@OriginBroadband Isn't this how you operate? Shockingly slow internet and even worse customer service? Modus Operandi from my experience. Avoid if possible!

  • vfachinetto Vinicius Fachinetto (@vfachinetto) reported from Poplar, England

@OriginBroadband 30 minutes waiting on the line for technical support.... still waiting

  • GertrudGem Gertrud (@GertrudGem) reported

@OriginBroadband I noticed 2 direct debits on the same day on 2 occasions. Can somebody please help?

  • editfmah Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported

@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband No problems. Also, it';s good to know that the filter is very very tolerant of electrical events so when doing the dance with technical support teams, it's hardly ever going to be a filter failure.

  • HaleyBe35252380 Haley Bennett (@HaleyBe35252380) reported

@OriginBroadband Why can't I log into my account or get hold of customer support? I have been trying for weeks! Poor effort. I am Moving home and need to disconnect. Guess I will just cancel the direct debit instead!!!

  • Rob_Clark Rob Clark (@Rob_Clark) reported

@OriginBroadband so no 24/7 technical support number any more so have to report issues on twitter - not been able to connect in DE65 line sync looks ok so issue looks further upstream

  • editfmah Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported

@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Very. You are definitely looking at a line/sync issue there for sure. If you've had electrical storms recently, potentially quick and easy to just swap out the VSDL filter (if you have a draw full of the old things), see if that allows the noise on the line and the Att. to drop

  • SpeedSmart SpeedTest SpeedSmart (@SpeedSmart) reported

@ParkerColin @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Lots of speed tests use servers that are hosted by the ISP you are using. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?

  • zulurising ZULUrising (@zulurising) reported

    No service again @OriginBroadband

  • HELENSTATHAM2 HELEN STATHAM 🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@HELENSTATHAM2) reported

@OriginBroadband internet gone crazy last few days. Globe light in router going off then red. Devices say there is WiFi but not connected. Turned off and on, not the solution! Any suggestions?

  • editfmah Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported

@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband I have always swapped out my normal faceplate & filter with an NTE5 faceplate and I generally get a far cleaner line. Here I went from 49 -> 58 MBs. I never normally get that good a result, but something about my setup/line must have benefited.

  • RichardHesketh1 Richard Hesketh ☯️⚛☮️ #CancelRoyalty (@RichardHesketh1) reported

@KiltedTxn I thought I had. @OriginBroadband I'll try again. Why does my Wireless Calling keep dropping out? It's never stable.
