@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

Hey @PostOffice, Jackie just visited your branch in the @midcountiescoop in Stourport. They abruptly refused to give proof of postage as they "don't offer that service". Is this the case as we've had no other issues anywhere else? They were quite rude, which is a real shame. Rich

@passportwaiting (1/2)Used @PostOffice Digital & Send (Chesser, Edinburgh) for 2 child renewals. PO clerk put: HER name as applicant, relationship to child 'post office clerk's, my DOB wrong on 1, date of issue&exp wrong on the other. 31 days of calls/emails before told to resubmit all on paper

I want to make a complaint against pathetic Service by Hayathnagar Postoffice 501505. @IndiaPostOffice , Updating incorrect information in Tracking ID and neglecting their duties and sending the packages back has become common for them. Need a stern action to be taken and (1/n)
