    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @GoldenGatsby @O2 Thanks for getting in touch. About 3 weeks ago I stopped getting texts that were for 2FA to my O2 phone. I got in touch with O2 and they said it was a known issue they were working on. It’s been working intermittently since… I’m all ears to work arounds :-)

    @O2 If you really want to help, reply to my DM with a bill for the phone, I’ll pay for it, and you can cancel my contract with O2. How on Earth do you expect someone to give every postcode they are unable to use your network in????? I’ve given you three. That’s quite a wide area.
