    @SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimerโ€™s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @Plusnet I rang (for the 3rd time) I am still none the wiser to what the actuall problem is. @WeAreOpenreach are not to be seen, local people are all being told different things by their ISP's. No broadband for over a week is unacceptable @southkesteven

    @Plusnet Iโ€™ve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you donโ€™t actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

    @WeAreOpenreach please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Todayโ€™s engineer M group for OpenReach couldnโ€™t get the full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help can you?
