Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

@CharlotteCGill @O2 Shamefully, they have lied to you once and maybe twice. 1st lie saying mobile coverage isn't for indoors (BS). 2nd, if the device antenna was faulty you'd have the same issue indoor & out. If you have a friend on O2 you can prove this.

An adviser even told me that "mobiles were meant for outside". As I have had insurance for years, I said, if it is the device, I'd like @O2 to replace it. But their insurance claims are only for damage, loss and theft. So I'd basically be better off breaking my phone on purpose.

@O2 what is going on with your signal? After 15 years with you and signal being great what has happened in the last 12 months or so? 3G doesn’t work at all, 4g doesn’t load and 5G is non existent. I’ve heard the excuses of updates for 12 months now. Sort it out.
