@O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

@O2 if your staff WFH they should be able to do their jobs or there’s no point. 5 hours I’ve been trying to pay my device plan off with code generator errors and staff not being able to take payment over the phone it’s useless. Everyone else manages. Catch up or go to work

Having been an @O2 customer for twenty years, I’d no longer recommend them. Mother-in-law was widowed last month and contacted @O2 to update her payment details (no longer a joint account). @O2 ‘updated’ the account and set up a new direct debit (1/3)
