@O2 I've just used your live chat to try and find a better deal only for your rep to try & mislead me into a more expensive contract than you are offering elsewhere online, I'm in poor health explained my needs & they tried to get me into a contract £10 more a month ! Shame on you

I’m getting sick of this now @O2 I’m will NOT be paying my bill until you fix the network issues in and across Burnley. It’s unacceptable. £55 a month for a service that isn’t working? And it’s not just me, several others on your network have got issues accessing data.

@O2 location services are not working on my kids phones since I asked for the age restrictions to be put on to prevent access to explicit material. I’ve put on hold for 15 minutes then transferred and cut off

@O2 your customer service has to be the worst I have ever met after PayPal. Spending hours on hold and some other hours waiting for a call back. When people transfer you to a different department the call "cuts off". One of the tactics used by @ThreeUK many many years ago. Trash!
