@PostOffice @RoyalMail you have a service for 2nd class large letters, 100-250gms £1.53 & 250-500gms £1.99 plus other price ranges but you don’t issue a stamp for these services, why?

@PostOffice your service at Halifax stinks. Massive queue, one girl serving, the other just sat counting stamps, very slowly. Clearly don't care about customers and both look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Can't even use the auto tills for what I need. 😠

@PostOffice @JasonMcCartney can you shed any light onto the abysmal service in the Holme Valley. Holmfirth shut, Scholes shut, New Mill afternoons only & currently approx 40 people queuing. People having to make car journeys to find post offices that are open. @HolmeValleyNLab

@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

@PostOffice it’s a joke that your branch in Bolton. 257 St Helens Road is closed at 12.30 on a Saturday. Even though the opening times today state it closes at 11pm. Absolutely poor service. #royalmail #postoffice #poorservice

Oi @PostOffice, ur cash machine in Northolt kept my money in the atm. Managed to get £20 out of the £250, and it kept £230 before going out of service. How do I get my money back?!
