    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    To clarify, Plusnet have not let me down. Openreach have not fulfilled works, not kept appointments and not returned calls.

    @Plusnet I wonder if you could help please. I joined in 6 months ago and initially my download speed was 40 mbps. I have just done a test and it is down to 5. This has been going on for about 5 days. Thankyou.

    To clarify, Plusnet have not let me down. @openreach @OpenreachHelp have let me down. Not fulfilled work, not returned calls, not attended arranged appointment s and not explained anything.

    My friend is 82 years old we reported a fault to Plusnet on the 20 November. Her internet connection speed is now .3 well below the minimum allowed by law. Today New Years Eve Plusnet phoned to talk her through the problem. What a joke.

    Plusnet reduces 82 year old Pensioner to tears. What is the matter with this company. The Managing Director should visit the Isle of Colonsay to see for himself just how bad the situation is.

    @RealKishanGohil @virginmedia @SkyUK The same ones I had with Virgin. The service was intermittent and upload speeds appalling (1.7mb/s on best days). Service staff who wouldn’t admit the problem was on Virgin's side. Dealing with support with Sky just as poor. I hear Plusnet, even though pricier, offer better serv.

    My #plusnet broadband is down today. All lights are on but devices kept hanging. Hopeless trying to contact anyone by phone - kept on hold subjected to endless, mind numbing Christmas music. Very poor customer service. What to do? 🤔 @plusnethelp
