    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @o2 what's happening with my order? Ms-320716371? I have spoken with customer support but they couldn't help and asked for more time to look into it? I ordered on the 18th. 2 weeks for a tablet I could've walked into a shop to get in 20mins isn't a great experience so far.

    @O2 How do I make a formal complaint. It’s absolutely shocking the quality of your network. Daughter on EE, no issues, Son on Vodaphone, no issues. Wife and I with full signal on 4G, unusable.
