Imagine having to wait for nearly a MONTH for @plusnethelp @Plusnet to simply organise an Engineers visit, Worst customer service ive ever seen. And its not even close.

@Plusnet Your Internet does not work. Its crap. Keeps dropping after 5 mins. When you have kids self isolating that need Internet for school work and it does not work because stupidly dad moved broadband over to you. Never had this issue with the last provider🤬🤬🤬

@Plusnet my broadband has been down for over 24 hours, I've called the helpline twice and I'm still net-less. I'm having to cancel meetings and losing money as I'm freelance, why hasn't this been fixed yet? I really regret switching to Plusnet, been a disaster the whole time 👎
