I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@jjfox123 @PostOffice @WhitchurchHants It was true (see photo). I asked today about it when I went in again. The person said it was suspended due to the mutated Covid outbreak. They said they would now take down the signs.

@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

@PostOffice *sale. 140 Walton Road, KT8. I go in there often and am very pleasant but am met by such awful customer service by the older lady who works there.

@Karishamgrover @PostOffice You have a horrible attitude towards post office staff! With queues like this in the middle of a pandemic how often do you think the staff are able to even wash their hands? Post office staff are people not robots and the post offices are busier than ever, try being kind.

@Karishamgrover @PostOffice It's a regular problem with a lot of post offices but it's not the fault of the staff that work there that they don't have enough employees to help with the queues. Retraining won't help when people come in with large amounts of parcels of need to use a service that takes time.

@PostOffice OK well this is a problem because even royalmail argued they couldn't take them, and more importantly the PO branch didn't tell me this, they said there was a barcode error. So confusing who's job it is when you follow website instruction on posting!
