Plusnet have to be THE WORST WiFi providers ever !! Cannot deal with being indoors with no WiFi ! May as well put me in the middle of the Lake District 🥴

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

Not quite sure why after a long conversation with customer support staff @Plusnet have managed to erase all of our email addresses despite being told that wouldn’t happen.

@chaznane1 @Plusnet Yeah, none of them are great tbh. Theirs is just particularly awful which sucks because the only ISPs I can use are them and Andrews and Arnold's. So what was your class stuff?

@plusnet Hi, I’m not able to log in to my btsport app. I’ve been going around & around trying to reset the btsports app password . No joy. Ages online with bt support. No joy. Bt support says “it’s a plusnet problem” Please help

@Plusnet Just duplicating this message as I'm anxious to sort this out: Hi, was just on your site looking at prices, and clicked on something about phones, and this appeared: `We will keep you updated by email and tell you once your service is ready to use.` What does this mean?
