmm. Decisions. Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely

The support experience with @O2 is a great example of a company I was pretty much happy with, making me want to sever ties with them over the course of less than 2 weeks. I’d suggest avoiding them if you can. Great until you need support, then BAD. Zero progress. Hours wasted.

Hey @O2, tell your support people that if they are going to call with no caller id (which I screen) they shouldn’t leave a message ‘we’ll call back in a few DAYS’ after I’ve already been without data for over a week. It will make that customer want to be an ex customer.

Matt Treasure (@mjtreasure) reported from Sherborne, England
@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

Joanne Tippett (@Joanne_Tippett) reported from Ilminster, England
Why do I manage to get texts from @O2 when I'm at work with no mobile signal, but when I need to get a verification code sent to my phone I get nothing! #annoyed #nosignal #notevenrural

Stuart Kerr (@stupot74) reported from Bradford Abbas, England
@O2 @MarkEvansO2 So your customer service calamity continues after being persuaded to stay with o2 you've now cocked up yet again....taken close to £400 and have no record of transaction. (my bank account clearly shows you've taken payment) This is just a bloody circus 🎪

@virginmedia @O2 The slowest service team I have ever experienced. It takes me an hour to speak to someone who deals with the contract cancellation service, but the ridiculous thing is that they hang up the phone........... and it happened twice in a day....

Jenna Lucey (@Jen_missbiscuit) reported
@O2 2/2 ... signal issues occur inside and outside. I have tried a number of the suggestions in the link you sent. I have tried the status checker on the my network app and it says I have no connectivity.

.@O2 signal across Falkirk is poor the past week. Any chance of bucking up your ideas ? Cheers!

@O2 Evening. Back in the day if you had a number on your account and didn’t use it for a few months it would “shut down” with it being a contracted number does that happen or only with PayG? Ta

@O2 god help us with your merger with #VirginmediaO2. If your service gets as bad as @virginmedia then I’m pulling ALL my contracts out from you. O2 have been my best network, now others are being looked at. #justsaying cos @virginmedia are the worst ever.
-
AlanT1978 (@BigAL1978) reported
@O2 You say you want to help but lets be honest as long as I keep paying the bill every month you aint interested. @O2 have clearly breached their end of the contract yet expect me to keep paying for a service I am clearly not getting

@O2 I'm not an O2 customer but as a virgin customer will you give me a good deal for a new phone when my existing contract ends in October?
-
DanDaMan (@DanDeDooDah) reported
@O2 absolutely disgusting aftercare service. Calling #Apple liars, well apparently saying that apple intentionally misled me isn’t the same as saying apple lied. Oh well back to apple

I would encourage anyone considering buying an @o2 mobile not to - 3G service 90% of the time in London and Bristol

@virginmedia @O2 Well, I dodged a bullet, there! I moved from @O2 about 2 weeks ago, after about 10 years with them. I was on a 30% discount (business customer friends and family) and still was paying double my new price and now getting 4X data. Can't believe this got past monopolies commission
