    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @o2 has have the worst customer service ever, they just don’t want to help. As soon as I can I will be changing provider

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?

    @O2 I pay £12.50 Sim only for my wife's phone...bit of a rip off....poor coverage...30G mobile data that doesn'twork...should've gone with @lebara

    Whatever works you did in the TN22 area has made your signal and service far worst @O2. Can't get 5G at all now and to add to that contract prices have jumped up £5. Failing the customer as always
