@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

Some1 was in bed during the webinar. I spoke a little & didn't sound too bad. I will be happily quiet till tomorrow to give my throat a rest. Only the last half hour was tough cus of how I felt, but 6 weeks completed so far! Mini rest now, then paperwork. Postoffice. Dishes. Bed.

@PostOffice could you open the regular offices for longer? The ones located in local convenience shops are incredibly slow, inefficient and a waste of time. Some of us can't reliably get to you after work or on Saturdays.

@professorgreen @BritishGas @PostOffice The sweet lady on the phone at the BG call centre advised me to ignore all my bills.. then she asked me to call a number for specialist team, only it was the same number I called her on. She ran off the phone saying I need to speak with my manager. Poor lady..

@BulbUK I've just got off the phone with a lady from @BulbUK who was very helpful and said they have had lots of problems due to the @PostOffice and said she could find my voucher number and has emailed it, I've been told to wait for my next one and email her back if it doesn't come

@PostOffice a post office in Salford are claiming they don’t have my package (of prescription medication) when i have photographic evidence from royal mail that it has been delivered there. i have lodged a complaint but this needs resolving urgently - i need my meds. please help?

@professorgreen @BritishGas @PostOffice how does my homecare cover nearly double this year... told because I've had so many call outs - yes due to incompetent engineers making everything worse each time! no response to complaint either, and it's been weeks and weeks... amazing I'm even thinking of renewing?? #ripoff 🤬

@PostOffice Huyton village in Liverpool is quite possibly the worst post office in all the land. Only ever 1-2 people working and the queue is massive! Hats off the one guys working today like but he could do with some help
