    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @Plusnet @Deku_shrub Hi Plusnet, I'm also having an issue with connecting to Slack and get a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. All other websites work fine. If I hotspot from my phone I can connect to Slack fine (so not an issue with Slack), but rather with your DNS record

    @Plusnet Good morning. I switched to yourselves at the end of July and was very happy with the speed and connectivity of my broadband. However, the past couple of weeks my connection seems to be very slow. Any help to rectify this would be much appreciated.

    @Plusnet So there has been a problem with the 5ghz wireless on a Plusnet router now since 2019 apparently. my devices keep dropping out of this even after firmware updates. when are you going to ditch these obviously faulty routers for something I can use?

    @Plusnet All my internet has gone down nothing will connect it went off at 3 am now when I try to connect it says go in to your router and sign in what the hell is going on as I have said I am disabled and just do not need this stress get a engineer out please like Emma said to sort it
