@PostOffice what is wrong with the Harpenden Post Office. Total lack of staff and slow slow slow. No one is in any rush. Always a queue of at least 8 people. Oh and the self serve machines have been out for days

@PostOffice hi, I spoke to someone last week about cancelling my renewed TMC card that was delivered to my old address and ordering a new one. They said 2-3 days delivery but I still haven’t received it, are you able to look into this or direct me to someone who can help me plz?
