    @O2 You need to cancel the tickets going on sale until it’s fixed and then give us all plenty of notice otherwise all the touts and bots will snatch them up and only people with ridiculous amounts of money will get to see him instead of his real fans

    Doesn't @O2 understand what the word priority means? Wasted so much time and getting nowhere 🙄 so so disappointing 😞. Telling us to be patient is as patronising as telling someone to calm down when they're annoyed.
