  @FrameshiftShark I was with Plusnet for the best part of 20 years, great service and good prices. I only switched to Virgin myself last year because I could finally afford fibre, but I'm so close to the exchange I'm not on a cabinet and Virgin are the only company who use their own cabinets.

  @welsh_stu time to switch then? I've had very few issues with Plusnet even after being swallowed by BT. Also offer static IP and allow you to use your own router if you want. Both important for me.

  @plusnethelp router constantly disconnecting today. Connection is not stable or reliable. Completed all troubleshooting, restarted router, logged in to router.... paying for service we aren't receiving. Not impressed. This has been an ongoing issue since joining plusnet.

  I notified @Plusnet I was moving providers for fibre broadband from June 3 and they have cut me off today. Apparently even though they acknowledge it’s their error, they can’t reinstate and getting broadband in the interim is my problem! 🤬

  Two years of stability and plusnet issues are back. Interleaved connection, 100ms latency to external IP and a couple of outages. I smell Openreach…
