sharonh (@kartb4horse) reported@Plusnet wondering if you can help. Having real problems with connection dropping constantly on broadband. Have installed a bt hub 6 yesterday which improved speed, as that was previously also an issue, but we are still having connection dropping several times.

At first , when on p2p and with the plusnet game package , it was really good. Plusnet got bought out by BT , the game package was discontinued. Noticed a change st8 away. Moved to Spain and its been bad even on fibre.
