Guy Rodwell (Closed) (@guyrodwell_) reportedI've been with both BT and Plusnet now, and this has been a prominent issue with both. One day your internet just doesn't work properly and it's only when you put your device on 5GHz that it works properly 🙃
-
Dan Redman (@redders91) reported@Plusnet Hi, we have had an orange light flashing on the router for a while now. Please could you check the service in TN39? Thanks

Ampfreak (@Ampfreak2) reported@Plusnet Hi. Have run into my credit cap. I have only had the sim a month, never used it and cancelled it over a week ago but now getting emails telling me I'm in my credit buffer. Phone queue is horrendous!!
-
tsunimee (@tsunimee) reported@Plusnet You can help by not forcing me to have a landline just to have internet. I have not made a landline call in 20 years. I don't even know my landline and don't even have a physical phone attached to it.

Ian Boothroyd (@ianboothroyd) reported@Plusnet Please ask the people in charge to be more open. 3.9% is a lot to add to bills on top of inflation, and it's reasonable for a customer to ask why. The 'approved statement' gives no 'rationale'. @Ofcom please note.
