@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Try setting all your devices to static IPs (will be in DHCP in the router settings), that solved a very similar-sounding problem my printer/laptops-talking-to-printer and FireTV had on my network.

@WrecklessGamer Virgin Media are alright broadband when it works but their customer service is notoriously woeful Plusnet are nice but don't offer FTTP so I went with BT which is their parent company these days

@Plusnet - I’m not the happiest customer as my broadband has not been reliable. However, I’d like to give credit to Abdul who dealt with my issue today - he listened, empathised, suggested a solution then carefully talked me through the process. I felt valued. Hope it works!

Just helped an elderly friend report the death of his wife to Plusnet. Handled efficiently and sympathetically by their customer service team. In under 15 mins we transferred their broadband to his name and cancelled her mobile phone. Well done, Plusnet #Creditwherecreditsdue

@Plusnet Hi, Have not had a mobile signal all day. Have restarted phone, removed sim card etc etc and still nothing. Not very happy with the service so far.

I've got 1 very sick human who was up the hospital last week who is now worried that she won't have any Internet from tomorrow because @VodafoneGroup can tell @Plusnet she's switching but then cancel the switch because she can't answer phone calls leaving us with no Internet.

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet - you’re losing 2 customers today after you are bumping up your prices, I was willing to live with the lack of wifi calling and lack of signal in my village for the cheaper cost of your plans, now they are going up I’m moving on
