@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet @Plusnet one week, countless phone calls, hours on hold, social media messages and still you have offered no reply to me. This is really dreadful service. I would at this point like a refund.

Outrageous customer setvice from the broadband team at @Plusnet and on twitter still cant get through on the phone keep getting fobbed off when I do get through. Luckily the @plusnet mobile team were great and sorted me out with some more data.

@ConstableChaos @OpenreachHelp I had that when the previous residents ended their contract with BT. Took 30 days for openworld to flick the switch back so plusnet could activate my line. Terrible system, why does it need to be set on and off, especially when a reset is registered before the close command!

@bt_uk no broadband since Wednesday. Spent 2 hours trying to talk to someone only to be told there’s nothing that can be done till the 12th. Within 2 months you’ve achieved worse internet service and customer service than PlusNet over 10 years 👏🏻
