    @O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

    @AntrimLens @Au_Erithacus @O2 If its any consolation, it happens with any names with accents, not just fadas. It's to do with screening out special characters to prevent SQL injection attacks & the like, however if they actually sanatised their database inputs correctly, it would be a non-problem. Lazy design

    @Rowanfb @O2 Same thing is happening to me.. filled in pac code with my number when I took out the contract . I thought I’d be up and running by now…but nothing and I rely on my phone. It makes me wish I never changed provider, if this is the service I’m getting!

    @stephencomiskey @O2 Lol. Gone from not receiving any incoming calls and texts to not being able to do anything. Getting progressively worse despite a lengthy call to customer service earlier. Perfect 👍

    @O2 have had issues with 3G and 4g signal all day. Am sat in same room As husbands phone who has 4g but my phone doesn’t. Settings all read the same?! What’s going on
