@O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

@O2 My friend (iPhone 12, on contract) is having call issues with you. They constantly cut out, whereas they are fine on Whatsapp, which suggests a network issue. Tried all the resetting steps on your website. Can you advise how to proceed, as (obviously) we can't call you!
