@PostOffice @RoyalMail Maybe training your staff correctly and allowing extra staff when it's busy would be a good start. The amount of times I have had to help your staff do their job when collecting mail is bordering on having a second job!

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Well, how's that going? Our Post Office only has 1 counter open out of 5. The self checkouts are never open and your lucky if there's 2 members of staff in there!! Last time I went in there was 15 of us in the queue with 1 person behind the counter!! I gave up after 30 minutes

@Blacktowergirl @PostOffice @RoyalMail Yes but the post office needs to know what's inside to provide the correct service for the value of the item. I work for Royal Mail and you would not believe what customers actual post and is prohibited.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Can your main resolution be to take payment for envelopes, wine gums and newspapers at the Post Office counter? I’m sure that some IT wizard could come up with a POS system that allows dual functionality.
