Laughed at when I asked about a SIM card to give me some connection to the internet. #plusnet never return calls - shocking service.

At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.
