@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice Abergavenny counter staff must be given the biggest jobs worth award possible ! Talk about UNHELPFUL! They talk to you like your an idiot, are must unhelpful and look at you as if you’ve crawled out from under a rock! Disgusting service.

Never click a link in a text. Ever. You're then real & will further target you. If you miss a Royal Mail parcel you'll have the wee card...

A FORTNIGHT to go before @PostOffice close down our wonderful PO. After that, there will be nowhere on the iconic cobbled #Haworth Main St to get cash, for the shops to get change, for parcels to be posted, for the elderly to get their pensions and a friendly chat.

@eves_sarah @PostOffice In fairness, it isn't the branches fault that Post Office Ltd provide IT equipment that just isn't fit for purpose... For more info, look into the Horizon IT fiasco, many of the issues raised still crop up because the equipment STILL isn't suitable for the job

Thank you @hsrltrafficps .. today there was a cop regulating U turn traffic at Doddakkannelli towards Carmelaram Postoffice which avoided merging traffic. People waited but traffic was smoothest today at this point which used to be mess everyday.adding signal can help.
