@O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

Does anyone else have trouble with @o2 Data working when out and about? Literally have full bars of 4g at home and can’t load safari to get an electric top up because my electrics gone off. Data very very seldom works on 4g.

Dear @O2 please can you help me. If I try to call people whilst connected via @virginmedia wifi it won’t connect or cuts out. If I try to call on 3G or 4G it either doesn’t connect or they can’t hear me and it cuts out. I’m getting mighty fed up with this!

@EnglandRugby @autumnnations @O2 Great to see Murley in the squad, he has been unreal. Ollie Lawrence and Joe Marchant have been absolutely robbed by not being included. Never thought I'd say this, but drop Sam Simmonds. He won't be available for the world cup next year so give someone else a shot.

@O2 I have never had a problem with 02 until today and I am fuming. They’re making their problem my problem and it will impact my credit rating negatively. I’ve changed my billing date and I have since been billed pro rata only to start being harassed since this morning

@O2 @tescomobile your claim to cover 4G for 99% UK population isn't my experience. I don't think you can back it up. Often I switch to 2G just to get a phone signal that works.
