@O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

@O2 sold a product in Speke Liverpool store for a present for someone they open it and nothing in the sealed box!! Staff tell me they won’t do anything but check their cameras for who took it out the box!!! No wonder people avoid O2! No customer service and no product!

@virginmedia @O2 I have NO handset never have done. And ALL my homes viewing is done by other means (netflix, disney+ etc) all i want is M500 broadband coupled with my O2 sim as a volt deal (which i currently have active) and it feels like im asking for the universe.

Dear @O2, I am so appalled by the service from the O2 rewardsb team as without solving the issue now several times keep closing my case. Basically back in November 2022 I bought the new Samsung z fold 4 and in the deal was £200 money back via O2 reward pure MasterCard -read 👇

@O2 how do I have a mobile contract put on hold? @AffordableMob managed to send a "brand new" mobile phone where the seal has been tampered and finger prints all over the screen. Their customer service has been 🤬 so far.
