    Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

    This morning = no internet! Frustrating call to Plusnet Support who tried to tell me the lack of Internet was linked to the landline fault. They finally agreed it was not. They said I need to be ‘educated on how to install the router’ which was working yesterday 5/

    Switch fromJohn Lewis broadband (provided by Plusnet) to Plusnet was set for 21 Sept. On 20th I had no internet so contacted Plusnet Support. They restored Internet on the new router & said they had completed the switch over. 2/

    @Plusnet Confirmed. The engineer just didn't turn up. It's 2nd time I waited in for an engineer sent by @plusnet who didn't turn up. No one tells you. No one apologises the hours of your time wasted completely unnecessarily. No one says "This is unacceptable. 16 days? Now we will fix it."

    @Plusnet Shocking customer service. Was told around 25th Sept I couldn’t get a cheaper deal to renew my broadband and went on their website today and found a cheaper deal for the same speed! Can’t speak to anyone as the lines are always busy. @PlusnetOfficial #disgraceful

    Plusnet well what can I say I have been a loyal customer for 9 years and the past few years everytime I renew my contract my broadband gets less and less, I pay for 80/20 and I get now 55/10 instead of 77/19. Won't be renewing.

    Having ruled everything else out now, this seems to be an issue with @Plusnet; any clarification on why @google services aren't peering correctly (and judging by the help forum, not for the first time), guys?

    @Plusnet You are absolutely joking? I’ve waited 13 weeks for installation, I’ve got a myriad of plans revolving around installation in 3 days time & now u cancel it due to industrial action? Thats right - SHAFT your customers 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
