@Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

@Plusnet I've managed to get through on the phone. But it's absolutely not acceptable that you can read about PlusNet's countrywide outage on The Sun but your status page and Twitter account says everything is working just fine. I'd cancel today if my contact allowed it

@Plusnet They acknowledged the outage on Friday but said it's fixed now. Didn't give a reason. But they admitted it was a coincidence that my dropouts started straight after the outage
