@avfcjackson @EE 4 in a family, £112 for a holiday. Just for your phones. @Plusnet seems to be the answer. Let's **** these roaming charges off by changing supplier. The market talks.

@Plusnet I've just learned that you don't support texting to short codes. Is this something in the pipeline to support? I was unable to reply to an important message from Barclays today which led to this discovery

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is worth fighting for. And not just against Vodafone. I had issues dealing with Plusnet. They disconnected our internet claiming we missed a payment, however I had proof I paid it. I went through and looked at the timing, and they actually disconnected us…

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sorry for your loss and the trouble and upset vodaphone have caused you. My sister had the same problem with Plusnet over 10 years ago. Husband took out the account and 3 mnts later he dropped dead suddenly. Plusnet made her continue to pay for the rest of contract....

Sorry @toobbroadband you've taken too long to design and install your service at our location. After paying @Plusnet £50/month for 18Mbps for too long I've switched to a @ThreeUK #5G Hub and get 172Mbps for £10/month

@Plusnet hello. I was a customer for 14 years and only left when you offered me Full Fibre with BT! I now know that you are offering people that call you Full Fibre. Do you now also have broadband and telephone packages?

@Plusnet 3 days ago I did this. I sent a DM with my user and post code etc. A week has gone by. No idea when we will get connected. Health equipment unable to send info to hospital to manage oxygen levels. Basic courtesy and customer respect would be appreciated.
