    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @DigitalPrime @O2 @SamsungMobile Alsolute disgrace they sell u a contract on the basis of a lie! I was told 2 weeks for mine, over 2 weeks and customer services didn't have a clue, AND they don't keep you updated by text or email at all

    @JohnNicholRAF @EE They are all shockers. And mostly offer very poor service in rural areas. I’m only 5 miles from Taunton. You’d think it was Outer Mongolia, as far as @O2 are concerned.

    @Chrissyd27 @O2 Stock issues happen. I think a change @O2 could look at implementing is a live stock status when it comes to online sales though, in the same way most retailers do.

    @O2 Hopefully - I placed a new order to join O2 on an iPhone which was, at the time of ordering, on a 2-3 day lead time. I see now that this is up to 4 weeks - are you able to inform which of those two is more likely? I am moving home in the next few weeks which may cause issues.

    @O2 can you help please. Something went wrong with my 5g sim provisioning, and my phone number didn't transfer correctly. Its been 10 days, and several calls to your customer services and into your shop, and till no joy. Callers are getting 'you've dialled an incorrect number'.

    @O2 Just had a great gentleman "go outside of protocol" and get me a brand new replacement! Couldn't quite get his name, but absolutely fantastic service - apologies for getting a bit irrate, but you shouldn't receive a device worse than the one you sent! Thanks O2 - job done! 🙏🏻👍🏻
