Another massive price hike by @Plusnet after a huge one last year, within contract. Just waiting for the contract to end then will switch of course. Should I assume I'll lose service during switch? Anything I can do to mitigate?

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

When @Plusnet goes down for for over 24h, comes back for a bit and then goes down for 12+ hours and counting with DSL issues both times..

@NoseySurgeon I was with PlusNet but with two of us needing to video call, the bandwidth during peak pandemic was getting sapped by the whole area. Cable with a **** provider was the only reasonable option.

Diabolical service by @Plusnet & @BT. Error by @BT disconnected our broadband on 22nd Dec. Only connection since been via our mobile data #Hotspot. *Their* error lost our fibre slot at the exchange and only ADSL now available. Still waiting to be connected, 13 days later #Fuming
