@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

Morning @Plusnet there’s been a network error on and off for the last 10 days that won’t be dealt with until Saturday. The ppl I’ve spoken with at Plusnet have been as helpful as they can but it’s unreasonable that customers should have to pay more because of plusnets issue, no?

Incredibly bad service from @Plusnet which provides @johnlewishelp broadband. Incredibly rude call handler. Making no allowance for my circumstances, offering no options. At a stressful time, I now have to change providers🤷🏼😮💨
