Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

@O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

So DPD failed to deliver daughters new phone stating no one was in - attempted delivery wrong day & didn’t leave a card yet O2 have still not responded despite them “looking into it” on Monday & a complaint sent Tuesday. What’s the problem @O2?

@O2 I’ve just signed contract online and waiting for my sim to arrive. My concern is my PAC code expires on 26/01/2022 and then I will have to cancel the new O2 sim and start the process again. How long for sim to arrive
