@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

@JohnTurner2021 @Plusnet True, but currently only BT and Virgin are immediately using digital lines. The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp you pretend to be all down to earth but really you don't give a toss about your customers. I'm still waiting from last Friday for Internet. Don't appreciate being told to go buy an aerial to watch tv

Another massive price hike by @Plusnet after a huge one last year, within contract. Just waiting for the contract to end then will switch of course. Should I assume I'll lose service during switch? Anything I can do to mitigate?

@Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

@Plusnet I can see I’m apparently due to pay £3.14 for this month which I don’t really understand (not a huge problem) anyway you could just drop me a message to explain that?

Why @Plusnet are you intent on allowing your #CustomerService to deteriorate, have you changed direction? I suggest you cancel your advertising campaigns especially when the CEO and CFO choose not to acknowledge emails, it’s always a tell tell sign of trouble ahead. #Avoidplusnet

@Plusnet Hi Emma. I've decided against using Plusnet because you're customer service is abysmal. A 25 minute wait and STILL the phone isn't answered is unacceptable. FYI my username is rubbery. Don't know where I got that from. Gerry

@Plusnet @SimpleLogin yup, the emails are valid and not spammy in content, it's a DNS config issue I think thats tripping them for spam detection.

@MeEncantaUk @Plusnet If they can fleece the disabled and leave a load off issues behind then they're not reputable enough for me.

@Plusnet what a disgraceful service. I was supposed to be swapping to Plusnet and my old provider was cut off only to find out my Plusnet account has been closed and I am left without broadband. It will take at least 10 working days for the service to be reinstated.
