    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    @Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

    @Plusnet No sign of open reach - this is an absolute disgrace. They should never have disconnected the service until such time that they were actually able to carry out the work. My mum is paying for a service that she cannot use!!

    Merry Xmas @Plusnet - I left your in Nov for the land of milk, honey, and FTTP - but am still receiving billing emails (albeit for £0) - and when I login to website it tells me my account is closing down and I can't change anything. Can I cancel the billing emails? They worry me!
