@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice That's the problem The photocard is with DVLA having PCV added ...had it for weeks In the meantime the entire licence (B) expired I understand can drive IF renewal in progress Buy can't even start the process as you STILL haven't added the PCV

@BlueMaestroNews @shirley51079929 @PostOffice Hi,that particular issue with having to keep entering the cards details- resolved itself after a couple of days, which is just as well cos no one from P.O ever replied! If your account has been running ok previously, then try rebooting your phone or clearing cookies &try again 👍

@PostOffice They sent a letter asking for docs with 21 day deadline, sent within 2 or 3. Returned them on 19/7. Then on 28/7 said I have not supplied. Told on phone issue due to processing, because of covid.....!?! So you guys messed up, but I have to jump through hoops to do it again!?!

@IndiaPostOffice I do not understand how can you close the complaint without even enquiring? I am unable to reach Indian Post helpline number therefore I registered the complaint. I had posted a postcard from Hikkim postoffice to Lucknow Post Office 226016, but haven't recieved.

@PostOffice Thank you Ryan. I feel for the staff but n it's not acceptable and hasn't been since you closed down the post office proper. I can't speak for others but I'm in negotiations with Hermes and DPD now as a result. All the best

You can take the teacher out of the school but habits run deep. In the queue at the @PostOffice and an incredibly rude man starts verbally abusing the staff. Reprimanded him before I remembered where I was. Not always sensible but hopefully he will think twice before repeating.

@carteblanchetv #CarteBlanche Why did @DerekWatts fail to grill - really grill! - that giant @PostOffice CEO to pin her down on parcel delivery? The PO cannot even get ordinary letters, accounts etc. delivered on time. Weeks & months late is the norm. Same day is impossible!
