    @Plusnet β€œAround 6 0’clock”? Close of β€œbusiness”? We have been unable to take payments all day! Will adding a ticket fix the problem? You stated that an engineer would call to our property between 1-6pm yesterday. Is he lost??? Shocking service!

    @Plusnet What specifics? I pay plusnet for a service that is not working. I have been told lies. You said the engineer would visit my shop on Friday between 1-6pm, never happened. Is that specific enough? @MarcAllera

    @Plusnet @MarcAllera . Called plusnet and spoke to a rude , arrogant person. Lied to by the retention team member. Raised a complaint and no one got back to me for 8 days. Called today and told they don’t have a complaints team . Imagine the vulnerable people being taken advantag
