  • vickyfylde The Fylde Blackpool (@vickyfylde) reported from South Shore, England

@Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

  • NickAiello3000 Nick (@NickAiello3000) reported from Southport, England

@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

  • BeanZoomy Bean Zoomy 🎶 (@BeanZoomy) reported

Actually no, @Plusnet, I just saw what you do on month 13. I won't be joining you at all. I saw free line rental ads everywhere, but it's not ongoingly free when reading the T&Cs. You're as bad as Virgin! No way will I be paying £36 per month for #broadband so shall keep looking

  • noIPv6 sorry, no ipv6 here! (@noIPv6) reported

@beezly @Plusnet agreed, the longer a service provider takes to deploy ipv6, the less likely i am to want to be their customer - even AFTER they deploy ipv6 because if they’re okay dragging their feet on that front, where else are they cutting corners? 😬

  • Burryshmee Jools W (@Burryshmee) reported

@ferhat71 @Plusnet I'm also getting worried about this, @plusnet are not sending me mine and their customer support is not helping. Thinking of asking to be released from my contract - they are not supplying what they offered

  • TheKrazyKrow TheKrazyKrow (#1 Black Sheep) (@TheKrazyKrow) reported

    @BreeonaW @Givized13 @Plusnet Bree wtf don't encourage him

  • billymcdafthead Billy (@billymcdafthead) reported

Looks like @NOWHelpTeam are just as rubbish as Plusnet. Further issues to activating my mum… how hard can this be?

  • listen_natalie Nat, Empress of The Hat Museum (@listen_natalie) reported

@slightlybored13 It looks like a Plusnet sim only might be the way to go - uses the EE network which I'm on and know is good, but is less than half the cost for more than three times the service.

  • LordWilsonVILLA LordWilsonVILLA🦁🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿UAI (@LordWilsonVILLA) reported

I'm having HELL with @Plusnet have you ever moved your broadband to a new supplier and kept your phone contract with the old supplier? I've never heard of that but @Plusnet has????

  • DavidByrnand David Byrnand (@DavidByrnand) reported

@Plusnet Might take a look..oh no i cant because @Plusnet ceased my service in error snd wont do a goddammed thing to restore it. Instead i have to wait for the 'upgrade' some time in the future - next update which will inform me of further delays, due Oct 5th. Bloody useless disgrace

  • beezly Andrew Beresford (@beezly) reported

@noIPv6 @Plusnet Furthermore, I won't... Until they support IPv6 and then maybe (but probably unlikely)

  • lloydyc0 lloyd (@lloydyc0) reported

@plusnet @lstrafford Still not resolution, promised call backs haven’t happened! Have called @Plusnet again and have now been advised to cancel the order and start again!!!!!!! Really are you joking?! AVOID PLUSNET!
