    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    Errr @O2 can you please explain why my tariff has been changed without my permission? I have not signed any new contract or approved any changes on my account. You say to chat with an agent via the app… which never has agents available and the app doesn’t even properly work??

    I sigh, and do a network reset. Doesn’t work. Now have to call @O2 back, wait on hold again, start from the beginning with another agent and meanwhile I now haven’t had cellular capability all day. I pay enough for it! Shocking customer service. Disappointed 🤬

    @O2 Yet again I have been unable to utilise a Priority offer despite me having already contacted you repeatedly in an attempt to resolve this ongoing issue. It really is time that this issue be escalated to management level as i am paying for a service that I am not getting.

    Does anyone else find @O2 Customer Service absolutely awful? I champion employing a diverse range of staff, but if you can't understand basic english, then mobile phone customer service isn't for you.

    @O2 how can you be this incompetent!? Having an issue with my service. You're sending out a new sim card which arrives in 1-3 days, but you disabled my current sim card so can't even contact you to resolve this. Can somebody actually help!?

    I'm thinking that @O2 hasn't listened to the hold *music* that callers w problem to sort have to stick their fingers over their ears to tolerate.... five minutes so far and blurgh squeak squeal crash, wooshhhhh is enough to do your head in (or at least to jump contract....)

    @O2 I don’t know how to get in touch with you regarding a refund due 2 months ago. My login details are not working and so I can’t talk to someone on the app. I can’t change my password as the security question is being rejected. I don’t want to ask on Twitter but have no choice
