Lime Assistive Technology Ltd, UK (@Lime_AT_Ltd_UK) reported@Plusnet Anoush. I am using a #Dreytek router, but the problem is intermittent, and also prevents me from using my iPhone's hotspot. Our #MacMini appears unaffected, so its definitely a @Windows issue. Very frustrating. @MSFTEnable

Siwan 🐾 (@IamSiwan) reported@Plusnet Yesterday I arranged to switch to you on the 27th September but last night I had an email confirming the switch on the 20th! I'll be penalised by my current provider if the switch occurs before the 26th so can this switch date be changed? Otherwise I'll have to cancel...

-
Oli (@olibuckley) reported@Plusnet Right. I'm still unable to receive calls unless I switch to 3G. This is terrible. I cannot afford to keep missing calls because they just don't show up if I have 4G enabled. I've been a customer for 3 weeks and will be leaving in the next week if it's not sorted
-
Delving Into Indie Dev (@MisappMedia) reported@Plusnet Hi Plusnet, I've accessed my acc online but there's no mention of sim card sent or to expect it & its not clear just exactly what my phone number is or will be when you connect me. Its been about a week now & my old Tesco service is cut off. I was pleased to sign up, briefly 😔

📷 Alan Downes 🎥 (@alan_downes_) reportedhave to cancel, but Plusnet have been in touch to confirm that it will be cancelled. Am I going to retain my existing broadband services until the 13th?

Chris Wallace (@ShootTheDrummer) reported@Shaun_Sheppard @Plusnet We’ve been getting intermittent speed issues for a bit. Happens once a week, but cycling the router doesn’t do anything. Reminds me of being back on dialup, but at least the internet doesn’t scream at me now.

donna armitage (@donna_armitage) reported@Plusnet so sick of this crap service - signal been dropping all day on home broadband and it’s defo plus net as having to use my hotspot to use for work and that’s fine

Tim 🐌 (@tim_cattlin) reported@kenny307mcfc @Footynut1Wendy It's certainly faster and with lower latency Kenny, I've just moved to them after 7 years with Plusnet who wouldn't play the haggling game this year. But, as Wendy knows, it's not available to everyone. The risk with using VM is that their customer service is non existent.
