    @Plusnet years of poor service and drop outs constantly. Never getting the speeds advertised. Now an issue where it won't work at all and I have too wait 5 days for an engineer!! With a disabled child who relies on Internet as a sensory calm! Not good enough.

    @amandajp17 @Plusnet Absolutely. For a company that prides itself on customer service it's pathetic. Heaven forbid if they want to keep their landline and in a poor mobile area. It's always call them....and wait. As most of the current moves aren't at a customers behest, they should be ringing us.

    @TomK_Brit1993 No problem. Also a bit anxious about internet switch. Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same Β£ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?

    @Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.

    Confused, you will no longer be providing a service to me and offered me to terminate fee free and move to BT . Attempted to move to BT , who couldn't provide the service I needed so found elsewhere. You're now trying to charge me early termination fee?? Why? @Plusnet
