@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@blonde_moment83 @PostOffice I feel sorry for all the customers. Sutton had a great Crown Office. One staff serving? Where were the Managers? The Google reviews are so bad. Try Wallington PO.

@blonde_moment83 @PostOffice That is appalling. What poor standards of service. Where are the managers? In a Crown office the union would NEVER allow only one person to be serving. Serious security issues. Post Office should be reporting this urgently to Franchise owner.

@zoe_bearx @RoyalMail @PostOffice Absolutely nothing. I had a massive complaint last year (about something else) with evidence and they did everything possible to avoid responsibility. Including saying I was abusive and stopping my deliveries I even had copies of recorded conversations

@blonde_moment83 @PostOffice Sutton WHSmith post office? What can you expect when the fastest serving member of staff was sacked with 22 years service, who had worked in Crown offices? Why not complain to the CEO of WHSmith? Only one serving? Appalling breach of security. Don't blame staff. Poor management.

our Drop and Go @PostOffice account is shown as pending closure - we're locked out, no tracking numbers or records available. Phone messages and emails go unanswered. this is a disaster. Not to mention we had credit on the account, you gonna keep that? Please help.
