@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

I don’t understand why you’re still misleading customers via ATM advertising or why you’ve chosen to do nothing innovative since launching. Disgraceful service by @PostOffice My 88 year old, visually disabled mother-in-law has had her phone disconnected today, instead of Monday coming, the day arranged when she moves to a new house. "Nothing we can do until Monday" is your response. Very poor and irresponsible indeed

@PostOffice Thank you for your response. I just cannot see how you can justify the price hike given your lack of service. I paid £2.55 to send a card to Nz. Next time I will use moonpig. I declined to pay £8.99 to send a small parcel. I will use yodel instead.

@PostOffice Thanks the issue will continue because they have told @onestopstores that they will open the PO 3 days a week for the next 4 weeks The grocery side is open 7 days!

Omg, the @ups & the #postoffice keep leaving our freaking Mail at the wrong house/leave it on our lawn, not even the front door. Wtf is wrong with your delivery people in the area of Islip,NY? A literal bank check for over $10,000 laying around my front lawn as if it were trash.

@PostOffice Sorry doesn’t wash ! If they have staff for the shop surely they can sell you a stamp! Quoting covid is designed to shut the conversation down! No other village around has had this service- they just can’t keep any staff!
