@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

@OpenreachHelp Please please please send an engineer out to fix my broadband, I’m with plusnet and they keep telling me you’re coming and you never show up. It’s been 24 days! I’m desperate. I need to work from home and homeschool too.

So 14 days after raising an issue with @Plusnet explaining the exact problem and directing them to the solution. After 1 no show @Openreach aborted visit. The second engineer actually listened and solved it In 39 minutes. #shitshow

@WGTA_FPL @FPL_Calamity @bt_uk I tried that with Plusnet when they went down for a week and I had to run video sessions from my phone. Ran out of my and Mrs C's data. They said the best they could do was provide a note to my boss saying that my WiFi was down

Finally after almost a year of complaining to @Plusnet I have the most up to date router and get full signal connection in my room which only 8ft away!! The test will be tomorrow if it has fixed a long term occurring problem. #internetproblems #nightmare #wfh
