@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice Hi.. I posted two parcels first class and 15 cards at the Abington Post office on Monday 7th December and they still have not arrived at their destinations. Is there a problem just now as my first class postings usually arrive within 2 days?

@PostOffice That’s great, and would help very much, however my local post office is open reduced hours and doesn’t even open a Saturday any more, although it’s meant to. Today it shut its doors early with at least 6 customers inside. Sign outside 3 max. Your thoughts?

@PostOffice certain member of staff in the Dyce branch needs to rethink her career choice. Rude does not even cut it. 0 customer service skills. Possibly consider Victorian governess or evil overlord - seems to think she’s talking to scum under her shoe rather than a human being.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for your response. Despite my comment I stupidly posted a further parcel on Tuesday 8th Dec ,1st class next day delivery costing £15.80. Mon 14 Dec, still not arrived. What a pathetic service!!
