    Alright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet over the last few days our internet connection has become VERY unreliable. Devices all connect to the hub fine, but internet connection is slow or nonexistent much of the time.

    @garethkthomas @Plusnet Thanks, Gareth. Yeah we actually switched from Plusnet last month, to Vodafone for faster fibre. Feeling like a mistake. Plusnet miles better at customer service.

    @Plusnet Since the start of July 21 I have frequently had 'no service' on my mobile phone. I am unable to access the Live Chat I used to use. I am becoming increasingly frustrated to the point of looking elsewhere for my services. Obviously I can't ring as there is no service.

    @Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

    @Plusnet Why did you not cancel my broadband when I asked for it to be cancelled within 14 days as the broadband dropped and didn't work, when I realised I still be billed last Friday, why did you disconnected the phone call twice, then on the third time you said you'd ring back and didnt
