I've been trying to get hold of the support team via telephone, but my call keeps getting dropped automatically after approx. 25 mins on hold. Is there an email contact?

Bill Gee (@Billgee6) reported@Plusnet why is it I can get WiFi on my cell phone, yet no Internet via WiFi or ethernet to any of my TV's, sky Q box or Amazon TV stick. Checking each receivers, they say "connected" then "no Internet connection" I've checked ALL cables, reset All receivers. Still no joy. HELP!
