@Plusnet for a company that seems to pride themselves on a finagled high end customer service, it seems virtually impossible to actually contact you without getting tossed about to non PN support forums and the like. i need to report my router/service not being fit for purpose.

@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.

@maobook @TalkTalk Give @Plusnet a go Lee They've been fantastic since I've been with them Don't charge you extra for Superfast broadband and I get another brilliant deal on their mobile service too I get Broadband unlimited and unlimited calls I can honestly say Plusnet have been the best
