    @O2 hi there, we’d used a code to try and book tickets for the cinema. Unfortunately we had to cancel but we couldn’t cancel the tickets. We want to see the same movie this week but the code won’t work. Is there a way we could book the same movie and use the 2 for 1 voucher?

    @ClareEGabriel3 @O2 @EE Am genuinely contemplating that move. Our house is actually in the town centre, and not only do you get about two bars of service, but usually 3G and if you’re really lucky 4G. But that’s only if you stand on your head and recite Shakespeare…

    @O2 I changed my mobile device a 2 days ago and just moved my sim from my old to my new phone. Since then I can only send but not receive SMS and cannot use my phone with iMessage and FaceTime. Can you please help?

    @tomlister @O2 My phone often says 4G & a wee while ago that would have felt amazing. Nowadays it seems to mean I’m unable to access pretty much any basic service we now take for granted. What’s going on?
