    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @TomTugendhat @O2 In terms of signal its entirely location dependent. In terms of customer service. No they are all ****. In fact customer service in general for most utlities is god awful.

    @O2 I was promised a refund of £669 on august 13 yet the money still hasn’t reached my account. I have called customer services ever night for past 2 weeks and the incompetence of the staff is insufferable. How can a global company like o2 operate in this way?

    @TomTugendhat @O2 iD Mobile - presently runs on the Three network, but should be on the VodafoneThree network eventually. Website account management is decent and pretty easy to use. I haven't tried the mobile app. The rates, particularly the monthly SIM plans, are very good.
