    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @O2 You have connected me today and I haven’t even got my SIM card yet so I am now left with no mobile network, I also can’t sign into anything as it’s on a loop asking for a passkey, as a new customer I am regretting switching to you already

    @O2 We have NO coverage at all. It is causing problems with our alarm system. People working in the house and garden can’t make calls. It seems particularly bad in and around our house. Can an engineer please come to inspect?

    So I've been trying to top up my my phone via voucher for the last 2hrs on @O2 via the 4444 number but that's saying "they have a fault and are fixing the problem", so now I can't top up my phone to renew my bundle

    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!
