Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet we in Sheffield don't have any internet, my husband works from home so that's a big problem. He's currently fixing things around the house and driving me crazy with the noise. Hellllllllllllllllllllllppppppppppp!!!!!!!

@Plusnet hi, is there an outage in Bath? Our router has been out since yesterday morning, we’ve tried resetting, restarting, unplugging, turning it off for long periods of time etc etc etc. The one light is basically constantly orange/red, and the broadband light flashes red.
