The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

Trains with Nick (@March_Hare82) reported@Plusnet Getting tired of having to reset my router randomly after losing all Internet. As soon as it resets, (after a period of up to 5 mins,) all is well again until the next time I arrive home and find it's down again. Never had this issue with @SkyUK

I suppose this is why customer service is so poor across the board. What incentive is there to make an effort when your competitors aren't providing a noticeably better alternative?
