@O2, outside of my house my data works perfectly fine. Why am I having issues whilst in my house where I have @Virgin internet service? I prefer to use my data in home as I pay enough for it and also because Virgin’s internet is straight garbage. Fix it!

@O2 was meant to get back to me... They never did... I've been with 02 for many years but the latest problem is tedious and still ongoing... I gave up phoning customer service in the end 🤔

@O2 It happens at least once a month and is usually out for at least a week. It’s not good enough. I use my phone data to work and watch TV at the moment I can’t do either. How can one mast have so many problems

@O2 @virginmedia What an absolute joke @02 in Maidstone is!! Only interested in making a sale - complete waste of time, money & effort & still despite assurances new phone not working!! Perhaps employ people who know what they are doing ??
