They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

Josh Sweetman (@JSweetman92) reported from Havant, England'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

Only the other night we were watching Happy Valley on iPlayer (TV connected to router by ethernet cable) when connection dropped at the usual time. Had to watch last 10 mins on iPlayer app via mobile data...

Plusnet texted me to say they're expecting to fix it at about 3:20pm - whether that's when they expect it to come back up or when they'll take initial stock of what the problem is and then work out what to do with it, I don't know

Kat (@mostly_sleepy) reported@pipmadeley @Plusnet Try setting all your devices to static IPs (will be in DHCP in the router settings), that solved a very similar-sounding problem my printer/laptops-talking-to-printer and FireTV had on my network.
