    @Plusnet hey! Been a customer for 1 month and every day this week between 230 and 3 the Internet goes down. Today its not come back, used your text service and apparently no issue with the line and I've done all the advice it's told me to. I need my connection to work as I WFH

    @Plusnet can't get in touch with support over the phone or online. Been trying for 3 weeks, on hold for over an hour each time without any answer. Can someone DM me asap. Need to rebook an engineer.
