    @ddwt @Plusnet @plusnethelp Well there’s an exception that proves every rule. We found @Plusnet so bad that we left for @bt_uk & would never go back!! Anyway hope you are well pal!

    @goatee2 @Plusnet I had plusnet for a few years and had to have BT out as my wifi kept dropping, in the end it was cables under the road, but I was forever ringing or messaging them. I moved to Vodafone 3 years ago and never had a problem

    @Plusnet I can’t give you that information because I’ve had to move in with my parents so that I can do my job using their internet, so I don’t have documentation to hand. I’m also dealing with a broken down car at the moment so getting back to my house isn’t practical.
