    @Plusnet having taken a day off work to be here for an engineer and him not turning up (twice, on separate occasions), we were assured our fault was rectified, yet here we are again, internet disconnecting over and over This is shocking service. Please contact me ASAP

    Forced to change from @Plusnet to @EE last week. Phone did not work for 4 days. Now emails not working, can't send emails out. Do you seriously expect us to be paying for your non-existent service??

    If you want to know why the UK is draining down the plughole it is encapsulated in this: our internet is rubbish. Plusnet suggested full fibre. 2 months later we still don't have it. It's going to take 3 companies & 4 visits to get it installed. Time, cost, inefficiency. UK 2026
