@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

Fed up of being blighted by comms issues. Plusnet saga rumbling on then we decide to get our landline taken out and now my mobile has decided to reject/block calls from my parents' number. I could SCREAM!!!!🤯

@Plusnet Once again on a Saturday night and no Internet (or very very little) so we’re sitting in front of the telly watching the little wheel spinning endlessly. As you said, it is the top speed you can provide for my package! Great service!! Might as well not have a package

@Plusnet my internet speed keeps collapsing (I have fibre with you) to download speed of 1mbps, if I reset the router it works fine for a few hours then stops working again. Has been doing this for a few wks. Please help, i’m working from home and it’s so unreliable.

@Plusnet I have just had a email saying my payment will be taken on 20th Sept. It's £32.88 I would never have taken broadband out for this amount every month. Can you please look into this

@Plusnet I've done that on Facebook with an automated reply. This isn't the first time we've got no service. I'm actually fed up of this now as I've paid to watch something today. If the issue isn't sorted I think I deserve a refund from plusnet for the inconvenience

@Plusnet my internet connection with you is very unreliable- I have fibre and live around London. Download speed keeps dropping to 1mbps, it’s making WFH impossible. Works for a bit after reset (download 63mbps then just stops again). Please help
