@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Abergavenny counter staff must be given the biggest jobs worth award possible ! Talk about UNHELPFUL! They talk to you like your an idiot, are must unhelpful and look at you as if you’ve crawled out from under a rock! Disgusting service.

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@revbarryhill @PostOffice This is absolutely shocking. I’d raise a formal complaint with post office on the basis that this is not treating customers fairly. If no joy, then go to financial services ombudsman… Just disgraceful and so sorry this is happening at such an awful time 😢🙏🏻

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp About 20mins(during a weekday early afternoon)helpful staff just not enough. Also said would not give me managers number. Can Bt really charge ME for royal mail losing my parcel(if Thats what really happened i never had problems with Royal mail before🤔)

@RoyalMail hi all, there is a huge DPA issue with your app when you print a label at the post office or when d postman brings it. When you select (do not show my address on label), this does not work if the label is brought by the postman or if you print it out at the postoffice.

@PostOffice Hi David, the service has been appalling & I have no faith in your team or product. 2 people in my party have had issues and have cancelled their card, as have I now. Nobody interested at all which I find disappointing. Will never recommend you sadly
