    @PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

    @soft_fox_lad Yeah I bought that from Newegg. The postoffice sent me a letter saying they had the GPS location wrong on the delivery. Whoever they delivered it to stole the item and I reported it as stolen. I think you won't have the same bad luck.

    @PostOffice hey seems lowestoft has a software issue today for the post office.. been to three and systems all down :(

    @hannahbechITV @PostOffice I can get my scooter in most of these lifts. The biggest problem I experience is the lack of disabled parking. Also, cobbled streets are very difficult to wheel along. They look very nice, but are very uncomfortable and cause additional pain.

    @PostOffice so Friday I sent a parcel that was for Saturday delivery, I was assured it would get there as I paid extra! It never arrived until today! I have lost a days money and paid for a service I did not get. Please let me know how I can get compensated for this urgently

    @PostOffice I have made the claim for the parcel - completed all the details. So what about the £100.00 lost wages (which does not include lose of reputation with the customer!) how do I claim this

    @superneatfun @PostOffice The post office may well report this however WHSmiths is a franchise post office and they are in charge of staff not the post office I work for a similar franchise and we would be willing to staff more however our hours are determined by the franchise and they are never enough...

    Can not stand rude people. Lady in black outfit working in Cheltenham @PostOffice so rude and dismissive. So rude to two Indian gentleman, raising her voice at them and being very unhelpful. Awful

    @PostOffice Tried to collect parcel at Thetford branch and was received with rudeness and sarcasm. My daughter was crying as we couldn't get her birthday parcel. Very poor behaviour from staff. I'm disgusted. Expected more from PO.
