    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

    @stillawake @plusnethelp I have had @plusnet for several years and always found them great value. Just recently, similar to yourself I am experiencing similar issues with speed also dropping off for a few minutes. My phones sometimes will display 'incorrect password' then without any change, log back in.

    @Plusnet @IM_org I would imagine most parents, as well as their children who rely on you for Internet ask "how can I get on the internet". Terrible broadband, awful router and WiFi range, and even worse customer service.

    @plusnethelp Am slightly concerned that I'm getting almost daily nuisance call from different mobile numbers, but all leaving same message in foreign language. But I've literally never used my Plusnet number and no one should have it. I've only used it for mobile data. Is (1/2)

    @Plusnet @IM_org Why promote Safeguard when it does not work. There are loads with the same problem on your Community Forum. No websites are getting blocked neither by Category or by adding your own. Porn can still be accessed even though it is blocked

    (2/2) this a known data breach with Plusnet? I block every number that calls, but every day a different one rings and leaves same message. I've registered my number with Telephone Preference Service, and if this doesn't solve problem then am inclined to cancel my contract.
