    @Ofcom Thank you! Do you also provide information on poor customer service and delays with plusnet? We waited two months for WiFi and haven’t had a sincere apology as of yet

    Warning ***Switchboards at BT, Virgin. Talk Talk, Sky and Plusnet are blocked with over 14 million people trying to reconnect to a broadband service they had cancelled from today.

    It’s been two months now @Plusnet @plusnethelp and we’re not getting any messages regarding the compensation we rightly deserve. All messages and emails are being ignored. Tomorrow we will be contacting the ombudsman, your customer service just isn’t good enough

    Alright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet over the last few days our internet connection has become VERY unreliable. Devices all connect to the hub fine, but internet connection is slow or nonexistent much of the time.

    Curiously being threatened with non-payment fees by @Plusnet for a sim card which was replaced by a @giffgaff sim before Christmas. Difficult to understand how a sim which is not in a phone can be making calls. Especially after email 29/12/21 telling me the service is suspended.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp you are literally the worst. Having worked in CS myself I've given you many chances. Your agents are useless and now they say there is no manager on duty to speak to on the phone? Are you serious? Still no internet several fake engineer appointments later

    @Plusnet who can I contact if my broadbnd is down?There is no support from PN at all if problems occur out of office hours. There is no no internet connection router shows an orange light. All checks done and no issues on PN website. Probably because no way to report issues.

    @Plusnet absolutely shocking service since I joined! Constantly without WiFi and they tell me its nothing to do with them, cannot wait to be out of my contact so I can leave and i thought sky broadband was bad
