Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

@Plusnet my broadband contract ran out on 31st Jan and I renewed / upgraded well before this but earliest install date I could get for the new service is 14th Feb. I have now been billed for the out of contract rate, very poor service for a loyal customer of yours.

@pipmadeley @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach I was wondering if it was a problem at the exchange, though if your phone still works I doubt it would be (forgot about trying that)

@nhh322000 @Plusnet Glad your problem got sorted. Sadly this is a complete loss of DSL disconnection, different issue.

@Plusnet Have sent you a message, but have to say, that a business that gives people no way to complain about bad service other than twitter is pretty appalling!

@writer_paula @Plusnet had similar issues thankfully my phone takes 2 sim cards so i got an extra pay as you go for emergencies if the O2 tower goes down.

Thanks to @Plusnet we have had no broadband since yesterday. Absolute **** show. We can still operate thanks to Izettle & O2 3G but it’s a massive inconvenience. We’re stock taking with pen & paper. Sigh. Bear with. Hopefully back to normal tomorrow. Fuming! 🤬 Waste of morning!

Dear @Plusnet, I don't object to waiting a bit to speak to your rep. I do, however, object to your bloody awful hold music. It's ten to ten on a Thursday morning, 2am on the strip in Ayia Napa.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet For the third day your service has been awful. Each day we have no connection from around 2pm. We have reported this issue to you and so far have had no response. Do not ignore this message. We will go elsewhere. Screenshot taken.

@pipmadeley @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach I dumped the plusnet router after I had similar problems. Its cheap junk. Spent £90 on a tp link router from Amazon. 5 min set up. No problems since. Not a single drop out and it's faster.
