She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Widge80 (@wendy4robbie) reported@Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasn’t been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!
