    @Plusnet very disappointed. As I now cannot use my home phone someone at plusnet needs to call me! I phoned and discussed. Suddenly I cannot make outgoing calls. Bad service after all these years.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp 5th time this year I've had to call you due to issue with wifi/broadband/phone line. No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

    @Plusnet Have had problems with internet connection all day. Off and on for hours at a time. Very slow - 10 minutes to connect. Really bad. Speeds were averaging 5 at one point. When BB came back properly it was averaging 16. I pay for minimum of 30.

    @JeremyVineOn5 I didn't get the alert - on O2. neither did my work phone on EE. Neither did my parents on plusnet. So the thing that it's just the three network isn't correct.
