@O2 I have raised a complaint with 02 and now subsequently the financial ombudsman as I haven’t heard back. I have a perfect credit score, no debt and have provided the reports to 02 and yet I am being declined with no explanation.

@O2 400 Bath Road, right next to Heathrow Airport… if this isn’t one you can use, surely you should say which ones. You only get 25 minutes after clicking to get the code to then get rejected is poor

After ten years, it’s time to say goodbye to the @O2 , the customer service doesn’t exist, I’ve ordered a new sim a week ago and I’m still waiting. The people at the shop don’t know even why they are there and I’m ******* tired to get no answers! Bye
