Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

@O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

@O2 @vishalsoma1 I have also failed to redeem this perk, according to apple support the returning customers offer is only if your subscription ended more than 3 years ago, you should make this clear in your terms to save us a lot of time wasting.
