    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

    @O2 Your customer service is very poor. 60+ minutes wasted on the phone and live chat and still no resolution. Disappointed is an understatement #nocustomercare

    Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

    @O2 has anyone else been targeted by scam/spam messages & grossly over charged? Number 65333 & O2 appears to giving out mobile numbers to 3rd parties + allows this scam to happen. Pay 2x my monthly bill & looking online this a very common issue with o2 customers. #watchout #scam

    @O2 Hi I’m unable to connect to my Apple Watch. When using the watch app on my phone I choose ‘set up mobile data’ and getting code 84. I’ve tried the following: Updating network settings Check both devises are on the same WiFi Mobile data is on on the iphone Both updated
