Warning ***Switchboards at BT, Virgin. Talk Talk, Sky and Plusnet are blocked with over 14 million people trying to reconnect to a broadband service they had cancelled from today.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet over the last few days our internet connection has become VERY unreliable. Devices all connect to the hub fine, but internet connection is slow or nonexistent much of the time.

@garethkthomas @Plusnet Thanks, Gareth. Yeah we actually switched from Plusnet last month, to Vodafone for faster fibre. Feeling like a mistake. Plusnet miles better at customer service.

@Plusnet There is still no working internet, I have just called customer service to tell me that the system says the issue was fixed, however the test he has run on the system says it is not. He advised I call back on Monday. I have never had 3 days on no internet with any other company

@bt_uk Why settle for anyone else?? Because over the last 4 days I’ve tried to order a new BT service 3 times and each time it’s been cancelled by your system. So, think I’ll settle for someone else who has managed to set up and account and connect me in 24 hours. Kudos @Plusnet

@Plusnet Not entirely a resolution then, this AM not so good, difficulty with video call from 25ft (clear sight) from the router. Caller from a similar sized house I recently visited where a good signal can be had anywhere in their home. Maybe that’s telling me something!
