Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

@jmarcjones @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Do your research on the speed other people get locally. The distance from the exchange plays a big part if you are on an ADSL service.

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

@lumynosyty @EddyThomas1997 I know I'm late to reply but openreach and virgin are the two main physical network providers for the UK. In my previous tweet I state that BT's 33% market share includes EE and Plusnet so yes I am aware that their bandwidth is provided by BT

@Plusnet Nearly 120 dropouts ( after the initial 10 day period ) , 2 routers , 3 engineer visits. Numerous calls to support and tweets. This is not normal. Then to be charged £87 to leave is the final insult. Shame on you Plusnet.

@Plusnet hey. I'm a new customer and my internet comes and goes twice a day (or maybe more). It's very annoying and I wonder why this happens.

@Plusnet Adam, you're making it sound like it's the individual servers that are at fault. That's not the case. The problem is with ANY server across the Atlantic. This is interfering with my work. I'm paying you guys for broadband service. Please help.

Is there a worse Internet provider in London than @Plusnet? How are these companies allowed to operate? They should be shut down and leave it to the main players

@Plusnet Still extremely angry that Plusnet insists on charging an early termination fee given the appalling broadband experience I had with you. Why credit my account for poor broadband delivery then insist on a charge to leave after 2 miserable months ?
