Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

I'm becoming increasingly annoyed with my signal on @O2 My wife and I have perfect signal but she's on @EE My internet is lagging/buffering like you wouldn't believe but my wife's is perfectly fine - she's even streaming Disney with no issue but I can't even load a webpage.

@O2 To be honest it’s all the time and it’s easier to list places I do get signal…your colleagues have already suggested to myself that it’s a network issue and the only way around it is to pay off the remainder of my contract or wait to refresh in December :/
