@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.

@Richard_Parker @Plusnet Cancel order and go to another provider - customer service is awful and even had ee/bt call centre explaining they literally have no power to support resolve issues with openreach. That’s the reason they are cheap and rubbish
