    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    Never have I had such disgusting service from @O2 someone took out a mobile in my name in October and they are STILL refusing to shut this mobile down and their fraud team STILL doing nothing about it. 4 months on and someone is still using for free 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 if you have a learning disability do not join O2 they will fully discriminate against you and not admit it and take back any form of compensation do you have provided you I slit my wrist yesterday because one of your curries frustrate me so much and your high end customer
