    @o2 has have the worst customer service ever, they just don’t want to help. As soon as I can I will be changing provider

    @O2 If I’ve signed up to another contract and been given a free 6 months of prime, is there a reason it keeps coming up with an error message? Is it because I’ve already got an account? I did cancel my prime but it still won’t let me activate it

    Shambolic service from @virginmedia and @o2. My dad was sent an O2 SIM. I've been on the phone for an hour, 4 different numbers and still non the wiser on how to port his number to the new SIM. Call centre staff just don't listen or have no idea what I'm asking of them.

    @O2 I am still trying to contact customer support regarding a spend cap if I don’t get to speak to somebody soon I will be cancelling my direct debits

    @O2 Day 83 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Have you been that busy that it’s taken since the 17th January? The anxiety you are causing due to your fault is inexcusable, especially in the current financial climate. I expect a phone call like I was promised with a resolution today.

    @O2 I’m on hold again so to get through would be helpful to be honest. I do really appreciate a quick response tho. I have just got virgin media and been asked to contact o2 about the internet speed double up as o2 customer.

    @jamesy_c1 @O2 What crap customer service, if they can't supply the one you ordered surely they supply an alternative rather than making you wait for weeks on end.
