Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

  • ProfJWHolloway John Holloway (@ProfJWHolloway) reported from Hythe, England

@plusnethelp @Plusnet why if you have a major service outage does your website still say no problems with your network? Would save hanging on wait to your customer service team if you just are up front....

  • RussellBishop Russell Bishop (@RussellBishop) reported

Interesting tactic from @Plusnet to get some extra money out of you when your contact runs out. Send an innocuous email 30 days before connect ends with a big wall of text and no helpful headings. After your contract runs up, hike the prices until the customer notices.

  • duxastroman Pete Hill (@duxastroman) reported

@Plusnet I want the updates your service providers are giving your management team
