    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    2/2 to see things have gone back to how they used to be. The advisor I spoke to was patronising, unhelpful & pretty clueless tbh. Such a shame after making such huge improvements in the late 00’s. Moving the customer service depts out of the UK was a bad move for @o2 imo 😞
