    @O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

    @Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

    @O2 This is getting ridiculous every time I go into BS1 area of Bristol I get no signal and only 0.43mb data speed how am I meant to us fmy phone with that slow speed and u say u invest billions in the network yet I can only get 0.43mb so someone is lying I think #o2 #joke

    @O2 this is getting ridiculous every time I go into central Bristol I basically have no signal and I think why do I bother paying my bill if everyday I go into central Bristol I can’t even use my phone yet When u pay for a service u expect it not a half service 😞😞😞😞

    @O2 I'm really disappointed with O2 and your courier @DHLParcelUK. I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

    @O2 Unexpectedly I received my PAC Code on 05/03/23. Told o2 I didn’t request it. Asked you to protect my number and account in case someone tries to port it to another network to gain full control. O2 told me my account is safe and there is no port request. I believed your staff.

    @TheOldDear @O2 @Apple It’s shocking..! Engineers asked us to unpair and remove from iCloud account so that profile can be reset and watch bolt on added. Atm watch is just sitting there aging. No updates on progress of issue, nothing; total radio silence 😞

    @O2 Proud to be re-joining O2 after a few years at EE - They are now ripping me off so I'm back to the operator I had back in the GPRS days - hopefully the network service will be at least as good.

    @TheOldDear @O2 Not a sausage…! First support ticket closed unresolved after zero contact. Second support ticket, after being told the incident number, I’ve not heard a thing. The message said that they’d be in touch once they have an update. Guess there’s no update/can’t be fixed 😞

Doesn’t matter how talented the 10 is, if the 9 potters about at the back of the ruck whilst the defense resets and then puts in a mediocre box kick Need good ruck discipline from forwards and nice quick service from the 9. Is JVP going to provide that? I Hope so

    @O2 Tried to move from Giffgaff. Supplied PAC code etc and was supposed to happen yesterday. Phoned O2 at 17:30 and guy said there had been a technical issue and it would be resolved in the next four hours and would get an email to confirm. No email. Still on Giffgaff. @O2 ??????
