    @O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    @O2 I have a complaint about o2 priority Greggs offer. I went to Greggs Stoke-on-Trent for my breakfast rolls but it timed out and Greggs assistant would not accept it and I had to pay for it. I am not happy.

    @O2 Tried all the suggestions and no difference, still very poor. I’m around 500m away from the mast with no obstructions and only have one bar showing on the signal strength!!!

    @O2 I had a problem where i wasn't able to pick my upgraded phone up from store last week due to store not acceptinh my id, I've finally had a text saying it was canceled and to go to My 02 to get a new one, but its still telling me to pay off £335 before i can do it
