@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

@O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 allowed someone to take a contract out & set up a direct debit using my card! The account was closed on the 5th Feb yet they allowed the payment to go through on the 19 Feb. Joke is I don’t have a contract phone with O2! I’m also not allowed to speak to the fraud team!Help!!

@O2 @o2de Hi @o2de , it is also very frustrating to keep waiting on the customer support for hours before you talk to someone and then you never get to talk to the same person again. It takes easily 40 mins to get in touch with a real person to talk to after listening to automatic voice.
