    @O2 I am still receiving phone calls from a company called CV the last number they rang from was 0141 489 0715. Any idea who they are? The caller says they are an authorised O2 company. I never deal with third parties my contract is directly with you. Please advise.

    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

    @O2 appalling service! Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

    Be aware of this number 020 3884 3341 claiming to be @O2 I gave them bank details (stupid 2 fall for it I know but heads all over the place at the min) they’ve rang back 2day & I said to the bloke ur trying to fraud me he laughed & put the phone down honestly makes you sick😡

    Swapped numbers so I can still use my old number on new number I have… @O2 guy that helped me yesterday was great.Woke up this morning to old number no service,202 again, went through out all again with a nice lady, seems he cancelled wrong number🙄hopefully sorted in 24hrs 🤞
