@O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

@O2 ordered a new device on the 13th Nov, still waiting for it to arrive. Apparently delivery driver has stolen it, it’s being investigating at my expense though as o2 have already taken first payment. When I voiced my concern I have been told to be patient great customer service

@MrComputer089 @O2 Thanks for the advice but I don't "do" instagram. If I get no joy from customer support - I'll go back to the shop I bought it from, the sales assistant told me to come back to him if I couldn't get it sorted out. Have a feeling that will be the next step.

@O2 you need to sort your crap network out I pay monthly for an unlimited internet packaged and every day for the last few months in my post code (EX4) I have had literally no access to any data usually between 11am-6pm and when I do it is very limited use SORT IT OUT!!!!!!
