  @PostOffice @BootstrapCook So much excellent advice from the Post Office to help us save money. An extra tip is to only use free email to send messages as oppose to using stamps to send letters

  Tried to cancel @PostOffice's broadband. Has to be done by phone. And not more than 6 weeks beforehand. The operators that deal with this cost money (vs a simple "cancel"-button on the site). So one can't help but wonder if there's a profit motive to making things difficult.

  @PostOffice you’ve told me emails will not be answered for some considerable time, all I want answered is what time is acceptable for “Drop & Go” business post? I am a disabled customer in a wheelchair and I do not want to be turned away again when branch is open all day. Thanks

  @PostOffice Postman has tried twice to deliver a parcel that needs to be signed for but, since he/she is unable to ring the doorbell, I have not known they were delivering. Can you help? Perhaps provide doorbell training?
