    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    O2 is the shittest network by far my 4g takes about 3 hours to work sort it out @O2

    @O2 Tried manually selecting another network. Did all that before reaching out. I literally can’t get anything but 3G and even that says enable data. I tried your o2 app. They’ve enabled some bolt on. Why it’s needed is beyond me. I subscribed to o2 with roaming

    @O2 Your customer service is beyond shocking! Taken nearly three weeks to resolve what should be a simple issue. Fed up of being told someone will call back in 24 hours & they don’t. Still not resolved. Despicable treatment of a loyal customer. #O2 #lostpatience

    @cecexvi @O2 at this point you have to express the amount of anxiety and frustration it’s causing you. down right to emotional distress because you cannot receive important calls or make outgoing calls. they have to do more for you smh
