    @KyleMarleau @O2 Spoke to @O2 last month, they assured me it was blocked and wouldn’t happen again. Happened again yest. Spoke today to o2 - put me through to this company, some angry women was rather sh*ty with me. No refund & I never consented originally so I’m not happy at all with o2 at all.

    @EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    Such tempting offers from @BTGroup for mobile service. As we have all other @bt_uk stuff may give them a try. Been with @O2 for years no problems but no incentive to stay when contract up next month. #dontbitchswitch

    @O2 very happy with service received today, only 12 months into a standard tarrif contract and they offer me to upgrade free of charge 12 months early to a refresh contract and new fone with no upfront cost. Thanks again #SmallGesturesGoAlongWay

    @O2 accepting that it is physically impossible to get insurance from O2. Waited 40 mins and person couldn’t understand English, called again, over 60 mins on hold then gave up. Never expected this when I signed up :/

    @O2 No they couldn’t tell me how I subscribed. All they wanted was further details about me, which raised my suspicions further. This needs sorting, thousands are making the same complaint online, google 85888. Please can you advise me how to solve this, I’ve already text stop etc 🤯

    @O2 @chrisstyles44 Chris, having same issue mate, they giving same daft reply on here!!! There happy to provide u pre orders but cant fulfill them!!!! Poor customer service, yet if u go to a 3rd party u can get one straight away

    Congratulations. Been an @O2 customer myself for 15+ years and recommended their service to family and friends. The only thing they've done for me is take my money each month for unused data, texts, minutes etc.

    @O2 No service stopped yesterday. I rang today and was told that they had requested my old number yesterday and that it would be active today by 6, told I would receive a message.

    @virginmedia We were put on hold for 20 minutes while your customer services team looked into it, then we were transferred without comment to @O2 who were not at fault, had nothing to do with the complaint (they charged us the right amount) and had no idea why we were on the phone to them.

    @O2 The reliability of your network compared to what I pay in airtime every month is absolutely trash. I am getting beyond fed up of constantly losing signal. Zero or 1 bar signal is not good enough. Sort your network out

    @O2 Is anybody able to offer an update of what is happening with this mast. Another week and still not fixed. Why do we have to keep asking for airtime refunds for lack of service they surely be automatically applied to all that are being impacted by this prolonged mast outage. @O2
