@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

@McAfee_Help Hi there I want to cancel my account as Plusnet is trying to send me a new McAfee subscription and nothing is working, I can't even see any new subscription since 2007 and it's very frustrating. Thanks John

My sister was in dispute with @Plusnet over an offer via the @MartinSLewis site they refused to honour - glad to say Martin and his team acted swiftly and offered a resolution, even though they had no obligation to do so. Martin, you are a top man. Plusnet you are the pits.

@Plusnet Hi, just tried to call your 0800 number but coming up as an unknown number. I should have had an engineer visit today but nothing, no call to cancel or anything. Can someone please investigate? Username can be supplied under private methods.

@Plusnet Hi, I am wondering why you don't have this information when @Ofcom appear to think you should be providing the 7726 service?

@Plusnet So how can I find out my usage? It seems anti-competitive to deny me access to that information since it means I can’t make informed choices about whether a competitors capped service offers better value for money.

@Plusnet Doesn’t really help sorry. Who do I need to call in order to get the money please. Shouldn’t the money automatically comeback to me. Why should I chase it. Plusnet don’t seem to understand that I have left. Told them three times. If you have a phone number?

@Plusnet In that thread PlusNet says you still have that information: “We will still have sight of it as we measure it through a tool called Capacity Based Charging (CBC) we're simply getting rid of VMBU and as such the customer's ability to see their own usage.”... (1/2)

Hi, @MartinSLewis my sister switched to @Plusnet on promise of reward. Clicked thru from your site. Plusnet refusing to honour and your team washes hands of it via email. Feels like poor behaviour from both yourselves and Plusnet. How can people click through with confidence?

Dear @bt_uk our charity bookshop has a new website and on Friday we applied our SSL certificate. Anyone I know who uses BT Broadband is blocked from accessing the site However users of Plusnet, SSE, Virgin media WiFI, etc can all access it with no problem. Suggestions?
