@O2 having such a bad experience with a new contract. Ported num to o2 3.5 weeks ago and every call showing as no caller ID. Customer service are clueless and just keep telling me to reset settings and it’s a phone issue but the same thing happens when sim is put in a diff phone

@o2 ported my number 2 weeks ago. Since then despite numerous phone calls, 2 visits to stores and even an email to your CEO 24 hours ago I still do not have incoming texts or calls. Just what do I have to do to get someone to address my issue and tell me how long to fix it?

@O2 Your customer service is is useless. I have been very ill and had problems paying my bill. You were no help and you have passed my accounts on to two debt collection agencies. They are useless too. They want me to pay but I need my phone to authorise payments. Genius

Even accessible tickets were screwed on @axs_uk, @TheO2 (only one I was following, but I know it was generally bad) . heartbroken, Lewis is the only artist i've wanted tgo see in years. I don't have any hope for Thursday, feels like they are all gone. @o2 "priority" itself was a farce as well
