  @RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

  I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

  @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

  @PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

  @PostOffice terrible service from your Norwood Post office in Sheffield. Refused change on a business account because HSBC don’t use a change giving card!! Showed the post office your website that clearly says HSBC BUSINESS CUSTOMERS TO USE BANK DEPOSIT CARD but still got refused

  @USPSHelp It seems recently that the most the @USPS delivers is rubber bands; the mails are slow. Indeed March 2020 I applied for a passport renewal at a local #PostOffice, had it duly sent in, got the expd one back but never the new one. @StateDept

  @WHSmith on the other hand blocked every single aisle so I physically couldn’t get my buggy through the store (@PostOffice was in the back) and were super rude when I moved something to make way. Incidentally wheelchairs would also not fit and pretty sure that’s a requirement…

  @PrettyBubbles65 @RoyalMail @PostOffice I paid for a premium service to my Son in Ireland, left the NW, to London, to Paris....lost.....wait 30 days before you are allowed to claim, 28 days later it arrived. I tried to claim the premium back..."but we did deliver it" wankers

  @PostOffice I’m disabled with a broken back Broadband my link to the world & help when I’m unable to move. My internet has gone down past 2 Saturdays & it drops in & out every day. I can’t get any help & costs me money I can't spare to use my phone as a hotspot. I’m leaving asap

  @Stayathomemum6 @lolwestinghouse I went on line to get a new passport for my 15 yo, applied on the 12th May, got it by the 28th May, really easy service and cheaper than postoffice.

  Get an email from PlayStation support @AskPS_UK saying they haven't received my faulty #PS5 controller. Not sure why they're emailing me and not @RoyalMail, as they have my confirmation of posting from the @PostOffice. This has taken so long to get sorted.

  @IndiaPostOffice @cpmgup Is there anyway we can file a complain Pin Code:226020. The postman never delivers anything, from pan card to books or Passport nothing urgent gets delivered. Everytime we have to reach to postoffice run 10times call and then we get our stuff.
