@O2 your customer service is appalling, I’ve spent over three hours on the phone to six different people to try and change an upgrade within the 14 day period. None of your staff able to help, promised call backs don’t happen, system failings and five days later no resolution!

@O2 Spent 2 hours and 45 mins on hold today with 3 calls being cut off by O2 agents. I’m trying to clear up a mess that was caused by O2 that is having a severe impact on my credit score. Also no reply to my DM, I will never be using any of your services again.

@O2 your internet ‘rates’ are not defined rates as they should be to be in line with every other service provision of a communications kind and aren’t worth the paper they are written on so I can’t exclude you from the criminality and it will be you I take to court
