  @plusnethelp 7 days on and not even a reason as to why my line was terminated let alone any time scale as to when it will be re-connected. Laughed at when I asked about a SIM card to give me some connection to the internet. #plusnet never return calls - shocking service.

  @Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

  @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!
