Cressida Ford (@CressidaFord) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

Nobody is forcing them to be there. I paid for the service and the least I expect is a hi and a thank you for keeping that business going.

Both can implement better queue management! You obviously need to spend less time on social media and more aware of social issues!

I went to the same branch of the post office on Friday at 5pm and it was the same ******* ****. I saw 2 members of staff and a queue of 20 people and this post office have space for 4 members of staff.

We are now told we cannot locate them and our customers are chasing us daily very unhappy! We’re really disappointed with this service and would love a resolution
