@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

@Plusnet Internet is down and we've been told 3+ days for an engineer, no follow up emails from phone call nothing confirmed in writing. Three adults who cannot work from home - please tell us why we should keep paying our bill????

@plusnethelp @plusnet @DailyMailUK absolutely shocking service from Plusnet will not allow me to order new SIM card on behalf of my vulnerable 92 year old deaf father. Nor will they allow me to make a complaint!! Avoid.

@Plusnet can't even raise a complaint properly as once I cancel, you delete the ticket and don't pass my complaint to the complaints team... Pointless and **** service
