    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    @Ephemeral_Goods @Plusnet Bizarrely, I am a longtime customer of JL broadband and have suddenly for no reason got an email from them saying how sorry they are I'm leaving them. I'm not! So I'm kind of having the opposite experience to you but yours is very odd.

    @Plusnet Your service is pathetic. Failure to read an email for 17 days, cut off in error and 2 depts at least contradicting each other.

    @Plusnet every night at 10.40 my internet goes down. I pay for the fastest but am getting nothing. I expect you will want to sort this out

    @Plusnet Even better yet. Customer service in Leeds said could reconnect now, only for Sheffield dept to turn round and say 12 more days at least! Get a sodding grip.
