Alright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

It’s been two months now @Plusnet @plusnethelp and we’re not getting any messages regarding the compensation we rightly deserve. All messages and emails are being ignored. Tomorrow we will be contacting the ombudsman, your customer service just isn’t good enough

@Ofcom Thank you! Do you also provide information on poor customer service and delays with plusnet? We waited two months for WiFi and haven’t had a sincere apology as of yet

@plusnethelp @Plusnet over the last few days our internet connection has become VERY unreliable. Devices all connect to the hub fine, but internet connection is slow or nonexistent much of the time.

@garethkthomas @Plusnet Thanks, Gareth. Yeah we actually switched from Plusnet last month, to Vodafone for faster fibre. Feeling like a mistake. Plusnet miles better at customer service.

This has been going for years now. Our current troubleshooter with @Plusnet running since 22 January this year alone. As our provider, they can only do so much but the trouble isn't with them, @bt_uk and @Ofcom, it's the infrastructure - no matter how many times we say it. (2/3)

Modern life is actually quite good #244: Discovered a fault on the landline and discovered that I now only have to text a bot with my phone number and it initiated some tests, diagnosed the fault and assigned an engineer to fix it. Clever stuff, @Plusnet.

@Plusnet Hello, could you help me with my bill prices for the past 2 months. My fixed contract ends in Jan 2023. The bill is the same every month, but the past 2 months, the bill has been higher, and have also been different amounts to each other. Any help will be appreciated.

@Plusnet hi. I was due a refund after a complaint and loss of service. I’ve emailed and replied to DM on Twitter. But no response. Can someone please look into it and refund what I am owed. This is as a result of complaints and seems mad to have to make more of them. Thanks
