    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    @Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @Plusnet Hi Emily in past 6 days I have restarted device as many times as I haven't done in year. And No still Is NoT working. Turn off sim out NOT working. Flying mode Not working. Manual network Not working. So what did yr team fixed?

    Day 15 since no access to my mobile phone number, texts and data when porting from @EE to @Plusnet mobile 😱 @Plusnet are sending no updates on when their problems will be fixed and when I call they have no clue to a fix or an alternative solution #UnhappyCustomer

    @LouiseA17186459 Hi Louise! So line rental costs are essential for a broadband connection. The broadband service runs on the same line as the phone so this is necessary for either or both services, if that makes sense.     @NeilZammit5 @Plusnet @ktnolanxx Same problem. Been two weeks now. Poor communication on issue from Plusnet, no indication if or when it will be sorted. Couldn’t cancel within the 14 days or number would be lost. Have had to get another sim and as soon as I can I will be requesting a PAC and a refund.
