Anyone else experiencing terrible customer service from Plusnet? I was under the impression that they were one of the better broadband companies but obviously I was wrong having left my 84 year old mother with no connection for almost a week. @Plusnet

@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?

@Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?

  • spinner2000

@Plusnet my broadband is due for renewal I dont usually look at "exclusive" deals for me but tonight I have and it is cheaper to be a new customer and get a Β£160.00 gift card.. And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch πŸ˜’

  • MachLoopWales
    MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported

@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

  • ComTekMan
    Carl Fandidango (@ComTekMan) reported

@CommsOmbudsman 3 BT Group companies (Plusnet, EE, Openreach) pass the buckβ€”no one takes responsibility. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying Β£63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).
