  • JoshCorley14 Josh Corley (@JoshCorley14) reported

@Plusnet I have never received such an abhorrent service from any provider. To be constantly lied to and spun round in circles. Which has now led to a loss of earnings. @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

  • benvolante Ben (@benvolante) reported

@Plusnet can you sort your network out please! My internet has dropped out more times than I’ve had hot dinners. Looking around seems to be a common theme with customers when they hit the 6 month mark of being a customer.

  • IshaqSiddiqi Ishaq Siddiqi (@IshaqSiddiqi) reported

Hi, joined @Plusnet recently and after a few days of top level connectivity, it's now constant drop offs in service with frequent flashing orange lights on the router. What's the deal?

  • Grumps88 Grumps (@Grumps88) reported

2 months on and 55 phone calls later and still no phone or internet service from @Plusnet I’m unable to work and the care home where my seriously ill mother resides cannot make contact by landline. The stress this is causing is beyond belief

  • filosofical_140 Ben Samuel (@filosofical_140) reported

@Plusnet Dear Lauren, whatever plan I may or may not have agreed to, Plusnet have broken their side of the contract simply by failing to provide any service for months.

  • hairynerdman antstephenson 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇵🇹 (@hairynerdman) reported

@anon_opin Yep... Had to replace my Plusnet piece of crap with a TP Link unit from Amazon.

  • filosofical_140 Ben Samuel (@filosofical_140) reported

@Plusnet I still have no signal. People can't call me and it's affecting my business. I am forced to be your customer because when I try and get a PAC number, it says I have to pay an exit penalty I never agreed to. I believe I should not have to be held to that in these circumstances.

  • roxanneewence93 Roxanne Ewence (@roxanneewence93) reported

@Plusnet can’t tell you how impressed I am with the customer service/support I received today - the chap I spoke with deserves a pay rise, he was a brilliant advertisement for your company! #VeryImpressed

  • kh54_kevin Kevin Hemingway (@kh54_kevin) reported

@Plusnet You can help me my broadband keeps dropping out. I have tried changing the router as per mentioned in the forum changed erthernet cables along with micro filters and it’s still happening

  • UKPam Pam McDonald (@UKPam) reported

@Plusnet Just tried again to get in touch with useless Plusnet. Don't blame the pandemic either. There is no one to talk to at all. I am disgusted and I have another year of this to put up with. I can't afford to ditch Plusnet either, so I am stuck with bad service.
