    @O2 Would not recommend O2 after what’s happened to me this weekend Absolutely fuming.Cut me off made me pay a bill that’s not due till the 18th Dec. Promise to restore my connection and over 24hrs later customers service is shut and I’m still disconnected Absolutely disgusting

    @O2 Hello, do you reply to your messages and actually help? You've yet to respond on DM, your phone lines send me in an automated loop until sending me to the app which also sends automated replies that don't help. My phone number should've changed a week ago now!

    @O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

    @O2 No it been really bad now for over a year, I am forever reporting it to our local branch (o2 north Swindon orbital) and nothing happens. The network app originally reported a problem and now it say the network is constantly saying it’s busy….

    @O2 It improves sometimes, but is generally awful. I often have to wait for What’s App messages to send, and frequently miss calls as people can’t get through. It’s not my phone - new iPhone 12.
