The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

Laughed at when I asked about a SIM card to give me some connection to the internet. #plusnet never return calls - shocking service.

Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. Jason (@btc8500) reported@Plusnet I’ve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you don’t actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS 😱😱
