    @Daisiver29 @O2 Yep... and when I go to my clients with software licenses and say we're putting your fee up by 5% they throw the teddies out the pram and tell us to **** off.

    @O2 @mattskillington Exactly they charge you more and offer less it’s poor and u can’t even downgrade your tariff if I want to download my data from unlimited to 150gb it’s a 20p difference what the hell is that the sooner ofcom puts a stop to them ripping customers off the better

    @Daisiver29 @O2 I went smarty, there are issues with the data indoors but phone calls are fine. Just check what cover near you is like as they have their detractors. Cheap though with no price increases

    @KTMGav @O2 I switched to Tesco from o2, not only is my bill cheaper, I get club card points & they use o2 network anyway

    @o2 officially the hardest part of a move from the UK to US. How can I not just settle my phone plan without numerous phone calls and hours wasted on hold. Used to be the best with customer service. Now officially the worst. And final nail in the coffin is a 13.4% price increase!
