@USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

Got a few questions for you @PostOffice, are your staff insured to take a customer's mobile from them when customer holds it for them to scan? Insured to press buttons that looses the barcode? Insured to take mobile unlocked to other end of store to regain signal for barcode?

.@PostOffice I applied online for holiday insurance. After completing form for "Family" it tells me the requirements (bad). I resubmit as "Friends" (it did not make me re-enter my details - good). Submitted: technical difficulties (all data deleted: v bad). Used Co-op instead.
