Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@MattScratchley We had plusnet in Honiton, same problem if you contact them they run a speed check and tweak it if possible. However despite their fab cust service we’ve gone with BT here.

Now sitting on hold with no indication of where I am in the queue, or how long it'll be..... I miss the old days when @plusnet were good at customer support. Now they give an impression of not wanting to talk to you. If only I could get @toobbroadband where I am!

@jwdk98 @plusnethelp I've been having the same issue yesterday and today. Noise on the phone line and connection randomly drops (router light orange) in CH66. @DowndetectorUK suggests there are issues but Plusnet site says none?

Pro Tip: Don’t use @Plusnet. Their fibre optic broadband won’t even load a 3-minute video without it buffering and you can’t get through to their support team. Pass it on.
