Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@nathanlawsn We left BT for PlusNet. It’s literally the same network, rebranded, often with free line rental offers on. So we effectively stayed with BT while saving £20 per month.

Is anyone else getting a dreadful service from John Lewis Broadband? Since early November it keeps going slow of dropping out and I'm not getting any help that sorts it out. It's the same as @Plusnet but with no Twitter help account like @plusnethelp #xmaswithoutbroadband
