    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @O2 @virginmedia You're a communication company who has virtually no way of people communicating with you unless it's through AI, calling you or going onto FB or Instagram?     @O2 I’ve been waiting for my iPad delivery since Tuesday due to multiple address errors, false updates, and hang-ups by your reps. DHL now says it’s delayed again despite O2 confirming delivery today. Please escalate this to your logistics or complaints team immediately!

    @O2 why am I hold, once for 17 mins, to get through to someone just for them to hang up on me? And then I ring back to be on hold for 16 mins just for them to hang up on me again? What is this customer services? Whats the best number to ring as 202 seems useless?

    @virginmedia @O2 Oh but, I live with someone who also is an O2 mobile user. Had to sign in to their My O2, it all went smoothly. Has my mobile been disconnected, even on the website its showing errors on info. And what's this balance £28.98 I can see as owing, I'm PAYG?
