@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@FUTMilkydinho Been Trying to return the ones I got first, but their to big to fit in the slot and they want me to pay extra for postage and I’m not willing to so kinda stuck atm 😒 sort it out @PostOffice terrible service!

Hi @PostOffice - it is now some 10 days since regular mail has been delivered in our patch of Sydenham Hill. Realise there are pandemic related staff absences and it is Xmas but would be nice to have service back. We miss you. @helenhayes_

@AmazonHelp yes, my tracking updates said that it was delivered in my mailbox yesterday afternoon but it wasn’t. don’t think it was an issue on your end, but rather my postoffice lost the package/put it in the wrong mailbox & they said i might have to request a replacement. pain.

Remember folks. If you're sending Christmas Cards remember the, Post Code, especially in Glasgow. It's hard to imagine the amount of Gift Vouchers & Cash that never finds the people it was intended for. So what happens to non-delivered Mail? @PostOffice

Can I clarify whether I can cash in cheques at the post office? I went into my local one the other day and they said it’s not a service you provide, but TSB said you should. @PostOffice

Had a Warfarin blood test done 5 day ago at PRH still no dosage card back from @sathwarfarinclinic rang them and they say @PostOffice are having trouble delivering post so have to wait for it to arrive , but I need a date for further test and need card, worried .

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Ok but it's only going from Hartlepool to York I should've taken the day off work & hand delivered it It would've been quicker & cheaper I rely on this extra money - especially given this time of year, damage to our house from the storm & our cat getting attacked by a dog
