@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Many Thanks - have tweeted as customer services weren't too bothered or concerned when we raised the issue yesterday.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice Thank you Stephen, the problem is, that the staff member entered a sort code for Santander (who I have never banked with). Do you suggest I contact Santander, NatWest or the issuer of the cheque (HMRC)?

@PostOffice Nah I'm not getting them in trouble and telling you. It's not the fault of the staff here. You need to staff adequately on what is clearly a busy day.

@PostOffice Half the time there are managers and other staff members wandering around but no one ever jumps on to help out so the cashier actually working gets all the heat from annoyed customers and it’s not fair. And it’s a Saturday, 1 staff member is insufficient

@Leighlines @PostOffice @ShelfordMark It's a security camera, same as what are used on construction sites. When active the camera will send an alarm signal when it sees movement. I'm guessing that this camera is inactive during opening hours and activated when closing up on an evening. Nothing to worry about.

@Pun_Tweets @iAsura_ @narendramodi Go to any digital service centre they will do it in minutes . Even many shops those sell sim cards provide that service. Will charge 50-100 rs. They need to have that biometric machine. Postoffice guys hardly ever come as usual.
