    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @Ofcom I know there is a time scale for companies to deal with complaints before you get involved but I swear this issue I have with @O2 is driving me mad. I literally want to pay a bill and they won’t or can’t take the payment despite it showing as pending from my bank. 1/2

    Well that's me decided to leave @O2 after 13 years. Never any network for data & sold me insurance which doesn't cover stolen phones. Livid with the way you treat customers.

    @O2 Why is your Data so Bad!!! In Herne Bay, Canterbury & Faversham all say I have 4G or 5G but I have no internet. It’s getting worse & worse!!🤬

    @O2 You guys are LIARS. I was offered a promotion by o2 staff and I am now being told no such thing exists. That the employee I spoke to know one knows. Yet I’ve had texts from O2 asking what I thought of my service. Go back and listen to the calls associated with the account .

    @O2 your call centre staff are rude and don’t understand what you are saying. When asked for a manger I was told I had to wait 24 hours, no help when you have a query they can’t resolve and then cut me off on purpose. Shocking customer service!!!
