    Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

    @plusnethelp hello plusnet. We had an issue with our plug socket the other day but the power was working we've since had an electrician change our power socket but now our router is going down atleast +10times a day can you help with this? Been happening for about 3 days now.

    @Plusnet absolutely shocking service since we've moved house. Not one thing has gone right, and still have the gall to quote me a cancellation cost. You might have good customer service, but your actual service is god-awful, I would no longer recommend you to anyone

    @Danjones_uk @Plusnet I’ve moved to BT now as I had to many on going issues. I was with them a few years and in the last year they’ve been ****. Cutting me off mid contract saying I didn’t pay a bill despite me paying in advance for a year. Then I tell them I won’t be renewing and moving BT

    @plusnethelp I've sent a message for some support. Haven't been able use my broadband for a month now, and feel I've been mis-sold from Plusnet for a package that doesn't work for my needs. And no online chat on the website for some reason so can't reach help online!
