  • Deirdre03224751 Deirdre Williams🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧 (@Deirdre03224751) reported from Bexhill-on-Sea, England

@JohnTurner2021 @Plusnet True, but currently only BT and Virgin are immediately using digital lines. The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

  • messalinahooper grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reported from Hurst Green, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp you pretend to be all down to earth but really you don't give a toss about your customers. I'm still waiting from last Friday for Internet. Don't appreciate being told to go buy an aerial to watch tv

  • Bluhenry just strolling (@Bluhenry) reported from Bexhill-on-Sea, England

@Plusnet I would like to contact customer services to cancel the BT sports app from my account . I am just going around in circles with this . Can you send me an email address to write to you please .

  • jimjam_arch James Galpin (@jimjam_arch) reported from Ticehurst, England

@wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

  • Fatty_Gets_Fit BenC (@Fatty_Gets_Fit) reported from Robertsbridge, England

@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

  • Deirdre03224751 Deirdre Williams🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧 (@Deirdre03224751) reported from Bexhill-on-Sea, England

@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

  • SussexRivers UKalchemy (@SussexRivers) reported from Robertsbridge, England

Broadband down for 12 hrs again so far; 2nd time in as many weeks @Plusnet; not sure if it’s the same fault as wasn’t told what the problem was 1st time

@plusnethelp @Plusnet So on the website you can talk to a chat agent immediately if you want to join up but not if you want help. I'm on the phone now ... 20 seconds until someone answered "oh you need technical support" I've now been on hold for 10 minutes ...

  • thegriffter Griff #BritishIndependence #doingwhatsright (@thegriffter) reported

@eva_angel9 The thing is that both of those will be using the same wires, cabinets and connections. If one is not so good there's no reason to believe the new provider will be any better without engineering support. I use PlusNet and love it, BT support! Arguably the best.

  • tinyrockgirl nikki (@tinyrockgirl) reported

@Plusnet hi plusnet can someone help me I want to cancel my bt sport app , dont need it anymore . Husbands gone . Thanks

  • linny_48 Linn Williamson (@linny_48) reported

  • DOLWOAS Laura Thomas @DOLWOAS.❌ (@DOLWOAS) reported

@eva_angel9 Talk Talk was terrible & Sky very bad. Advise Plusnet. Been with them 12 months & absolutely no problems. Easy to get through to on phone.

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@billmuir4 Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. -Anoush

  • jruddy99 John Ruddy (@jruddy99) reported

@Sheffield_Skate @andrewspoooner @plusnethelp I always laugh when people rave about the quality of service from PlusNet, and say how they're much faster/more reliable than BT.

  • JoelDidcott Joel Didcott (@JoelDidcott) reported

@mdsmash @BBCTech I think the issue there is the fact you're with EE. I'm with Plusnet, pay £21 p/m on a 12 month contract, got a £60 reward card and get my max theoretical speed for my area (40mbps) and get a minimum guaranteed speed else I can exit early. You've just got to shop around.

  • LindsayPB Lindsay Broadwell 🏳️‍🌈 (@LindsayPB) reported

@steve_stringer Plusnet, sadly, but honestly they're all ****. I just upgraded my phone's 4G to unlimited and am using that anyway.

  • SpocksOddSocks SpocksOddSocks (@SpocksOddSocks) reported

@plusnethelp I have an ongoing issue since just before Christmas. Phoneline went down and Internet speeds slowed with it. Phone was fixed on Saturday by openreach, but now I seem to have a "stuck profile" where my btw IP profile has updated, but my Plusnet profile hasn't.
