    Alright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

    Three times in the past two days the @Plusnet broadband goes down, and we still haven’t had any news on our compensation

    @garethkthomas @Plusnet Thanks, Gareth. Yeah we actually switched from Plusnet last month, to Vodafone for faster fibre. Feeling like a mistake. Plusnet miles better at customer service.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet over the last few days our internet connection has become VERY unreliable. Devices all connect to the hub fine, but internet connection is slow or nonexistent much of the time.

    Warning ***Switchboards at BT, Virgin. Talk Talk, Sky and Plusnet are blocked with over 14 million people trying to reconnect to a broadband service they had cancelled from today.

    @Plusnet how are we supposed to run a business with quite frankly crap Internet, and since @EE have stopped the booster box for mobile coverage around the house I can't even get a sodding password to access RPW online, one pissed off customer!🤬

    @FionaCandlin If switching to another service is an option I can recommend plusnet. I moved to them after a terrible virgin media experience.

    Hi @Plusnet... just letting you know, I switched my mobile (and those of my family) to you recently. Having to switch away from you now because I've realised that you don't support WiFi calling. Giving you some feedback as I imagine it's the kind of thing most assume you support.
