    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for that but I already have & we are NOT supposed to receive any of the crap distributed by the Post Office. However the poor sod delivering it is desperate to lighten the weight of their over filled bag of rubbish so put it through the letter box anyway!😬

    @NFTSAlumni @PostOffice A lot of the comments on here really do show why it is necessary for @PostOffice and other large bodies to show support and solidarity like this. If you cannot see what is positive about this then the message was probably meant for you.

    @USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

    @PostOffice Hi guy's can you please the Post Office at Sandridge is having an going on with parcels their can't give me my parcel as the barcode isn't working the machine is saying invalid. Its shocking service when you have paid for something.

    @PostOffice what is wrong with the Harpenden Post Office. Total lack of staff and slow slow slow. No one is in any rush. Always a queue of at least 8 people. Oh and the self serve machines have been out for days

    @PostOffice @BootstrapCook So much excellent advice from the Post Office to help us save money. An extra tip is to only use free email to send messages as oppose to using stamps to send letters

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Also as I have already stated there is no way of contacting them directly. There is no option on the phone line for that and the complaints service is automated. so not direct or immediate...which this situation calls for.

    @PostOffice HELP! Overseas Landlord now about to sell his UK property and needs postal redirection. According to your process, I need to be (a) in the country and (b) showing bills - With Corona and e-billing (Council Tax, Electricity) this becomes very challenging (impossible).

    @_EmmaBeswick @PostOffice I may be able to help you out. A tracking no. would only be available on International Tracked & Signed or International Tracked services. Usually the tracking no. would start with RN or LB or similar. The French courier would be La Poste.

    @PostOffice I am still waiting small parcels delivery that were posted start of October. What is the problem? Not the same problems from the big parcel integrators?

    As a sub postmistress I was very proud to be able to keep my office open throughout the peak of the pandemic. I’m currently closed due to the incompetence of my cash centre, I have absolutely nothing left. Where’s the support when we need it? @PostOffice

    @PostOffice No, I don't think that was an option. Is there any way of you helping me to find the parcel number (French post services ask for this when trying to track it in France) or which delivery service would have taken it in France (I imagine Colissimo)? Thanks for your help
