    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    Customer service at @O2 is dreadful. Telling me to do stuff, when I've told them I can't as I've lost my phone and sim "You'll need to receive a code" HOW.. when I've lost my sim. Absolute shambles.

    @O2 oh my, I just called about an upgrade. Had to listen, and listen, and not allowed to interrupt a guy whose spiel totally put me off, way too much info about what to do in 2 years time on 36 month contract!? Hope you use the call for training purposes on how not to do it. Urg!

    Not a great call with @O2, still being charged for a number that they can see I requested to be cancelled in Oct 2019, they want to cancel from tomorrow ! first agent agreed a refund, 2nd agent not very helpful after 1hr+ on the phone
