Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 I have an issue related to the credit report because of which my mortgage application got rejected. I took a contract phone with o2 back in 2019 and returned and cancelled my contract within 14 days, but this was not updated in the credit history and I am coming as a defaulter.
