-
ShinP3ngy (@NotSoP3ng) reported@lloydoh17 @O2 Yh constant dead zones and it’s getting worse they keep texting saying there working in the postcodes but still it’s getting worse and then the customer service getting through the constant app glitches they can say what they want but it’s getting by weirder since the merger
-
Gareth (@StockwoodCap) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Stuck for 2 hours on the M2 yesterday without moving. I was in a signal black spot so I could barely make a call and had no data… This was on the M2 in Kent. It’s hardly the middle of nowhere.
-
michael maccallum (@michaelnotabot1) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because whenever the mobile companies want to put up masts to solve the problem everyone objects. See also pretty much any kind of infrastructure improvements
-
Bertie BigBollox (@Wayne_Hoos) reported@kokeshimum @O2 It’s quite simple really, the comms firms that own and run the cellular relay sites throttle the power down to save money, and only tweak it back up slightly when enough people complain about service standards…
-
Andrew Barnes (@ajgbarnes) reported@O2 Just awful, have a travel bolt on, valid for another 20+ days, bill on new cycle and NO WAY of seeing how much data is left now. Too scared to go over limit with data roaming as you'll charge me a fortune. Not good enough.
-
Ryan (@TintinPriv) reported@kokeshimum @O2 @O2 exactly the same with me currently in El Campello, fantastic 5g signal in the hills yet in Norwich my phone has “2 bars 5G” and I can’t load nothing
-
Mark Breeze🕷💙💻🐟 #FBPE #FBPA #RejoinEU🇺🇦 (@MarkyB_62) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because the operators put profit ahead of service? Coverage investment goes into the high traffic/ high profit urban areas, at the expense of suburban & rural coverage. Better regulation would help.
-
Keith Jackson 🎗️ (@kjackson1978) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Just spent 10 days in Cyprus. Perfect 5g the whole time. At home I struggle to get a 5G signal and 4G now useless
-
Nige MackQ (@mackintalkin) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Same in Ireland. A suspicious person would wonder if they are turning down the signal power due to emerging health concerns.
-
Will McGugan (@willmcgugan) reportedSo @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
