    @garethkthomas @Plusnet Thanks, Gareth. Yeah we actually switched from Plusnet last month, to Vodafone for faster fibre. Feeling like a mistake. Plusnet miles better at customer service.

    It’s been two months now @Plusnet @plusnethelp and we’re not getting any messages regarding the compensation we rightly deserve. All messages and emails are being ignored. Tomorrow we will be contacting the ombudsman, your customer service just isn’t good enough

    Three times in the past two days the @Plusnet broadband goes down, and we still haven’t had any news on our compensation

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet over the last few days our internet connection has become VERY unreliable. Devices all connect to the hub fine, but internet connection is slow or nonexistent much of the time.

    Alright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

    Imagine Plusnet calling you out of the blue, and then the customer service man raising his voice. It’s not acceptable.

    @Kevvoo55 @Plusnet ... online within 4 hours, and it still hasn't come back on, I have since paid my bill in full, amd still nothing, all I have is an orange light on the router with no Internet, and earlier I was told systems where down your end... what is going on?!?!?!?

    @Plusnet Thank you,I’ve watched the You Tube video and as a senior citizen,it is beyond my remit. Strangely,the last 2 days things have been settled. If this is going to be an intermittent problem,I will need to get an expert in.
