    @o2 has have the worst customer service ever, they just don’t want to help. As soon as I can I will be changing provider

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    So, the merger of @virginmedia and @O2 has increased the price for the customer. Trying renew a contract and VM says I must take a £25 O2 SIM even if I don’t want it!

    @PureGym @O2 O2Wifi is awful at the London Oval gym. Keeps disconnecting/super slow. Even when the gym is almost empty. Can you work together to fix this? Pretty please 🙏

    @SamsungMobile @O2 have you nothing to say about these issues? I don't know how else to contact you (well I've tried but I'm facing an invisible brick wall). Can anyone help. All I'm looking for is fulfillment of the offers which absolutely induced me to upgrade.

    @O2 how is it when I was with giffgaff who piggy back off of your network I never had connectivity issues but I’ve had no end of issues with you since I swapped? I want out of my contract and I don’t feel I should have to pay for the privilege, cause of your lack of ‘service’

    @O2 it’s quite the joke that the masts have been down for days at this point, don’t you think? How can you expect anyone to receive important calls (drs, for example) or call for help if they get stranded without reception? What are you doing to solve these problems?

    @O2 I still haven’t had an update, how can I find out expected dispatch time as I need it for Christmas? Otherwise I will cancel order and get a refund.
