@O2 have tried several times to ring and keep getting automated response and then cut off. Very frustrating as have added my partner to my account at the weekend and his number has not transferred which is a problem as he uses it for work!!! Really need to speak to somebody!

@virginmedia @O2 Quick enough to take the money, but when it comes to breakdowns so bloody slow to repair them. Company is a joke, leaving for bt as soon as I can
