    Is #PlusNet broadband a part of BT? Thinking of switching as my current internet is nearly out of contract but had bad experiences with BT in the past so am at a bit of a loose end. I rely on descent internet as I stream everything via my TV.

    @stonefish100 Plusnet have some decent deals just now. We're with them.. No reliability issues.. and you get the BT Sports app for a Fiver too.

    @Plusnet confused as to why Iโ€™ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service โ˜๐Ÿฟ

    @Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. Iโ€™ve now been told to call you back on Friday when Iโ€™m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

    @Plusnet Do not use this company. They take your money, donโ€™t set up an account and fail to refund you when you provide your details. Customer service is non existent. EE have been amazing compared to this shower of a company.
