    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    Plusnet have to be THE WORST WiFi providers ever !! Cannot deal with being indoors with no WiFi ! May as well put me in the middle of the Lake District 🥴

    @jmarcjones @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Do your research on the speed other people get locally. The distance from the exchange plays a big part if you are on an ADSL service.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    @Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

    Might go to @HeyBroadband now for #FTTP as the only thing tying me to @Plusnet was the good value BT Sport subscription and #IPTV service.

    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    If you're looking for a new internet service provider and regularly use e-mail then please under no circumstances consider moving to #Plusnet, their browser mail client is not fit for purpose and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. @Plusnet

    @Plusnet It's back again now. Finished setting up my mesh and various network items and it's all looking stable. Not bad really, in 9 years of using @Plusnet I've had 4 outages and none have lasted more than 8 hours

    @Plusnet I realise that outages happen. However, your lack of communication on the issue was serious. If the internet is down, I need information so that I can structure my work day. Talk to us when things go wrong.

    @Plusnet @bmc875 "For approximately 9 hours a massive number of geographically disparate customers were completely unable to connect to their broadband services. During this period we didn't acknowledge the issue and our service status was not updated. Eventually we sorted it. Not sorry." FTFY

    @Plusnet This reply is ingenious. You were down from midnight through to the point of resolution. To say it was a short time rub salt into the wound. I suggest whoever signed off on this generic reply revisits their customer service training. #plusnetdown #plusnet
