@Plusnet you’ve overcharged us 4 months in a row, and every month you say it’s sorted. Service is so bad we can’t even use the WiFi! Crashes out every 5 minutes.

@Plusnet My speed has slowly got slower and slower used to be 23Mbp now I have:- Your broadband service Product: Unlimited Fibre Estimated Download Range: 20 - 33Mbps Estimated Upload Range: 5 - 6Mbps Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 16.3Mbps Current Line Speed (Download): 13.8Mbps
