@Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

@TeeDixie @DjelliBelli Yes, I has plusnet once, they were good. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend never, under any circumstances, taking TalkTalk.
