    @Leslemcee @Plusnet Having the exact same problem, one week no service , seem stuck between my new and old number after porting. Customer service useless, just fobbed off with were working on it but don't know when it will be fixed. Luckily on a 30 day contract so be cancelling soon. Awful

    @Plusnet cumulatively spent over 1.5 hours this past week waiting to speak to you. Still not being able to get someone to pick up and waiting on the phone again now. I’ve also sent a complaint.

    @Plusnet Thanks for the response. Do you think it's fair to charge a customer of over 11 years such a high early termination fee? Leaves a very bad taste to be honest. Certainly wont be returning to Plusnet ever, or recommending you as I once did.

    @Plusnet why has my bill increased by £5? You did something similar in July ‘21 and then it went back down. I don’t have time to call as working but this seems the best way to get you attention @Ofcom #plusnet #overcharged #everypennycounts

    @Plusnet Update: Just been told that the issue has been going on for weeks and that I need to sit tight... As a new customer, I am really not impressed and don't think I will be recommending @Plusnet to any friends/family.
