    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @o2 has have the worst customer service ever, they just don’t want to help. As soon as I can I will be changing provider

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @O2 customer service is frustrating to say the least. 3 hours spent getting through the automated system, before managing to actually to someone then being hung up 3 times.

    @O2 When I call it asked if I’m calling from the number I want to speak about so press 1. Then asked if I want to speak about my watch press 1 or 2 for other. I press 2 then it goes automated service 😯

    hey @O2 im thinging of upgrading to a phone and found it cheaper on a 3rd party website than your page. i believe it would be a new contract. I'm wondering if it is possible to cancel my old contract and take my number to the new one with you guys

    @O2 Your call handler refused to put me through to that team because I didn’t know the password on the account even though I could answer all the other questions. She was rude and unhelpful despite me explaining that this had been discussed with that team already

    @O2 Hi I have just joined you and wanted to add your big data 100 gb package. Unfortunately, it only allows me to add it starting next month. I need that extra data now to work whilst I am in isolation. Don’t seem to be able to actually speak to anyone on 2202 Can U help?
