Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

They talk to you like your an idiot, are must unhelpful and look at you as if you’ve crawled out from under a rock! Disgusting service.

The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

New Kent is the Home of the First, First Lady, Martha Washington and the First Lady to John Tyler, Leticia. Also home of the original White House and Church where George and Martha married. ZERO post offices named after them!!!! Sick of the erasure of history!
