Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Ben Dawson (@awesomedawson1_) reported@PostOffice hi I tried cashing a cheque in at my local post office but they said they don’t let you put cheques in or anything from DVLA. Can I ask if this is true or not? He said small post offices don’t offer that kind of service but my bank advised any post office accepts it?

Vivian Viden (@BlanketParsnip) reported@PostOffice Contacted PO via email. Response was that it was a Royal Mail issue. I knew it WAS a PO issue & told the PO customer service this. As a professional company, what action are you going to take to stop this ridiculous practice at Atkyns Road PO? Check his reviews on Google too.
