@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice my parents had bb sync phone with you & only just found out today when they tried to ring your customer services that you’ve sold to Shell. They spent 40 minutes on the phone to report a fault only to be told this.
