Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

Try to cancel my @virginmedia broadband at end of contract. After 23 minutes refusing all the offers I’m told that if I cancel I’ll lose my @O2 mobile number which I’ve had for 20 years and is a completely separate contract with, I thought, a different company. WTAF?

@O2 been trying to use your priorities app for half an hour but it says there is an issue and you’ve been notified…what’s going on? Selling contracts for itv the promise of rewards which then don’t exist…false advertising 😢

@O2 @Vijay_781 I think the problem is the servers can't come with the number of people accessing them at the same time. Last week I had no problem vut this I did. I think the fact is every day now and there are only 7,000 vouchers instead of 10,000 means more people trying at the same time.
