@O2 - I'm being over charged on 2 new O2 contracts but it is impossible to talk to them to resolve the matter as their automated call system just cuts you off. What do I have to do to speak to someone ? Useless customer service !

@O2 I have taken a new sim only plan out with out but when I try to add my extra it says ‘something went wrong’. Received a dispatched email, but it is not appearing my o2 account to track. I am also having trouble logging into the app; it keeps says not available to you yet.

@O2 absolutely fuming at your crap service. Moved my number a month ago yet your still billing me and keep cutting me off when I ring to discuss. I'm no longer a customer so how about giving us a correct number to ring? And give me my money back too

Just had some excellent customer service from @O2 although they couldnt offer me what i was really looking for it was a better service provided than my current provider @ThreeUK has given.

@O2 my signal and data are pretty much unusable, i struggle to load web pages and apps that require data, i received a text to say improvements where completed but still the same issues
