@O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

@O2 - opened up a contract beginning of feb, got the phone blocked by the fraud team immediately. Now almost mid March and no one has contacted me from the fraud team despite me several emails to them. I’ve also spent hours on the phone to customer services only to get no where.

@O2 has to be the worst customer service I have known. Multiple times they have taken 2 device plan payments in 1 month because they haven’t credited my account properly after every switch up, call them and they speak to you like something on the bottom of their shoe.

@O2 I have dm you. It was about my bill which I ha e been trying to sort with a manager for around 6 weeks. Kept being promised a call back from a manager and never ever received it this was on 4-5 occasions. Now I've been completely shut off o2 and can't even get into my o2 anymore
