@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet with you guys for two weeks now and still no internet. First engineer didn't fix it. Second engineer didn't bother to show up. Your agent couldn't have sounded less interested. Utterly rubbish.

@Smith_SM30 Most tests recommend a direct link for the test. Looks like PlusNet uses the Openreach network. You may need to press PlusNet who, if they can't solve it themselves will book the BT check. (The green boxes have a set capacity, so an engineer may have messed w/ your connection.)
