    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    @mattstingray @O2 I was with O2 when they were BT Cellnet they got worse and worse moved to @lebara I now pay a quarter of what I was for an excellent service, I only had one issue since moving called them and it was sorted in an 8 minute call including waiting time.
