@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

@Plusnet Hi again. How do I report a coverage issue? ST14 5HF used to be ok if a bit weak but now Alton Towers is back up and running it’s dreadful. Can rarely make a call without it being dropped. It definitely needs a boost.

@Plusnet down since 8:20pm. This is a joke considering we logged an open question and followed with your team for ages to fix previous issue and now the question is closed/past the 28 days mark we now have another issue. Your service is really poor since we moved house.

Folks, take my advice and stay well away from @Plusnet for Internet. Dreadful service and changing goalposts as they blame light bulbs and washing machines for interfering with the service. Full of empty promises.

@plusnet The external phone wiring fitting attached to gable end of house has come loose (2 of 4 rawl plugs have come out). Tried contacting BT to arrange for the cabling to be attached securely, however, to no avail. Is this something you can help progress or advise on? Cheers

@plusnet Broadband down ‘problem logged’ with @openreach - they will get back to me by Wednesday! It’s infuriating! I LEFT BT BECAUSE THEY ARE TERRIBLE, they’re a monopoly. Useless 👎
