@O2 My grandad has been a loyal O2 customer for years and he’s struggling with using 4G. When he’s on wifi he can browse and when he’s on 4G it doesn’t let him access the internet. No changes to his plan and he’s really stuck without internet. Please help

@O2 So 4 calls to the customer services team I had my upgrade 3 weeks ago and still no phone received. @DHL confirm my phone has been lost and still no contact from o2 I’ve never had this problem before. Rant over 😡

@O2 Worst customer service been calling for last 3 days advisors just cut you off and dont want to help pass you from pillar to post 3 days now no service because no1 can be bothered taking ownership avoid o2 as a network
