@O2 Managed to get through 10 times now, each time I receive "yes I will transfer you to the returns department", then the system sends me back to the start of the customer care line. Told a guy what was happening and he immediately just started offering me different plans. A joke

@O2 Poor service in store. Returned to store with informatiom requested. Then told I had speak to customer services. Waiting over 30mins to get through to be told I had to email. I sent an email - expected response 3 days, its been a week now). Emailed complaints. No reply over week.

@O2 The pause before calls starts. The fact they are always claiming to be calling about an accident or loan or some other financial company looking to do business. I told one person I wasn’t who they thought I was and they shouted verbal abusive at me before putting phone down.
