@O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

@O2 you have been ignoring my complaint. On 20 may 2022 your colleague by her choice blocked my sim, this should be dealt as misconduct. However till date no one has responded or even apologised for this type of unacceptable behaviour.

@O2 @EnglandRugby Hi, I’m having trouble finding the tickets. You say you’ve held back 500 for priority customers but I am not seeing any. I just get directed to the same webpage that the normal tickets are released on and therefore cannot get 2 together.
