@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp You are useless. Apparently a member of our local fb page got in touch with Barnsley sorting office. They said they didn't know there was a problem??? Something is amiss...I don't care whos department it is...stop passing the buck....it needs investigating!

The @USPSHelp is the only carrier that will scan your package & never actually deliver/leave it. Then you can NEVER get someone on the phone & when you do, all they say is file a claim, I have 11,780 claims on file.🙄....Y'all have to do better #postoffice

Never get @postoffice broadband or telephone their customer service is nonexistent. And 2.5 megabytes download speed is absolutely abismal eveb before the current fiasco

@OversightDems and @SpeakerPelosi I don't think @usps has undone election damage. I mailed Christmas gifts on December 17th. They still have not arrived. My postal parcel store tells USPS says they are working on December 8th and 9th. Untenable. #postoffice #saveUSPS
