Thinking of switching as my current internet is nearly out of contract but had bad experiences with BT in the past so am at a bit of a loose end. The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. This is most disappointing.
