I have to say I have never received worse customer service as I have done recently from @O2. Having upgraded the contract last week Sunday and subsequently found a better deal with @sky, I took the phone back to the O2 store in Edgware the very same day (TBC)

@O2. Seems your ambition outstrips your abilities. Moved to you Sunday. Nothing but failed processes so far. Waiting to see if number ports Thursday; either way it will be adios for a dismal attempt at gaining a new customer.

Aint it nice to pay @O2 £25 a month for a sim card thats never been activated and used ...and they wont let us cancel it until January even tho @virginmedia said we could cancel it ....hope u enjoy the money your robbing arseholes

Hi @O2 - is it possible to buy a cheap data SIM card that I can use for network coverage and speed testing? I don't want to spend £30 only to find I have bad coverage and/or slow speed. Thanks.
