    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

    @Plusnet my internet has been terrible. I am new customer and since I moved to plusnet the internet stops or is very slow. I spend all day on zoom working and can't have even one normal meeting!!! Very disappointing

    @Plusnet The worst Internet ever since we joined this service. Most of the time wifi is down with slow or weak signals. No wifi for more than 2 hours.

    @Plusnet 18 days now without landline service & internet for a 77 year old lady living on her own, no mobile network coverage, 4 request for a manager call back but nothing. Plusnet/JohnLewisbroadband should be ashamed, all they can do is pass the buck.

    @plusnethelp we use this company for work emails which we lost on Tuesday lunchtime. Now 48 hrs in with numerous tickets & not one person at plusnet able to advise on this problem . Be warned!
