@O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

@O2 your customer service is awful. You'd think with stores shut you'd have some people answering phones. You're automated service just hangs up every time I try to report my two week old phone as faulty! Disgraceful!
