@Plusnet I’m a new customer. Why is my account still not up and running when I ordered my sim from you on 20/07/22?!? No one can give me answers! I’ve been without a phone for days and you’re holding my number hostage as you can’t give me a PAC code so I can’t even go elsewhere!

Our broadband contract is up for renewal & I'm just pondering whether we should stick with EE (which has given mostly reliable service for years) or move to Plusnet's much cheaper contract. Any thoughts?

@ItsCaffers @Maguire07 Well I've been with O2 for 30+ yrs & never had a problem anywhere! My sis had EE useless Vodafone useless Three useless Plusnet useless now she's with O2 hasn't had a days bother?? 🤷

Looks like I'll be switching broadband. Would not recommend Plusnet to my worst enemy. Absolutely incredible that you can't contact an internet provider by email. Broadband communism now!
