@Plusnet Hey, I've had no calls, texts or mobile data for 3 days now? Coverage checker days there's no issues in my area. I've tried all the usual hacks, turning on/off phone and aeroplane more, reinserting sim etc. 🌞

@adamjamesdaley We're with plusnet (super fibre optic). No issues. Before that with sky, no issues either but I'd say sky has the edge.

@finance55uk @Plusnet I had the same with virgin. I found that due to them increasing it so much you also had the option to come out of contract early. This gave me extra leverage and instead of the £11 increase, they knocked it down to a £1.30 increase just by making a quick call to them

@Plusnet Hi Mike. Yes I still have a problem. You guys cut my broadband without connecting me to a new one. So I've fully paid for this month's broadband, I'm without any service, and I'm having to commute daily from Swindon to Reading to work on my own in an empty office.
