    @santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

Saturday afternoon is the only time I can visit the warehouse to purchase stock for my retail side of the business.     @PostOffice I can't actually phone the branch to check before I travel and as I don't have a passport I am reliant on the post office for this service. As it is, I am applying early, but I am still going to be licenceless for a period of time. You really need to do things better!
