    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @btsportfootball @Plusnet signed up for BT sport extra on plusnet wifi... linked to my BT account but no activation code and sport not working 25 hours later. Very frustrating... How can I resolve?

    @Plusnet I have had intermittent connectivity issues for months, so to be charged £65 for a engineer to do nothing is like rubbing salt in the wound

    @OpenreachHelp Thank you our internet can be a bit Dodgy in windy weather, I'll perhaps get in touch with @Plusnet soon if it becomes much more of a problem 👍

    @plusnethelp Would never use or recommend @Plusnet again!! Whacked with a huge early exit fee due to needing to sell my property. In the current environment we are in, its outrageous!

    Nice one @Plusnet .. done it again.. no internet since 2am.. and apparently it’s an authentication issue and yes I’ve raised a ticket and yes I’ve followed the tips.. 6th May.. end of contract..
