@Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

@mark395625 To be fair to Plusnet, it's not responsible for the network. But it can see the connection dropping like crazy. That would suggest strongly it's not fixed. So why claim it is when it self-evidently is not?

@Plusnet They placed order and started complaint. I will call back tomorrow to ensure order gone through and you do everything to get open reach to activate before weekend. Otherwise I will be very upset

@Plusnet your service is appalling. I’ve had no internet for eight days. I have to call for updates every day and you don’t know what’s going on or when it will be resolved. Apparently there’s a £73 cancellation fee unless the service is down for over 30 days. Unbelievable.
