Dear @O2 I’ve come to conclusion that your mobile service is a scam. It’s not fit for service. You’re charging people for something that YOU KNOW doesn’t work. This shouldn’t be allowed. There needs to be an antiO2 action group, to bring this to wider attention. #scam

@O2 I have now been told as I did not purchase the phone from you you are unable to offer me my proof of barring and usage and you cannot see it on your network even though it has been in use on o2 since January. I have provided the imei number and proof of purchase.

-@O2 -in the last couple of weeks you have taken over £700 out of my bank account in bills for 4 fraudulent accounts that were opened and which you told me you closed on Sept 10. I've spoken to customer services 4 times - but you just keep taking money out. You're a disgrace.

@O2 the signal on your network is appalling! No signal in Weybridge , no signal near Waterloo Station.. in fact no signal in most places! Are there plans in place to sort ? This never used to be the case.

@O2 This is just ridiculous. No worries a formal complaint will be made by email, assuming that system is working 🙄

@O2 Is there any reason that you offer gifts (Samsung earbuds for a heavy discount) and then fail to send the code. Go to a store told they cant help and to call customer services, call customer services but their English isn't good enough and 'they dont know what im on about'

@Modaj1 @O2 @Ofcom Yes, I’ve gone through my bank because they’ve taken out £600+ from my account despite saying it was all sorted! I’ve come on here to see that many people have had the same issue

In August my wife’s @O2 account was hacked by fraudsters who ran up a bill of more than £300 when they added two lines to her account. O2 promised to sort immediately. They didn’t. They’ve done nothing. She’s still waiting for the money back. Brutal way to treat customers.
