@O2 I'm about to make a complaint to the mobile ombudsman, I've made my complaint on TrustPilot already. You're encouraging promotional upgrade voucher wastage through poor practice, I won't be letting this go. You have 3 days to resolve.

Great customer support by @o2. Because the agent was happy they closed the ticket... Not waiting to see if the customer was happy. And what's more, I think they are flouting the @Ofcom rules.

@O2 Day 102 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@o2 How do you justify a ridiculous price rise, when you’re not even giving a service worthy of what I pay now? You’ll be charging much more, for way less! A local mast has been broken for more than 2 WEEKS with no fix in sight, so what exactly deserves such a huge increase??? 🤬

@O2 @EnglandRugby As a Welshman I hate rugby so I don’t care. Also, I hate struggling for signal. Also it’s weird that a company that is nationwide would support one country over the others. Even though I’m no rugby fan I’ll remember that when I am to renew soon. Twll tîn

My disconnection date wasn't until 6th March, but they have gradually removed my channel information, was 7 channels, now all!! I complained, but nothing

@Ofcom, am I right in thinking that customers have the right to quit a contract if the in-contract increase is higher than RPI? If so, why are @o2 customer support saying this is not the case? @o2
