  @AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
