@MarcAllera Do you think it's acceptable for a new customer's line to be taken over and then no internet service provided for up to 5 days since the transfer? That's what plusnet have done.

  • claire_emmott Claire Emmott 💙 (@claire_emmott) reported

@rubykmo I was having problem after problem with virgin so switched back to plusnet and had no problems. The reason I left plusnet in the first place was they were putting their rates up once contract ended but they seem to decent rates for new customers. Hope that helps.

  • NatalieMcroy Natalie McRoy (@NatalieMcroy) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet So disappointed. Plusnet have made a complete mess of my home move, I've just had to spend over an hour of my day on the phone to 5 different teams and no resolution. No internet, and charged an early termination fee for which I will incur overdraft charges

  • finduramit Amit Gupta (@finduramit) reported

@plusnethelp based on my past experience, I am confident that plusnet will not be able to resolve the issue. please can you just allow us to leave the contact and go to other provider and stop charging us for the bad service. I would be really grateful to you

  • monicanieminen Monica Nieminen (@monicanieminen) reported

Having been so satisfied with @Plusnet customer service that I feel like saying farewell to a friend when I am obliged to switch to another provider. Their price for another 12 months' broadband + line rental contract was no longer competitive. What a shame.

  • NinjaJez Jez (@NinjaJez) reported

Just as I was going to publish an update to my website Plusnet took the internet down XD Hopefully the sort that out for tomorrow otherwise work is going to be fun...

  • PD72645889 PD (@PD72645889) reported

@plusnet @plusnethelp I aim to make everyone aware how awful a service your Internet is, with its atrocious uptime. Suffice to say I'm fed up with the DAILY disconnects. Awful, awful, awful.

  • Eric13030648 Eric (@Eric13030648) reported

@plusnethelp My plusnet contract is ending on the 2nd March 2021. I have been trying reach customer customer services to no avail. Could yoh please provide an email I can reach you on?

  • robferrer Rob Ferrer (@robferrer) reported

Our connecting isn't set up yet (thanks to the terrible process @OpenreachHelp force you to go through when moving house), but @Plusnet have been really helpful and responsive when I've spoken to them (which had been a lot!)

  • snibbo7 Mand (@snibbo7) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet broadband down til the 10th and no free data bolt ons on our plusnet mobiles so kids and us can get online. Apparently when it suits you’re separate companies. £15 for each 4GB bolt on and no dongles available. 😡
