@wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

@Plusnet In that case, explain why when everyrime I contacted you about the constant and numerous issues, you just reply - this is the best we can do, you need to buy 3rd party expensive equipment that may not help, we can't make it work better and we don't guarantee a working service?
