Hi, @O2...yet again no signal and stuck on emergency calls only. If you can let me know how long I have on my contract so I can end it and switch network provider, that'd be ******* great 👌👍

@O2 Point taken, maybe. But it’s obviously not the case here. The increased data you suggest would cost more not less and why recommend going 100-150GB to a customer using less than 3GB? 🤔

@dodo_1980 @hughesclaire39 @O2 Yep totally agree , signal is awful, says I have 4g or 4g+ yet nothing loads , and they're getting really expensive, but like you said they don't charge aboard , when my contract is up I'm going elsewhere and will just pay the roaming charges , works out alot cheaper

@O2 Might have helped if you’d read the issue. Addressed the issue an helped rather than wasting both our times by responding with contradictions from your team and just repeating what I’ve been told rather that the actual issue 👍🏼

@hughesclaire39 @O2 Same as me , there're really expensive now and signal is awful , when says I have 4g or 4g+ and yet nothing loads up , but like you said they don't charge abroad but when my contract is up I'm moving network and just going to pat the roaming charge, still save loads

@Jaime_Rivera With O2 in the UK i need to go into the store to collect a new e-sim or wait days for it to be posted out to me. Insanity and I feel totally deliberate to clamp down on sim swapping. @O2

@O2 Day 51 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@virginmedia its actually mind blowing how bad you are. I've rang and complained, only to be transferred to @O2 . One way to deal with issues I suppose. A place in government awaits you...
