I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice So, cutting through the bull, it's closed for the foreseeable future, even though you've already closed the only other local one in Bockhanger months ago. What a crap service of late! With a car, it will take me an hour round trip to visit a Post Office now. Useless service.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail @WHSmith Frequent issue - we had only just spotted the sign in the window saying that it was shutting at 2pm, so rushed to get the post down and joined the queue at 1.30pm. 30min wait-we have customers paying for a next day service! Hence why we use Special Delivery

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Yes,I will claim a refund again.And I suggest there has to be a systemic error somewhere between Post Office and Royal company on how they deal with received letters from customers.And the extra documents required to fill in for each abroad letter could cause the problem as well.

@MarutiCourier such a pathetic service. Customer care will answer the call and immediately disconnect. I have never seen such irresponsible and pathetic service. PostOffice is way better that this courier service.

Also this week. @PostOffice and @VeoliaUK vans in disabled spaces. Totally unacceptable. I won’t be accepting deliveries or service from anyone that blocks the pavement or highway, and urge you to do the same. 2/2

@PostOffice Kennington, Ashford, Kent Post Office on Faversham Road never seems to be open lately. The latest excuse is a piece of paper on the door claiming they're waiting for an engineer to fix a "system fault". It's locked and the lights are off. It's been like this for days.

@wmtucker @PostOffice What’s going on there & at many many PO’s is that Post Office Ltd aren’t paying us enough for us to be able to afford to staff our PO’s; more than one member of staff & it’s costing either our retail side or us personally. An awful Catch 22 situation.

@PostOffice "System Issue". I wish I could give my customers a 5-7 day fix time for their" IT system". I live in the real world though, not Post Office incompetence World. No doubt they'll only open some afternoons again, even when fixed.
