    @O2 @MarkEvansO2 been a customer for yrs. then in summer you email to say I can change contract early (no exit fee), so I do. Then suddenly Ive a debt agency demanding £95 (which is untrue), and credit score just gone down. You haven’t contacted me once. It’s a disgrace. Shambles

    @O2 hi, I've waited about 25 mins to get through to cancel my contract and as soon as I checked to see if they would ring back if we get cut off, because that seems to conviently happen, and the person has now left us on hold (for a long time) without even notifying

    @O2 appalled at the service from O2 - I have spend 5 days and abs hour each day waiting for a manager to call regarding an urgent issues . Feels like groudhog day each day
