    @PostOffice internet service is the biggest rip off going, i’m supposed to pay £21 a month but end up with bills of £40 a month, and the service is never actually working, yet again my service is broken. So angry 😡 right now. Sort out you’re service

    @PostOffice Other staff members would not help, most of them finding refuge behind the door. 40+ people waiting in 2 queues, main desk & self service tills. A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

    I don't often send moany tweets but genuinely the @PostOffice in Ealing is the most depressing place. Always a massive queue and too few staff and just horrible atmosphere. Gross.

    @PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

    @PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

    @PostOffice Stephen, this was not a one off. The staff are very pleasant, just never enough of them. Since moved from the original stand alone site, the service has only gone backwards I'm afraid.

    @PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    @PostOffice Not quite true. Whilst it's open the self service functions are both out of order. It's crazy in this day and age to have to queue to post one greetings card.

    @PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

    @PostOffice This happens all the time the lady that works there is rude and unreliable closes when she feels like it. like she's on flexi hours just picks and chooses. We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

    @PostOffice if a package keeps getting delivered to the wrong address and I get told to pick it up but I have no red card, as wrong address, and the woman at the depot is rude and doesn't believe its going to the wrong address so is unhelpful how am I meant to get my package??

    @PostOffice what is the point in you selling prepay postage & sending QR codes if you can’t have them printed in your branches?? Then the only place where the can be printed is closed at 1100. No wonder people use Hermes. How can I get a refund for this pathetic service??

    @PostOffice I visited the forum at north hykeham today and was disappointed by the customer service received by one of the staff members. It made feel really uncomfortable and disappointed that this individual is employed in a customer facing role.

    @PostOffice . . . Whatever the reason, the effect is that people do not trust that the van will be there as advertised and take the trip into Berwick. However, not everyone has a car, and if this unreliability leads to the scrapping of the service they will suffer . . .

    @pbro48 well as I said I've had 2 agreed fixed 18 month contract & had no increases so wasn't expecting this **** but now see they've gone dishonest & greedy like others so if it goes up then @Plusnet can see me leaving ASAP! @PostOffice

It's ****** of them to do this obviously, and as I wasn't a customer at that point, I cannot comment on how transparent they were about it, but for me as new customer it was a red flag.

    @PostOffice . . . Others understand it is down to mechanical failure of an old van, but this doesn't explain why he leaves early. Someone was told he went away because he couldn't get internet connection . . .

    @DTDCIndia Tracking#B77448406, DTDC the most irresponsible, careless, useless worst lazy Rascals. Took 200/- for just 450 gram saying deliver in next day and not delivered even after 5 days at 180KM destination, where postoffice take 60 rs & delivers in 3 days. 5
