    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @o2 has have the worst customer service ever, they just don’t want to help. As soon as I can I will be changing provider

    @O2 Like I said, she only paid the bill, her name was never listed anywhere else with this contact number alongside it. The number has been used to join many websites, but always with Rachel as the name. And you can’t have had a data breach or we’d have been informed 🤔

    @O2 Samsung offer £550 off plus they have 0% credit through Klarna and the device is unlocked = free from network added clutter. I’ve used the Samsung upgrade arrangement for years as O2 charged for unlocking my mobile when I wanted to use a local SIM abroad

    @O2 I got my replacement phone today :-) Kiran Joisar the initial customer service rep I spoke with , and the returns rep Shreelaxmi, were fantastic help, which I didn't think I was going to receive. But the new device looks and feels great. Proper superheroes

    @O2 hi, the 4g in my area,ky128nx has been really poor for a few weeks now. Not helped by a sky bb outage today where I can’t get on 4g either. Are you aware? Signal checker suggests it should be ok but marked decrease in speed recently

    @O2 One for the network teams. Only happens on 5G in the EC2V 7JE postcode but the connection to WhatsApp keeps dropping. My office is here and has been happening since 5G went live
