Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, EnglandIt’s been two months now @Plusnet @plusnethelp and we’re not getting any messages regarding the compensation we rightly deserve. All messages and emails are being ignored. Tomorrow we will be contacting the ombudsman, your customer service just isn’t good enough

Eddie Arthur (@kouya) reported from Steeton with Eastburn, EnglandIs anyone who follows me on @Plusnet and if so do you have a working internet connection? It seems as though there is a serious nationwide outage.

Eddie Arthur (@kouya) reported from Steeton with Eastburn, England@Plusnet Just a suggestion; but when your service is down across the country, you might want to disperse with the timed tweets. They are not a good look.

Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, EnglandAlright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, EnglandIn a customer service job, you do not take an attitude with the customer, whether you think they are in the wrong or not (we were not). You smile, through your teeth if you have to, and remain polite. You do not raise your voice. @plusnethelp @Plusnet
-
Michael Shackleton (@MShacks) reported from Accrington, EnglandWarning ***Switchboards at BT, Virgin. Talk Talk, Sky and Plusnet are blocked with over 14 million people trying to reconnect to a broadband service they had cancelled from today.
-
Eddie Arthur (@kouya) reported from Steeton with Eastburn, England@Plusnet I realise that outages happen. However, your lack of communication on the issue was serious. If the internet is down, I need information so that I can structure my work day. Talk to us when things go wrong.

-
Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, EnglandImagine Plusnet calling you out of the blue, and then the customer service man raising his voice. It’s not acceptable.

Richard (@visitandtravel) reportedI just signed up for Starlink - finally gave in, the EE 4G has been broken for 3/4 days - now basically running on candle power - back onto the fallback BT copper broadband @ Plusnet - 3MB connection and costing me £28 a month on a 1 year contract - a lot more for the standard line rental and broadband if I do not take the 1 year contract. So now as I am in Caithness 3 miles away from a telephone exchange I need to pay EE for semi-decent 4G broadband when it works, and BT through Plusnet to have a working telephone for emergencies if 4G fails - as it does. And yet I still have the emails from the Scottish Government from over 8 years ago saying everyone would be on fast fibre connection by 2020 or around that time. I checked with Openreach and they have no intention of laying fibre to the property even though they can get access to a Government grant of over £4,400 to do so. A company, Highland Broadband is busy taking these rural fibre broadband grants and doing their best to get the north of Scotland rural and small towns connected - I am signed up for a 1GB fibre connection - supposed to be getting installed this summer - I just cant wait that long so - yet another expense for a poor pensioner (me) having to pay out for yet another broadband connection with Starlink. As I am in contract to Plusnet (BT), EE I can see if Highland Broadband do deliver the fibre by July - I will have 4 contracted broadband accounts until the contracts run out. If Only the Scottish Government had kept to their promises I would only need to have one connection.

AY (@AYmasvidal) reported@Plusnet internet down in north london whats happening plusnet
-
Verified Jedi (@LoZeno) reportedI swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..
-
Frog Princess 🐸 (@TheDivineFrog) reported@SamiC0hen @Plusnet Oh no Sami, that sounds terrible, was there any minimum term on your rental property? And has your work company given you any indication how long you’ll keep your jobs for? My heart goes out to you, what a big worry 😞
-
Richard Holliday | Author 🇬🇧 (@rjph_author) reported@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?
-
-on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
-
Damilola 🌺 Arewa (@damstar_) reported@Plusnet I’m sick of you guys. You can’t help over the phone or nothing what’s this???
