Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 about to lose a long term customer! Been with you forever! Yet my s21 that I've had for what a year and a bit that's been sent back for repair twice, lost 1 and replaced once still isn't working right! Customer services are non existent!
