    @RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

    I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

    @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

    It a big que on service delivery of postoffice.For reissue of duplicate passbook,first thy ask for lodge FIR then we will issue passbook after getting FIR.when getting the same and submitted for issue passbook they asked to keep it yourself and come after 30days.@IndiaPostOffice

    @PostOffice Thanks. I’ve already done this but no one has got back to me. I also sent an email to customer care and have not had a reply. Post office staff unable to help either. Very frustrating as it was their mistake any I’m £81 out of pocket!

    Anyone got a clue when @RoyalMail are gonna get their **** together to allow international parcels from @PostOffice? Yes I know you can buy online, but I have shitloads to send and the system is ****.

    @SkyTedTravels @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice I asked in the post office last week and was told that I have to print the postage labels at home, then I can hand the parcel in at the P.O. and get a receipt. But that means lugging the parcels into the p.o. to weigh them first, then home to print labels, then back to p.o. HELP!

    @PostOfficeIndia My sister said she received good service at Chandigarh sector 17 postoffice and the employee were friendly and supportive. But I regret to inform that due to mal function in the department had tarnished reputation and credibility of the department.

    .@RoyalMailHelp private customer wishing to post to USA int. tracked & signed. Will @PostOffice confirm borderline letter/parcel size for me as seems only option is purchase online which I'm not keen to do. As I have to self print label is ink jet up to the job?

    @TankerTimelapse @PostOffice We have lost at least 6 rural post offices in recent years. Just before Christmas we lost the one in a pretty sizeable town. There are rumours they will get something back in the Coop, but it’s left a lot of people without a basic service
