    @o2 has have the worst customer service ever, they just don’t want to help. As soon as I can I will be changing provider

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @O2 other companies have had price increases. I rang Virgin Media about my broadband price increase as it was also a new contract. They applied a reoccurring discount to offset the increase. Easily done. Happy customer = loyal customer. I look forward to leaving O2...

    @O2 hi all my family’s calls and internet have been shocking in Horwich area for the last 24 hours. It’s showing a full signal and 4G but constantly keeps cutting off. Any ideas?

    @O2 It’s complete now (a day later than promised) but every single customer service person I’ve spoken to over the past 2 days has either not listened to what was being asked or given information which has turned out to be wrong. Not a great start for a new customer experience.
