  • adrian_timon Adrian Timon (@adrian_timon) reported from Holmer Green, England

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

  • wildlime Brendan (@wildlime) reported from Maidenhead, England

@kevwright @MWWebster1 @NOWTV Been with Plusnet 6 years now. Not one outage or issue and I get 80mbps unlimited for £24 and boy do I use a lot of data

  • iannevin1 Ian Nevin (@iannevin1) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@Plusnet hi my internet keeps on going off after 6 mins..? And has been doing so for 1 hr 30 mins - is there a problem with Plusnet network..?

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

  • carlospinto08 Carlitos del Grana (@carlospinto08) reported from Twyford, England

@Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

  • w2aps Richard Wilson (@w2aps) reported from High Wycombe, England

@hughwebster2 I need to get that vpn sorted. Especially as Plusnet have stopped their TV service now.

  • tfoale QuantumChoices #FBPE 🔶️ (@tfoale) reported from Wooburn, England

@jmarcjones @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Do your research on the speed other people get locally. The distance from the exchange plays a big part if you are on an ADSL service.

  • RBRbBartley Richard Bartley (@RBRbBartley) reported from Little Kingshill, England

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

  • w2aps Richard Wilson (@w2aps) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

Might go to @HeyBroadband now for #FTTP as the only thing tying me to @Plusnet was the good value BT Sport subscription and #IPTV service.

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

  • laurapascaud Lady Laura (@laurapascaud) reported from Beaconsfield, England

Plusnet have to be THE WORST WiFi providers ever !! Cannot deal with being indoors with no WiFi ! May as well put me in the middle of the Lake District 🥴

  • nzbright nzbright (@nzbright) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

  • gooseandberry Goose & Berry (@gooseandberry) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

@plusnethelp Yes Curtis. I instructed BT to install a 2nd line to my home but instead they plan to take over the Plusnet one. I have told you by phone, livechat and email NOT to allow this but still the messages from you and BT are the same.. 'Sorry you are leaving' etc. I have a bad feeling.

  • philwhi48630003 phil white (@philwhi48630003) reported

@Plusnet Still no reply no chat phones cut you off what a service

  • MsRosaline Jean R T Barnett🌹 (@MsRosaline) reported

@Plusnet Please can you tell me why, as a Plusnet customer, I am unable to report a faulty phone line? For 2 days I have had no dial tone, have tried contacting by mobile to be met with a 'cannot connect due to high volume' message. Equally unhelpful on line merrygoround!!!

  • Autisticosaurus James| Its NOT Over When You Can Still #StayAtHome (@Autisticosaurus) reported

@BibiLynch @plusnethelp They truly are horrific as an ISP, I thought BT were bad (I ran up £70 in phone data charges one month at uni doing research as WiFi was 💀) & £35 on train tickets to get to someone’s house to use their wifi- won’t seem much but it was 10 occasions) but their kid Plusnet is worse

  • Lewis94795426 Lewis (@Lewis94795426) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp to add insult you have followed up with an even better offer? Of £27.99 per month. I have tried instant message and calling your help desk to be cut off via both routes.

  • mattTferguson Matt Ferguson (@mattTferguson) reported

@Plusnet Hey, any reason why I'm getting connection refused when trying to connect to your website from within my home network? I can get to it from outside, and a) yes I'm one of your customers, b) it's not DNS and c) I can't even connect to 212.159.9.2:443 via telnet

  • KLucyBull Kerry Bull (@KLucyBull) reported

@Plusnet hi, we’re having real problems with connection & working from home really need support. However when I call support an automated message tells me call back tomorrow as you’re too busy to take the call?? What are we suppose to do today without it, we can’t work.

  • Lewis94795426 Lewis (@Lewis94795426) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I am slightly surprised having been you customer for the past few years to receive an email offering me a great renewal deal of just £26.99 a month - then checking your website to find new customers get a deal of £24.99 per month.
