The Fylde Blackpool (@vickyfylde) reported from South Shore, England@Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. Iโve now been told to call you back on Friday when Iโm up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

I am on Plusnet right now ยฃ43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do ยฃ3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin

I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!
