@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice I read the leaflet a staff member gave me. I can post it across the Irish Sea to Scotland or England but not 100miles down to Dublin. Very frustrating.

@PostOffice Ok thanks . It would be so much easier / quicker if the auto machines were not broken. FYI The post office website may say it is closed on Sunday but it was open around 10.30 am yesterday and the Sunday before. It’s a post office within WHSmith in Harpenden .herts.
