    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @O2 I have Virgin Media broadband only. I do not have their TV service. I received an invitation to download your Priority app, and use my VM credentials to log in. Will I be able to use this app to not only enable me to use O2 Priority to purchase tickets, but also Priority entry?

    @O2 5 hours wasted. Just utterly bizarre. Worst experience ever with a phone company. Was trying to give you hundreds of pounds and you couldn’t figure it out in 5 hours. Absoilute waste of time.

    @O2 As is no mention of the two “customer service” operators who HUNG UP ON ME. Stop quoting from your training manual, and find out where my order is. You have 24 hours to give me a delivery date or I will leave O2 after 17 years and take my money elsewhere.
