@cashbey @Plusnet @plusnethelp useless, just cuts out whenever their network can't cope and they just spend the whole time trying to tell you its something your end. If that is the only service they can provide then fine, i will take if for a fiver a month.

Brands should not have customer service twitter feeds if they aren’t able to respond to customers. Yes, looking at you @plusnethelp. The minute out contract is up we’re off. 24hrs into internet outage and no idea when it’s coming back. Hopeless. Avoid @Plusnet

@Plusnet WiFi on my router is broken & @plusnethelp said that you don't support WiFi on your routers! I was advised to buy 3rd party router to fix the problem. So I pay for a service but you don't support the thing that delivers that service. Shocking! & Rep blocked my complaint

@Plusnet I’ve called in to cancel my broadband and have to pay up to certain number of weeks granted. But then I’ve got an email to say you’re taking another full months due on 7th April?! Then again on the 27th for my billing date? What the hell you charging me more? Cancel!!

any else have issues with @Plusnet connections after 8pm, after customer services have gone home and then they get back in its all fine again. Is this part of the business model. Combined with making people run about "trouble spotting" at home when the issues are in their network

@Jack_WJB @Plusnet yep if we can just limp the network to 8pm then we can all go home and the users can whistle as the network falls apart around this ears.
