@virginmedia @O2 Customer champion! Disingenuous bullshit! Your approach to customer service includes offering fibre you can’t actually install yet talking payment, carrying out suitability for installation surveys, giving installation dates weeks away then cancelling on the installation date.

For anyone looking to get a new contract with @VodafoneGroup, Don't!! I've been with them over 10 years and they are terrible with regards to customer services, you mean nothing to them and they will waste your time to no end when upgrading. Would recommend @O2 or @EE. #newphone
