@cal_ann @Plusnet Been with them for years and very happy, but always haggle before renewal. All providers use the same cable to get the phone line into the house so I'm not sure any of them can actually offer a big difference on anything except the router, available add-ons, customer support.

Having just moved broadband and mobiles to @Plusnet I have to say how impressive their customer service is. I got through to a real person in under 2 minutes both times.

@GreyAlien @Plusnet my average speed is 0.9 mbps and im sick to the teeth of excuses and fob off solutions! It used to be about 10-11 mbps which was crap but done the job bit has got beyond a joke now.

@celticwitch1995 I had sky with no problems.Then cancelled all of it including tv and got broadband from plusnet and it was absolute crap!They admitted it and let me leave contract with compen.Back with sky broadband with absolutely no problems.Think it depends where you live and how far from box

@Plusnet any other way of getting hold of you other than phone? We would like to not keep the internet once our contract ends on the 8th of June as we’d rather not be paying £42. I can’t call so I need to be able to cancel without being told to ring. Thanks!

@Plusnet Hi please can someone assist me I’m a business customer and have been trying to ring the number on your website and the number is unavailable. I’ve found another number online and have been on hold now for 1 hour 😡
