Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@AliceLBronte We switched to Plusnet recently, fibre, with 37mbps. It's been an improvement on the Post Office basics one which used to stop working periodically. Hasn't cut out once. And fractionally cheaper, I believe. Never had to call customer service.

Missed the #masters coverage last night after the broadband failed. Called #plusnet this morning. Call answered straight away and issue fixed in 10 mins. Credit where it's due. Great job.

@aliengirlludii @CarrieHFletcher Think I said that in a round-a-bout kinda way, which is why I suggested checking with BT on performance issues. I used to work for Plusnet when they were Force9 Internet, their customer service is one of best around might work better for getting things sorted if no joy from BT.

@yvonnemurphy53 @Plusnet I mean - sky charge for landline rental? It’s ridiculous!!!! We still have tv with them but cancelled home phone and broadband and are now saving £20+ a MONTH and have better broadband service.... seriously... they take the absolute p*ss...

hey kids - this is a boring request but can anyone recommend broadband providers? we are with plusnet whose customer service is really good but the connection has got worse and worse over time it would also be helpful to know whether changing supplier would make any difference?
