    My 4g hasn’t been working well for the past few days! Can you figure out why? You raise the bills every year but the service isn’t improved every year is it? @O2

    @O2 I am trying to call you but keep getting cut off by your pathetic answering service. You have taken far too much money than agreed in my contract. Do I have to refer this to Ofcom or can you resolve this by providing me with a number that will be answered by a real person?

    @JohnBirtwistle @O2 Atrocious. Unlike other companies who take a DD payment out on Fri or Mon either side of a weekend due date, O2 don't do that, they suspend outgoing calls, demand payment & threaten to cut the user off! They claim it's a system error but do nowt to fix it, as it keeps happening!

    @VodafoneUK Twice I’ve called Vodafone for help today and twice I’ve been cut off by the customer services rep and not called back! Only been with Vodafone 2 weeks... Starting to wonder why I left @O2 🙄
