    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @AnneLawtey @RevRichardColes @O2 I tried that with FedEx when their AI couldn’t understand my hoarse voice because I had been choking. Yelling I want a human didn’t work. The AI starts to sound like a bad SciFi computer that is going to calmly jettison you into space.

    @RevRichardColes @O2 I once lost my cool in an automated phone system (sorry can’t remember which one), screamed, very loudly, down the phone “I need to speak to a human being” - lo & behold the line clicked and a person was there.

    @RevRichardColes @O2 Richard they are all as bad. I needed to talk to Virgin and after going through some automated voice messages they decided they couldn't help any more and cut me off. A I? NIL POINT. Oh, wrong show.
