@O2 just want to Thank Sam in your Wrexham on Hope Street for his Professionalism and understanding after I made a hasty decision a few days back after a few up and down days. Where I’ve had to return a phone I’d upgraded to. Thankfully he was more than happy to accept the return

@O2 Ease and cost. Fundamentally, you do the job. Just. As stated in first post “first world problems”. It was fine with other networks, in the same area, hence my annoyance with your service. I would have nothing to compare you against if I hadn’t, and that would be stupid.
