    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @EE Hi EE. What’s the point of paying for a premium product when in Germany you have picked o2 de? It’s the third network for coverage and there’s no 5G? As an @O2 uk customer I can pay 25% of the cost of monthly line rental and obtain 5G roaming in Germany?

    @O2 how much is it to get out of this contract? I have a degree in business studies. In business you solve your customers’ problems and they pay you money. In a PT Barnum circus sideshow, customers pay you money and you get zip in return

    @O2 i love how you can be a loyal customer for over 20 years but when things get hard there NO help for customers after being transferred 3 times my mum who is a pensioner was basically told jog on !!!! lovely 👍🏽

    @O2 if this number represents you; 0333 344 6987; trying to get people to "sign up to exclusive deals" is not acceptable, nor is the incredibly rude way they hang up immediately you say you aren't interested. They need sacking.

    .@O2 lost a potential customer. Was ready to throw down £1000 cash on a new phone today and they told me they couldn't take me because I haven't been in the country long enough to have credit. They will never see a penny from me. Goodbye.

    Just had an awful experience with @O2 customer service. 45 minutes on the phone, with colleagues laughing in the background, no resolutions, asked to send screenshots to emails. Very unprofessional. As a new customer, I’m regretting leaving EE. Part 1
