Warning ***Switchboards at BT, Virgin. Talk Talk, Sky and Plusnet are blocked with over 14 million people trying to reconnect to a broadband service they had cancelled from today.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet over the last few days our internet connection has become VERY unreliable. Devices all connect to the hub fine, but internet connection is slow or nonexistent much of the time.

Thanks to the incompetence of @Plusnet employees we are without iternet for a whole month. Absolute shambles. All we did was move house. This should have been really straight forward. Utterly crap #CustomerExperience

@Plusnet I have been waiting since the first week of January to have my internet installed, I have since been advised by your customer service team that my internet request had been cancelled, despite taking an initial payment, I have had no confirmation of this or refund.
