    complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

    @O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 Can you stop the constant emails and threats of debt recovery going to call us we do not owe any money our account was shut down by Abdul weeks ago and his manager agreed that nothing was owing on our account. !!

    2026 and i still have to dial the top up number to top up my phone rather than the @O2 application. Since your merger with virgin the application is actually so poor constant log jn via email it doesnt approve ur verification try again it accept but nothing happens on the app.

    @O2 hi, I have been reporting for the last 3 weeks of connectivity issues ( ie no connectivity) in the NG4 area and still keeps coming back as 'no issue'- there is no obvious way of escalating this, how do I go on?

    @O2 I’ve sent a DM but haven’t had a response since Friday. I still cannot connect my Apple Watch to my o2 account — setup is showing outdated 2019 terms and not creating a new connection. Store support couldn’t fix it. Please can someone look into this urgently?
