@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

@O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

@O2 is there any way to arrange a call back over Twitter for the fraud team? My mothers been waiting a month now for a call back with her o2 account still locked out, she’s called dozens of times promised call backs and she’s never called she’s still on hold and fraud closes at 6

Hey @o2 your customer service is non existent in an emergency. I was hold for 40 minutes and then cut off and now have phoned three times and get cut off every time as soon as someone answers. My daughter has had her phone stollen trying to report it
