@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Our service is, as usual, completely rubbish this morning with dropouts of several seconds every few minutes. The icing on the cake is that your fault reporter has a fault and isn't working. I have no idea how you manage to attract/retain customers.

@Plusnet 3 months and 4 engineer visits to resolve an ongoing broadband fault, and its returned. Can I get an escalation? Can I get a senior engineer? Can I speak to someone senior? No, no and (what a surpirse) no. By far the worst organisation and service I've ever encountered.

@DaveWallsworth @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Nope. I moved back to BT after trying Vodafone, Plusnet amd Sky. Even though it all comes down the same line, other people in the village have problems and aren't on BT. I know they are not the cheapest but are extremely reliable. Cheap is not always best.

@Plusnet Called customer service yet again this AM. What an absolute nightmare! Bounced around the system & then cut off. All the while keep being told the account I thought lasted 12 months keeps on clocking up new charges. Used the sing Plusnet's praises. Not so much now!

@Plusnet No broadband service all day. Still waiting to hear back after my problem was "escalated". I better get compensation for a complete lack of service on my next bill. October can't come soon enough so I can leave the worst ISP in the UK.

Over 3 days with no Business Broadband from @plusnet. Nobody seems to be taking ownership of the problem. This is really poor customer service.
