@O2 I’m also trying to change my payment date but your live chat in the app just auto send me to help pages that tell me to contact the live chat and sends me round and round in circles, I can’t do anything

@SteveJoyce14 @O2 It was always poor at half time but I put that down to a surge in demand with everyone getting on their phones. Haven't been since the 19/20 season was cut short tho.

@O2 Spend 10 minutes trying to resolve my issue with your voice machine...eventually they say we'll put you thru to someone that can help...and then I get cut off!

@O2 O2 worst network ever I would advise anyone looking for a new network to look elsewhere just type a few random postcodes into there service checkers and you will see what I mean terrible network

The other two mysteriously disappeared, I've had to contact your chat on my @O2 number as my @VodafoneUK mobile broadband is not working. I'll be hanging on until 8am in the morning if necessary.
