    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @Annie19750 @O2 Just spoke to O2s customer service and their customer service is terrible and advisor telling me I am the 10th person to talk to about it and the advisor is saying 4000 people are logged in to o2 priority

    @O2 Nothing extraordinary about it. It’s the demand you’d expect you’ve just failed to prepare for it. Your app goes down for most ticket releases it’s poor preparation that’s all.

    @O2 No point in a priority service in the first place if the backend of your services is poppycock and crashes as soon as their as some traffic.

    @Marc_Burrows @O2 problem is they're not the ticket vendor, be good if they can liaise with ticketmaster or whoever and do this but i doubt it.
