Have made the fatal mistake of porting across my number to @O2 No mobile service since yesterday and all i get is apologies, as if they were personally responsible for the death of Princess Diana My experience of porting is it results in a loss of service for minutes, not days

@O2 After trying all day yesterday and yesterday evening and I was 400th in the queue at 10am when the priority website and app crashed, I could only get on today to see that O2 priority are all sold out. Utter crap. And then you have the cheek to wish people “good luck”
