Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

@O2 I got a new phone and O2 account a few weeks ago but there is zero signal at my house. Although WiFi calls works in the house, texts doesn't. For so many things now you need a text msg to log in....banking, Amazon, NHS. The O2 service is useless for me. How do I cancel?

The incompetence of @O2 reaches new heights as the call handler disables my Sim card mid phone call. My mobile now can't make calls to resolve the problem. Quite unbelievable.
