    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

    @O2 words fail me with how shockingly bad you are Your service is appalling, doing a sim swap on my behalf without telling me or having the new sim in my possession!So now no phone or contact to anyone unless in WiFi, wanna hope I have no accidents when I’m outside!! #theworst

    @O2 Your roaming "fair usage" policy (Despite your "peace of mind abroad" bs) is disgusting. Hidden deep in the small print so some poor c&nt gets stiffed with an "adjustment" at 8X their normal bill. If you offer "Eurozone",at least warn your customers about it's shelf-life.
