@Plusnet I’m still having problems with my broadband. You assured me that it had all been resolved at your end and the problems I’ve had for years with poor broadband speeds would be rectified. They haven’t and I’ve since found out that my landline hasn’t been working properly

Swapping internet providers - Plusnet said our service would be maintained until 11th. Woke up this morning to no wifi connection, and our new router from Now hasn't arrived yet 😭😭😭

@Plusnet Open reach contractors disconnect us in order to provide our neighbours with internet 6 days ago. The engineer confirmed this yesterday, and now both houses are without internet. We work from home. No way to speak directly with open reach and plus net have been no help.
