@O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

@O2 Hi, it’s been 2 weeks since i started receiving non stop calls from your call centres to get me get a plan with you, the caller said that i entered some kind of contest or signed up for this but i never did since i am happy with my current provider. This is very inconvenient

@O2 I understand that carriages speed and materials do not help, but repeaters in tunnels sure would to avoid disruptions especially as they can particularly nasty to a laptop when the phone or the train is the hotspot as that side of the connection never goes down just the gateway’s

@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

@O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

Dear @O2, Mobile phone and data service for Cullompton, Devon fails frequently in normal times due, it seems, to being provided by one unreliable mast. Inevitably, Storm Eunice knocked it out again: no service since Friday (~4 days). A more permanent remedy would be appreciated!

@Money__Tips @O2 Mines going down to 8 a month considered getting a new phone but I really don't need one. Had this phone 2 years and does everything I need it to and battery still good. Don't see the point paying 50 a month

Pretty much had it with @Apple #iphone11pro and @O2. Think it might be time to move on after all these years. Phone shuts itself down about 50 times a day, disconnects itself from Bluetooth, hangs up on people and is slower than a snail. It slows, stalls and crashes on everything
