  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

It’s been two months now @Plusnet @plusnethelp and we’re not getting any messages regarding the compensation we rightly deserve. All messages and emails are being ignored. Tomorrow we will be contacting the ombudsman, your customer service just isn’t good enough

  • pearsoninsight Adam Pearson (@pearsoninsight) reported from Laneshaw Bridge, England

@garethkthomas @Plusnet Thanks, Gareth. Yeah we actually switched from Plusnet last month, to Vodafone for faster fibre. Feeling like a mistake. Plusnet miles better at customer service.

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

In the ongoing @plusnethelp @Plusnet saga, I received an email (following a voicemail because I wasn’t expecting anyone to actually respond to me) offering me £50 and a months free broadband... now, here’s the problem with this... -1

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

Three times in the past two days the @Plusnet broadband goes down, and we still haven’t had any news on our compensation

  • MShacks Michael Shackleton (@MShacks) reported from Accrington, England

Warning ***Switchboards at BT, Virgin. Talk Talk, Sky and Plusnet are blocked with over 14 million people trying to reconnect to a broadband service they had cancelled from today.

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

@Plusnet have always been my provider because of their customer service, but I’m feeling pretty messed about right now

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

I’ve woken up still feeling angry about last night, so god help @Plusnet if they don’t connect the broadband today

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

Alright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

  • QuestionerMoney Baron Adrian M 🇺🇦 (@QuestionerMoney) reported

@Hazzreid Plusnet for customer service. Zen Internet seem to be the best from reviews. But you pay more.

  • cheggies Keith Findlay (@cheggies) reported

@Plusnet Cannot get online at home and when I do it is so slow! Please help.

  • tonythegiant Tony Eggar (@tonythegiant) reported

@EmmaJessonTV @Plusnet Hi Emma are you using the plusnet supplied router? I had this problem and found by switching to a Bt homebub 5 router instead it cured the problem, info on how to do it is in the plusnet community.

  • jackbyrne91 Jack (@jackbyrne91) reported

@IanDunt Reality is that most companies are using BT lines and speeds won’t be massively different. Only Virgin have their own lines, more companies laying fibre but still utilising the OpenReach network for large parts. Means Sky, BT, Plusnet etc.. should all be pretty similar.

  • FTWcreative David Mitchell (@FTWcreative) reported

@Plusnet do you have a few issues at the moment. Nothing is working

  • JPB_Islington AnIslingtonGay (@JPB_Islington) reported

@thelongestone @Plusnet Very poor. And possibly also discriminatory

  • ModerateConcern Sir John Darning 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇸🇪🇺 (@ModerateConcern) reported

@Plusnet Why can’t this existing Plusnet customer upgrade from slow 16mbps speed to the faster 62 mbps speeds without switching to another supplier? Literally advised by your sales person to go with Virgin if I want faster broadband.

  • JPB_Islington AnIslingtonGay (@JPB_Islington) reported

@thelongestone @Plusnet If you have the right to cancel, send them a letter giving them notice of cancellation. Or email them. And make clear you have a condition that means calling is not appropriate

  • KatTrimble Kat J Trimble (@KatTrimble) reported

@NoraHutson I have PlusNet Mobile. No hassle at all. And so cheap! It's my broadband that I have to change. I hate having a landline I never use.
