@O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

@O2 @BBCWatchdog Currently one of the worst companies out there, customers services tell you anything, lie, don't do what they're supposed to, hang up on you, managers never call back, don't answer simple questions, leave vulnerable customers without a service and don't care. GRR
