We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

Sandra Tizzard (@sandratizzard) reported@gospeloak8 @read292 Evidence from the Fujitsu side this week points to @PostOffice never approaching them for evidence, audit trail and process to obtain policy that POL was under contract to ensure was in place by themselves. Deliberate persecution of those they undoubtedly knew could be innocent.

It is not right that the Spmr’s private retail business subsidises offering PO services. Perhaps you need to visit rural branches and get a more realistic picture.

A lazy IB with no quest for truth, or a legal team under orders to protect the Brand, at expense of own integrity
