@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@euperia @Plusnet @euperia been with plusnet for over a decade. There pretty good not really had any issues. There basically BT(owned by) tho and there routers are **** replace it immediately.

@Plusnet I have been unable to make/receive calls and texts since leaving a remote holiday house in Yorkshire yesterday and travelling home. No internet either unless connected to WIFI. Thought it was due to storm but problem continues today. Same for husband also with plusnet.

@Plusnet My broadband died around 8:45 this evening and is still off. No DSL light on my OpenReach fibre modem. Your Service Status says no issues but still nothing here 😕 Can you help?
