@O2 appalling service! Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 I am still receiving phone calls from a company called CV the last number they rang from was 0141 489 0715. Any idea who they are? The caller says they are an authorised O2 company. I never deal with third parties my contract is directly with you. Please advise.

@O2 I ordered a phone contract on 19.04. U never sent the phone n I cancelled it all in 10 days. It’s been 48 days n I haven’t been refunded. Your customer service is rubbish. Called them many times. Still not resolved the issue but heard fake promises. I want my money back now!!

@O2 Hi, I joined O2 and my old number was supposed to be ported over today. However this morning the O2 sim is "Emergency calls only" and gives me the error on my phone "SIM not provisioned".
