Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

@O2 submitted a complaint almost 6 weeks ago, chased 3 times, email, phone and Twitter and still nothing. 🥱 how NOT to look after customers. Will not be renewing my contract.
