    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @elise_john85 @O2 Good luck. I’ve had exactly the same issue which started 2 weeks ago. I have been on an online chat, made 5 phone calls to customer service, 4 store visits and reached out on Twitter. No one is taking this seriously. No one is trying to help. No one is bothering to contact me.

    @O2 Just want to say how incredibly impressed I am with your super helpful and friendly customer service. Thank you! @EE could learn a thing or two, everyone I have spoken to there recently has been aggressively rude and seemingly gone out of their way NOT to help me.

    @O2 I keep losing signal why? 6 times today I’ve received emails/DMs to say the boss/family have tried to call me but it gets disconnected Not ideal

    @O2 has O2 coverage literally dropped in the last 12 months ? Barely get signal in a cosmopolitan area, web browsing is like using dial up if it ever works, this has been going on for too long, used to be brilliant but it’s awful.
