@O2 accepting that it is physically impossible to get insurance from O2. Waited 40 mins and person couldn’t understand English, called again, over 60 mins on hold then gave up. Never expected this when I signed up :/

@EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

@TheatreTokens @O2 Hello. I managed to claim a code from O2 successfully and took about 20mins trying the process the order on your site and then once code entered said promotion fully claimed even though I have a valid code. My husband experienced exactly the same issue aswell.

@O2 can you clarify. UK users will not have to pay additional fees to use their phones in Europe, but what about when they visit The Isle of Man or the Channel Islands? Are those covered as part of the roaming service, or subject to additional fees?
