    @Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    @AdrianCoxMusic @TalkTalk Used them for one year 2006-7. Hated it and will never return. If they're not providing the service you're paying for dump them. I've been with @Plusnet happily ever since, including seamless transfer during a house move.

    @plusnethelp Really poor service from PlusNet. Phone line cut off. Now facing Christmas without any service as install is 4th Jan. Would appreciate a call as online chat is unavailable and phone takes 45 mins on hold (minimum)!!!

    @plusnethelp - I want to raise a complaint about the service I am getting from PlusNet - I am having issues with my broadband and they say they would be in touch within 72 hours but that was a week ago. I cannot find an email address to send my complaint

    So far 90 minutes to get your @Plusnet @plusnethelp router to work. It teases me with a blue light then crashes. My previous router works fine but your stupid router doesn’t and your phone help isn’t available again! #notimpressed #dayoff #ruined

    @plusnethelp we were supposed to have internet out in 4th October no end of issues, waited in all day for BT today to be told they won't be coming now u til Dec 31st, plusnet you're a joke of a company, I'm ashamed to say I recommended you to my mum in the first place!
