@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Had the worst experience at @PostOffice Dagenham Heathway just now. I’m fuming. I had on my face mask (as I should due to COVID) and said ‘huh’ to one of the employees because I couldn’t hear him. He responded with ‘open your mouth and tell me you can’t hear me. What is ‘huh’ .

@RoyalMailHelp i disagree I looked online for a parcel that weighed 1.2kg and was quoted nearly £14 where I went to the postoffice and was charged just £6 so please explain that my issue is that the app limits what options you are offered that's unfair

What a joke @PostOffice are, in line for 20 minutes to renew a driving licence only to be told machine broken. Only post office with it within 15 mile. #notfitforpurpose
