@Plusnet Just like to say,once again.Thank u 4 the rubbish internet again last night.Every day is the same.Had the engineer out, no prob, changed freqency on wifi hub,sat nomore than 6ft away from hub,still the same.Rubbish service!Rubish company! Stay away from minusnet! RIP OFF SERVICE!

@Plusnet since we moved to fibre we have had no end of trouble with the Internet dropping. I think its time you send an engineer out now as nothing else seems to work!

@Plusnet Dear Plusnet. Can I ask why you are unable to bill me the correct amount for my BB service? Not once in the time since it's been in operation have you charged me the amount we agreed. This month's bill is over by £1.40. Close, but not right.

@BradburyMaureen @Twitter @TalkTalk I changed from Talk Talk because of their appalling service. The engineer was excellent, but when he called his colleague she was hopeless and nothing was done. Plusnet are great - Sheffield tech call centre, very helpful.

@Plusnet Today one of your engineers resolved a slow broadband issue for me after discovering my line was configured as ADSL (I pay for fibre). Assuming its been this way the entire contract (18 months this month), am I due a refund for the difference between ADSL and Fibre?
