    @Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    @charlesmj Plusnet for me here, cheaper than bt (although they don’t offer the sport stuff extra) never had an issue myself

    Why can't telecom's companies like @btgroup and @Plusnet stop phishing texts being spoofed and sent? They must see millions go through their network. Surely it's not rocket science to spot these twankers. How is spoofing even allowed FFS?

    @Plusnet Hi. Have had issues for several days with WiFi dropping and having to repeatedly reboot router. Your online chat function is offline and says to send tweet.

    @drgarethwms With existing EE converged services, this announcement sounds more like a consolidation. I will miss Plusnet's service.
