    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    @Plusnet need help, fibre line drops sigmnal all of the time with multiple users. Looks like your router is dreadful at load sharing. Will buying a better router fix this?

    @plusnethelp It is now nine months since I transferred my phone number from @Plusnet to another supplier but you keep sending me messages that you will be taking a monthly amount for my non-existent service. It is annoying.

    @Plusnet Fixed now. Customer relations would be helped enormously if the company could push out a media notification when there is a major disruption to service. Not saying anything/not responding is unhelpful. These incidents are not forgotten when renewal time comes.
