@O2 I understand that carriages speed and materials do not help, but repeaters in tunnels sure would to avoid disruptions especially as they can particularly nasty to a laptop when the phone or the train is the hotspot as that side of the connection never goes down just the gateway’s

@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

@O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

In Mexico, roaming on Movistar (a Telefonica network) and none of @O2 voicemail numberS work. "I'm sorry, your number is not permitted to use this service". @O2 weren't able to help. Anyone know if this is a temporary problem? There's a vm in my inbox and I can get to it!😡 Argh!
