    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 Yeah the best way to help is to just let me leave without early termination. Your network is the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. @Ofcom aren’t worth much either with the little help they give. Terrible service from both

    @O2 Hi. Just joined and used my PAC code. Number migrated but shows as "Not registered on network".. turn off and on many times. Checked APN... how long does it take to activate my number?

    @O2 Now two weeks later no further forward, no refund in to my account which should have been 5-7 days. This service really is bad, but I suppose they are happier to pay £600 when I go down the ADR route #whatajoke

    @O2 No help at all. Am in Manc Airport sat at 3G. This is pretty poor. I’d also point out, one of the steps is to check via the net for any outages… 😬

    @Geekmaster981 @O2 I've done this deal also you've basically applied and accepted for the card now. The 90 day wait is a standard term to get past the cooling off period otherwise everyone would do this and cancel straight away £300 up 👍🏻 most of these offers work this way

    @O2 Thanks, grateful for the reply; still no news- I don't have access to Wifi 24/7. 2 x cases of being referred to a technical team in a matter of months (a team which takes up to 5 days to respond) and inconsistent messages from customer services. Please expedite this.
