@nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

@Plusnet so over 8 months ago you promised me an £18 refund, i am still waiting then you try to blackmail me into saying you will put that on hold until my problems with broadband are resolved They are still unresolved as are my landline issues! pleased my contract is up soon

Poor show @Plusnet & @BTOpenreach1 . I’ve now been without broadband or home phone line for over a week. I’m severely regretting my decision to try to swap provider. “we’ll do you proud”…not this customer you haven’t. Sort it out now, or I will pull the plug on changing

@Plusnet on the first place, we should have been debited through our bank account. It didn't work. We don't know why and you can't explain. Then we tried to pay for days online, by phone, and doesn't still work. We explained our online exam issue. No solutions by your team....

@Plusnet i will note, i do not require a super fast speed here, only stable latency - im trying to play a game and this fluctuation makes it borderline unplayable, seriously considering forking the extra money and moving back to BT, never had this problem before
