Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.
-
Gaurav Patel (@gauravity) reported from Richmond, England@Plusnet Your Internet service is shit. God help anyone like me who has to WFH with your service.
-
trina_latham (@trina_latham) reported from Richmond, England@plusnethelp before you ask I've checked my micro filters, my phone connection, turned the hub off/on and experienced zero connection issues with my former providers @shell_energy The fault lies with @Plusnet It's impossible to WFH + I want to leave within my cooling-off period.
-
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!
-
Brendan (@wildlime) reported from Maidenhead, England@kevwright @MWWebster1 @NOWTV Been with Plusnet 6 years now. Not one outage or issue and I get 80mbps unlimited for £24 and boy do I use a lot of data
-
Phil (@hastiecamera) reported from Hillingdon, England@plusnethelp 7 days on and not even a reason as to why my line was terminated let alone any time scale as to when it will be re-connected. Laughed at when I asked about a SIM card to give me some connection to the internet. #plusnet never return calls - shocking service.
-
Greyman (Gary A) (@GaryAblett3) reported from West Molesey, EnglandHopefully. But seeing as your team have failed to contact me when they say they were going to, I feel that tweeting is the only method of communicating the issue. #richardbranson #libertyglobal #loyalty #customerservice #bt #talktalk #offcom #plusnet
-
⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step
-

Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

-
Straight.Paths.Fix (@StraightPathFit) reported@MaxWolfeUK @Starlink Plusnet had few years ago, they kept putting the price up, ridiculous. At least I know with starlink I just done pay next month if I wish to cancel.
-
Bri 💙 (@OriginalBigBri) reported@Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?
-
Heena Modi Ⓥ 🌱 (@PlantShift) reported@Plusnet I've texted help to 07800008121 as my internet keeps dropping out. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.
