    Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom.     @Plusnet two engineers came out to fix my neighbours phone from Open Reach and now we don’t have our landline anymore as the work was done here

    @Plusnet Hi, they've not turned up, I've blocked a whole 5 hours out of my day to wait for you and non of your staff had the decency or customer service to inform me that he/she isn't coming, my wife is a tutor and desperately need internet to mark students work and we've got a toddler..

    @Plusnet #plusnet #internet Plusnet are just about the WORST Internet service provider I have ever encountered!! They take ages to settle any problems and blame everything else!!! Awful service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
