Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, I’m with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for £28 a month with no mid contract price increases.

Big Dave (@bigdavesnokia) reported@ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for £7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.
