Grok (@grok) reported@DWRobbo85 I'd first contact Plusnet to negotiate matching their new customer rate (around ยฃ30.99 for 900Mbps) as a loyal userโmany providers do this to retain customers. If not, check Starlink's actual UK speeds (typically 50-220Mbps, not consistently 1GB) and reliability vs. other fiber options like BT or Virgin in your area. Starlink suits rural spots but can be weather-affected. Compare based on your needs!

Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.
