Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

  • KarenAms KarenAms (@KarenAms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

Dear @Plusnet @plusnethelp so disappointed that still no broadband or tv after 6 days. Chose you for your supposedly good customer services 😢

  • OutaLee Lee Graham (@OutaLee) reported from Littlehampton, England

Seriously PlusNet... Your customer service is shocking

  • EwanCrook Ewan crook* (@EwanCrook) reported from Worthing, England

@Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

  • nmacdonald1972 Natasha Shane (@nmacdonald1972) reported from Horsham, England

@phil_lovett58 @Plusnet Same for me went off around 0830 and been told be 3 days to be fixed as an open reach issue apparently

  • ThePhysioRooms The Physio Rooms (@ThePhysioRooms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@DrinkLermanade Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • sooziesays 𝕤𝕆𝕆𝕫 (@sooziesays) reported

@Plusnet @chris_kammy @lemontwittor Instead of wasting money on D list celebrities maybe get your customer services in order. I had to switch provider because of the appalling treatment i got from your company.

  • brainwipe Rob Lang (@brainwipe) reported

@UswitchUK @OpenreachHelp @MattRodda I'm expecting a Network-Rail-Train-Operating-Company levels of teflon coating. USwitch will blame PlusNet. PlusNet will blame OpenReach. OpenReach will shrug. I live in the centre of a 218k pop town with crap internet. No-one takes responsibility and I'm expected to WFH.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@MatthewPAdkins Hi Matt, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us. If there is anything we can help with, please reach out and let us know. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • anzmaraz Anna (@anzmaraz) reported

@Plusnet This is the fourth day now, I don’t understand why it keeps getting pushed back and we’ve had no communication or compensation. It is still not working.

  • Photogenicfishh Blobfishh 🐠 (@Photogenicfishh) reported

No stream today. Internet has been acting up since yesterday. Plusnet may have been bad, but at least it was consistent. BT just wakes up on the wrong side of the bed and goes on a rampage randomly..

  • phil__stanmore 🚴 Phil 💙 #FBPE 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇩🇪 (@phil__stanmore) reported

@Smith_SM30 Most tests recommend a direct link for the test. Looks like PlusNet uses the Openreach network. You may need to press PlusNet who, if they can't solve it themselves will book the BT check. (The green boxes have a set capacity, so an engineer may have messed w/ your connection.)

  • anzmaraz Anna (@anzmaraz) reported

@Plusnet A reboot worked, thank you. How do we go about claiming compensation for the 4 days it was down?

  • BenRKUK Ben Hanson (@BenRKUK) reported

"In Yorkshire, when we see that'll do, it means it'll more than do", have Plusnet ever actually been to Yorkshire 🙄 that's not what it means when we say that'll do at all, it means it's **** but could be worse

  • venetiangambler Andy B (@venetiangambler) reported

@Plusnet fibre / broadband service down here at HD7- can you investigate please?
