    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @O2 Hi, I've had trouble with sending texts to certain numbers since I changed my handset a few months ago. Getting a message that the number is incorrectly formatted even though it's a normal short number. I've tried sending ACTIVE to 2020 but it just says busy at the moment.

    @O2 seriously has the worst customer service. Over 40 minutes on hold on the phone to try to speak to someone SO FAR. I called @EE last week and was through to someone in 3 rings.

    @O2 If buying a new ticket it allows the VIP entrance……the problem is that now my time has elapsed there’s noway I can try again….as I say Iv already got tickets to the show for Thursday 26th May for 1 adult and 1 child…..

    @O2 just tried to address a security issue with the telephone team and got nowhere. Ended up with the wrong dept, who weren’t interested in putting me through to the right one. Really not impressed with your team

    @O2 Hello, I successfully obtained an O2 Priority code for half-price theatre tokens this morning. When I add the promo code at checkout, it says "sorry the promotion code you entered is not active". Please help, thanks!
