@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

@O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

@O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

@O2 really disappointed in your online chat staff, I requested to be put through to complaints but a floor manager shut the chat down without my authorisation! Capacity issues have left the service practically useless, no point having 100gb data if I must use Wi-Fi!!!

Unbelievable effort that @O2 make to chase you for a £36 bill, when they have made a mistake on the bill. Phone calls every 10 minutes, a text every half hour. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get the incorrect bill sorted, you can never speak to anyone. Rubbish company!!!
