    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @Plusnet Thank you, @Plusnet but I have spent an awful long time this week on the phone to your advisors and I’m not going to lose the last bit of sunshine today explaining everything again when you’ve got all my details but you can’t get anybody till Monday to sort it this is over a week

    That’s not too bad, mine went from £102 to about £160. I said I’ll pay something like the same as I’m paying and they offered pennies off. Now save £102 less my broadband £24.99 on Plusnet. Haven’t missed it.

    @Plusnet are you trying to get rid of old F9 mail customers by lifting the spam filter? Been a customer for >25 years, the amount of junk mail I get these days, with the highest setting on your portal, is ridiculous.

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
