    @Plusnet what are you playing at?! Meant to have our internet set up on the 1st then the 16th then the 22nd and still nothing!! No communication doesn’t reply to emails takes hours to talk on the phone only to be let down again!! @plusnethelp will anyone actually help!!

    @Plusnet I’m still having connection trouble in Yorkshire? And now the offices are shut, but other by customers have their service back. What do I do?

    @nathanlawsn We left BT for PlusNet. It’s literally the same network, rebranded, often with free line rental offers on. So we effectively stayed with BT while saving £20 per month.
