And yet, when my landline dies, I use up the last of my mobile credit to have @Plusnet play me a recorded message saying they can't take my fault report.

Ian Critchley (@CritchleyIan) reported@OpenreachHelp Yes I have raised this. Engineer due on Monday. That is no help as we totally rely on it for WiFi calling. BT were informed yesterday. The overhead line to the house is 30 years old, broken and spliced to give my next door neighbour 3 supplies. (Voda,Plusnet ,sky).
