  • dazkimber d kimber (@dazkimber) reported from Portsmouth, England

@O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

  • petekitching Pete K. 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 🇩🇪 (@petekitching) reported from Fareham, England

@O2 Just been to store to upgrade 2 phones. Given price £10 a month each dearer than competitor. Not willing to match. How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.

  • Waspsoton the devil (@Waspsoton) reported from Portsmouth, England

The reasoning @O2 gives that the internet sucks at my home is "the network gets busy sometimes". How tf is that an excuse???

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • kgingerface Bearded face (@kgingerface) reported

@O2 I completed the online form to keep my old number over 2 days ago. No notification, changes haven't been made. Is impossible to contact your customer service. I might as well cancel my contract.

  • baybarsumur Baybars Umur (@baybarsumur) reported

@O2 Your credit file team is completely ignoring my calls and emails. It's been 3 months since I'm trying to solve this issue and literally zero action has been taken by you. How can you treat your customers this way?

  • DanielRosney Daniel Rosney (@DanielRosney) reported

@O2 Hello, I have sent a DM regarding ongoing signal issues in my area. I don't need a guide on how to use WiFi calls in the meantime. I need an engineer to fix it - it's been weeks. Please can you update. Thanks

  • Behindbreakaway Steven J Watson-Brame (@Behindbreakaway) reported

@DomMitchell @O2 You should never apologise for standing up for yourself. Ever. Especially against a multi billion pound corporation.

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported

@DavidAJTaylor @O2 Their solution is for people to reset their phones. If enough people have the phone off, you may get through. Where they say "good" coverage really means you have no service. Excellent coverage means you can get an occasional text. WiFi works.

  • __sine_nomine S Esq (@__sine_nomine) reported

@O2 Gregg’s is a poor substitute to Caffe Nero. Most of the time it’s out of stock, then there’s the occasions when Gregg’s won’t accept the coupon as their Wi-Fi is down, so there cash only.

  • CarolCarol1971 carol (@CarolCarol1971) reported

@O2 Sadly my phone doesn’t have wifi capabilities it’s just a basic phone but I can’t call or text due to the no signal. My son who is also with you and he has a smart phone, he has no signal aswell as my neighbour and her care worker as they’re both on o2

  • ha6dll it's me. (@ha6dll) reported

Hi @O2 I had a terrible chat experience with you guys. Forwarded a copy of the chat to your customer service so followed up 7 days later. Another 7 days have passed and nothing. You have lost me as a customer, next my wife, the lack of response is meaning I am may never return

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported

@O2 I have to use a second sim and my phone switches to backup calling because your "good" coverage is so bad. Perhaps you should ask greggs to run your network.

  • CarolCarol1971 carol (@CarolCarol1971) reported

Is @O2 down? No signal at all. Worst part is I’m dealing with a funeral and need phone calls
