    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @O2 Being happily tight I switched network when you folks continued the free roaming. As the SIMO contract was same price as last network (not saying THREE). Well done O2 for not trying to fleece people

    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    @O2 @virginmedia I’ve just been signed up for a new volt deal. Having a look online the O2 is is no where near the current best offer. I’m overseas for a month and chat functions not working, can someone assist me please? Thanks

    @O2 How do I obtain a refund? I’ve not been able to use the card for the purpose for which it was bought and as I’ve not had any help in rectifying the situation I want to lodge a complaint and get my money back. Complete waste of time effort and money whilst on holiday.

    Opened a new account today with @O2, and selected pick up in store today, but after I have paid the upfront the only options was, collect from 19th, why? So I decided to cancel the new contracts, and now how long do I need wait for my £30 refund ? To take the money is in 1 second

    @O2 Hi. I emailed 5 days ago about my monthly bill and haven't had a response. I've had VAT added on top of the monthly amount of £30 rather than included in that total. That has never been the case and it's meant to be inclusive of the £30 total. Could I have it sorted please?
