    @O2 after decades of being a loyal customer, having 7 connections, 5 devices and spending a small fortune every year, i think i may just now have become a little pissed off one too many times. After 30 minutes of queuing to sort my account, cut off by a south African.. again. #o2

    @O2 I wish to keep my number but the online form is not working, tried all the morning to get hold of your CS team but calls are disconnected. I have also sent you a DM but still waiting for a response. Very frustrating!

    Got to say very poor service from @O2 in Lincoln 5th time in the store trying to sort out upgrade but constantly told have to wait as operating a virtual queue fair enough but have more than 1 staff member serving.

    @virginmedia @O2 @virginmedia No 4G signal in Winchester - I had to switch manually to 3g otherwise my phone doesnt work at all. Yes, I have tried resetting working network and I have done already all I can on my phone. How can you assist with this before I just move to another provider?

    Just had some excellent customer service from @O2 although they couldnt offer me what i was really looking for it was a better service provided than my current provider @ThreeUK has given.

    @O2 I want to cancel my contract as your not giving me the service I never have any signal and I’m sick of it!!!!
