Good job to @Plusnet who rather than reinstate a rolling monthly contract that they cancelled despite multiple requests not to, did in fact cancel it. Then ask for me to take a new contract despite explaining I was waiting for full fiber to be installed thats been delayed!

@Plusnet I've an engineer booked sometime this morning to fix the broadband into the house. The text message says I can track this on the Plusnet Member Centre app, but I can't find any such app on the Play Store. Is there any way to check when they might turn up?

@Kevvoo55 @Plusnet ... online within 4 hours, and it still hasn't come back on, I have since paid my bill in full, amd still nothing, all I have is an orange light on the router with no Internet, and earlier I was told systems where down your end... what is going on?!?!?!?
