@O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

@O2 It’s an issue for everyone, not just me. Either delist it from your website as it’s obviously not in stock. It still says next day delivery right now. That’s 100% fraud. I demand to deal with it publicly.

@O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

@O2 signal in HD9 4 not available AGAIN I spent weeks earlier in year with intermittent issues due to "unsble to access to a mast". This keeps on happening. Fed up of paying for an intermittent service.

@O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

Quite sad that you contact @O2 about network issues and how it doesn’t reflect their coverage map at all and their answer is simply “tough” all of our #Bracknell masts are all out of service indefinitely for upgrades that may or may not be happening.

@O2 I want £32.00 per month in total over 24 months, why are there offers to new customers?, why when I try to upgrade online I get higher costs, I'm about to move to 3, I've had no phone signal for 5 months, only credited back 2 months, retention of customers mean nothing to you

I’ve been with @O2 forever. I upgraded yesterday, and like every other time, staff in the shop couldn’t do enough for you when selling! When done, they don’t want to know you, and look at you like you’re a P.O.S**t. Customer skills.. zero. 14 days to change my mind .

@O2 Using an iPhone 11 only calls work. No texts or data working. Happened in Portugal few weeks ago too. Tried manually resetting network didn’t work either
