Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

  • ThePhysioRooms

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

  • gregpaulshort
Greg Short (@gregpaulshort) reported from Haywards Heath, England

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

  • EwanCrook

@Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

@EddieRobson Hi Eddie, I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble loading up Youtube. Is this happening on multiple devices and does the same thing occur when using another internet connection, like mobile data? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

  • systematicdata

@Robdunk @YouTube Hi mate. Just to let you know I discovered the problem. If you are with BT or plusnet apparently they added YouTube to their parental controls setting. Turned parental controls off and YouTube all working again.

  • i_am_softlad

@EddieRobson @Plusnet I'm with @Plusnet and I've just accessed YouTube with no issues at all. I'm in SE London for what it's worth.

  • Anoninja7
    Anoninja (@Anoninja7) reported

@Plusnet is there a problem with Plusnet/BT DNS? YouTube on certain devices isn’t accessible on your standard DNS servers (which unbelievably aren’t configurable on your hub)…

  • FRH411TBMWR807
    Philip Ashcroft (@FRH411TBMWR807) reported

Can anyone explain why #shellenergybroadband never answer the phone? Their chat area is as bad for customer support. In fact after losing two hours of my life hanging on because "they value my custom" it's been quicker to change supplier to #plusnet

  • DrFrancisYoung
    Dr Francis Young (@DrFrancisYoung) reported

@Plusnet wondering if you can help - YouTube suddenly stopped working yesterday across all our browsers and 4 different devices, so I'm thinking it may be something to do with the router? Thanks.

  • ReneMillman
    Rene Millman (@ReneMillman) reported

Having such trouble porting some mobile number over @Plusnet, some number work but no service, others seem to be stuck in limbo. Can’t even dial these without hitting voicemail or getting number unavailable. Very poor service so far.

@Plusnet I’m tweeting out of complete frustration. I have been overcharged by you for months and months and months. I’ve spoken to several managers and it’s still not resolved. Maybe being this public will help?

@Plusnet Thanks! I'd like to test the network first. Do I have to sign up for a contract to get a SIM? Can I just try for 30 days?
