@Ofcom - what’s the regulations around wifi speeds? With @Plusnet fibre 145 (guaranteed 80mbps). Wifi speeds drop lower than 5mbps at peak times. Support team are useless. Ethernet speed is fine Been advised to buy a mesh network or run a cable around my house at my own cost 🙄

@Plusnet Hey, can someone get in touch with me about my broadband please? It’s performing awfully, and still im paying around £31 a month. With prices going up im likely to end up paying close to £40 for broadband that is shockingly bad. I just can’t afford it?

@Plusnet really sucks. Broadband went off at 1pm today and now midnight is still off. I'm losing £50 a day in salary for each day it is not fixed. I work from home due to disability and this is how they treat their customers. Ripoff Britain at its worst. I want recompense. 🤬🤬🤬

@Plusnet As I tweeted last night (?not shown in your reply?), it only lasted a few minutes this time. No obvious cause at this end though - usually when I have issues with your product, I lose service completely, but this time it just slowed to a crawl, with router looking normal.

@Plusnet can you help explain to me why the guaranteed minimum broadband speed I was offered was 61Mbps. But when I log in to my broadband account on your website its now only saying estimated download speed of 41-46Mbps, which is what I'm getting. (1/2)

@Plusnet Do you not understand English when you are commenting in English, my mother has try to get this sorted out a number of times. The next step is a complaint to ofcom and legal action in court against plusnet for breach of contract.
