Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

@PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

@PostOffice can anyone tell me why, when I'm paying for postal services at my local Post Office, the Postmaster doesn't give me an actual receipt but a cash withdrawal slip? When challenged he cancelles it and issues an actual receipt instead. His staff never do this. Feels dodgy

Hello @PostOffice ! Can you confirm your renew driving licence fee? You say that DVLA Online charge £17 but it's only £14. So your service is actually £7 if it's £21.50
