Appalling customer service. Iโve now been told to call you back on Friday when Iโm up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

Thinking of switching as my current internet is nearly out of contract but had bad experiences with BT in the past so am at a bit of a loose end. I rely on descent internet as I stream everything via my TV.

Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.
