    When you’ve not been able to make any calls or texts whilst at home for the last 2 weeks as your phone is constantly on no service! 😡😡 take your time resolving this issue @O2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey @O2 I get approx 12 texts a day from you with the message "Sorry, your number doesn't support Visual Voicemail, so we can't set it up yet. Please contact your service provider for help." 4 while typing this tweet.... Knock it off!!

    @O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

    @O2 No signal for two , now on the third day , all your help lines etc are busy , no support or help , not the best customer service but you will still take my money , not impressed at all

    @O2 I have been plagued by cold calls from you guys of late offering a discount on my service. I don’t even have a contract with you! Today, exasperated, I requested my number be removed from your list and that I was pissed off receiving these calls. I was told to “**** off”

    @O2 This is getting ridiculous every time I go into BS1 area of Bristol I get no signal and only 0.43mb data speed how am I meant to us fmy phone with that slow speed and u say u invest billions in the network yet I can only get 0.43mb so someone is lying I think #o2 #joke

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE mobile networks have been **** for ages. we have agents out up and down the uk and difference contracts with different providers and over different handsets have all been garbage.

    Who remembers when @O2 customer service was good? Since the merger with the appalling @virginmedia it's been absolutely diabolical. Trying to help a vulnerable relative, been on hold for 45 minutes 🤮🤮🤮 to reset his password. Shameful.

    Signal just gets worse and worse in the UK, in Chester train station atm and what used to work not too bad isn’t working at all and I’m on 4G full bars and nothing is loading or working. It’s pretty bad considering a place like Chester @O2

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 was so bad in Southampton that I moved to EE, which is a fair bit better. O2's 5G was even worse than its 4G.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 I left O2 because of this very issue. When I first took out a contract with them the signal was fine, but it got worse over time. I haven’t moved house, so what could it be?

    @O2 @TomTugendhat Your signal has got worse in the last few years absolutely rubbish unless I’m stood next to a phone mast.
