  That’s not too bad, mine went from £102 to about £160. I said I’ll pay something like the same as I’m paying and they offered pennies off. Now save £102 less my broadband £24.99 on Plusnet. Haven’t missed it.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
