    @Plusnet I have been told by my current provider (BT) that I cannot cancel my land line because full fibre broadband needs it but you advertise broadband without a landline. Is this possible in my area? (NR120HE)

    @Plusnet I am a customer. I want to talk to an actual human about SAFEGUARD not working but your telephone bot system is impenetrable. How do I find a human to talk to?

    @Plusnet I have done this, and was told it wpuld be fixed by 11:30 pm ot's not, was told i would have a call back within half an hour of logginh i have not, i want to k ow when my service will be resumed
