    Is #PlusNet broadband a part of BT? Thinking of switching as my current internet is nearly out of contract but had bad experiences with BT in the past so am at a bit of a loose end. I rely on descent internet as I stream everything via my TV.

    @Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. Iโ€™ve now been told to call you back on Friday when Iโ€™m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

    @Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of โ€œdo as I say, not as I doโ€ โ€” preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !

    @Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.
