@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

@Plusnet is there anyway to get my reward as I’ve missed it by a few days? Didn’t realise I had to claim it, assumed it was automatic. I’ve already had to fork out for a new (non Plusnet), router as the two you’ve previously sent have never work properly.

@Plusnet Thankfully my messages have both been sent now... We use an email client and messages are a bit unpredictable but seem to get through eventually... I was just relieved to find out that it wasn't a problem with my phone...
