    Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

    @nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

    Hi @Plusnet, I mistook my contract day expiry as 14th April and logged in today to renew. Unfortunately it expired on 10th April. Could you please renew my previous contract or Cancel if it is not possible. I am currently out of UK and hence could not reach out to you over phone

    @DavidLisser I don’t use them anymore as I switched to BT when I got FTTP here. I used Plusnet for many years before that and any time I had an issue their customer service was great! Zen used to be really good too although I haven’t used them in over a decade.
