@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@NewPOGuy @PostOffice They have no interest either. My package has probably been lost or stolen - the reputation and finance of my business will be impacted, and neither organisation gives a crap. Does your business depend on the honesty and competency of the PO or RM? Probably not.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thank you for your response. Got through. It appears, like many other sectors, the PO has COVID issues. Informed no guarantee of delivery of ANY of the packages sitting in depot and without 'card' may not be given them if I go to collect. We wait and see.

@PostOffice Thank you for responding quickly. We will lose 120 pounds as we now need to refund our customer. They were promised delivery by Weds. Can we file a complaint to at least get some of our costs back? As a small business it’s really damaging to our reputation.

@PostOffice saw a notice in our village #postoffice today. Post office shut 25th December & reopening on 3rd January. Seems a long time without service for those who reply on the post office. The 24 hour garage where the post office counter is located remains open throughout.
