@O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

@O2 - I've taken out a contract with Virgin, along with two O2 contracts in my name - my wife received her welcome email, but I've had nothing, despite receiving two SIMs. Virgin told me to contact you, but when I've tried I've been put on hold for over an hour. Can you help?

@O2 trying to enable wifi calling because there’s a mast down in my area, but unbelievably the only way to enable it is to call you. Had no service for 3 days so that’s not going to work…

Hello @O2, 10 days ago I requested a network unlock for my wife's phone. We have spent hours on the phone this morning and other days trying to get the phone unlocked. This morning we are being told it's not been actioned and we have have to wait another 7 days. HELP!
