6 weeks after trying to organize a home move: 10 calls to @Plusnet, 3 no-show @WeAreOpenreach appointments, £65 spent on mobile data and wifi hotspots, no compensation offered. 8 years as a customer written off. @virginmedia shut up and take my money!

For 2 + years #Plusnet provided no working mobile service, then spent next 6 months chasing payment via 2 different debt collectors! Plusnet still wont take me to court, so am going to take them to court. Spending the weekend writing a letter before action. I want my day in Court

Anyone else with @Plusnet broadband having an awful time of it lately? Constant drop outs, massive variations in speed and totally unusable WiFi? Not good enough @plusnethelp 😒
