It is now working fine thanks. Problem & mystery solved. So issue was not having connected in UK b4 going abroad. Kiron

Please expand on what the issue is and when actually service will be restored, call centre message suggests you dont know really.

Utterly unacceptable. We can't even watch a film. Speed test says sub 0.5mbps. Pls contact me to discuss remuneration & resolution
