Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

Goose & Berry (@gooseandberry) reported from Marlow Bottom, England@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

He advised I call back on Monday. I have never had 3 days on no internet with any other company

I was assured by your customer service team this was due to a major service outage in “my area”. Despite your website claiming all weekend there was good service. This was due to be resolved on Saturday at 4pm.
