    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and canโ€™t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @o2 has have the worst customer service ever, they just donโ€™t want to help. As soon as I can I will be changing provider

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @OzSabb77 @arokorol @O2 Yep he's only a few miles away from the PLA-controlled areas. Probably the first signal it found (especially if the plane landed from the east) followed by a closer one. I had to turn off roaming after visiting Bayt Lehm for fear of being billed thousands.

    @O2 It's my wife's..got blocked because of fraud ..the sim...been over a week now ..told her 24 block ! Even got a letter to confirm block has been lifted !! Foned 202 7 times ..visited o2 store ..no joy ..absolute terrible customer service ..can you unblock now plz

    I have been a customer since 1996 since before you became @o2 when you were just one2one - I have never known such shoddy customer service @Ofcom just trying to pay my bill. I am in hospital at present โ€ฆ see @EndOfTerror

    @O2 Itโ€™s not a matter of deleting and redownloading.The whole app itself is an issue. You have trashed it since merging and incorporating those clowns you joined with. Barely works, unnecessary extra steps, repeated need for login which has turned into a tedious exercise. Itโ€™s TRASH
