@om_riff Had Virgin at a couple of previous addresses. Utter shite. With Plusnet now. Would recommend. Never any issues apart from maintenance at 4 am.

@Plusnet In short, my only wiring is the lead from the master socket to the router. I've tried replacing that, tried a different router & tried plugging into the test socket & my speed remains very much lower than it should be. This suddenly happened after a lightning strike. Please fix!

@Plusnet So there has been a problem with the 5ghz wireless on a Plusnet router now since 2019 apparently. my devices keep dropping out of this even after firmware updates. when are you going to ditch these obviously faulty routers for something I can use?

@Plusnet @Deku_shrub Hi Plusnet, I'm also having an issue with connecting to Slack and get a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. All other websites work fine. If I hotspot from my phone I can connect to Slack fine (so not an issue with Slack), but rather with your DNS record
