Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet plusnet is hands down the WORST ISP in the UK. Getting leas than 1Mbps (contracted 50Mps) but getting ZERO support as there are NO methods available to contact them. Absolutely zero. Rubbish company.

@Plusnet as a loyal @bt_uk customer I changed to a Plusnet mobile sim last week and my old number has not polled over yet should've been Friday a bloody nuisance with two step verification bank investments etc
