  @Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.

  How is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet

  @Plusnet You haven’t answered my question. What good is it doing that at midnight when you are closed? And when the issue is intermittent? Why is it so difficult to just say when engineering is going to occur? Its not like you don’t know.

  Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel.   @Plusnet please can you help-we have been in contact with you numerous times without a resolution over an issue with our switch to you from Virgin media-Virgin are saying we owe them hundreds of pounds which we don’t as we had switched to you.

  @Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
