@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Is there a particular reason that your branch on Cheltenham High Street never has the self service machines on? It would help massively with the huge queues and clearly stretched and stressed staff!

@PostOffice Great. Yes thanks to your response that’s now my understanding that the premium service is the only one offered unless the customer queries it. It just seems an odd way to serve a local #community as better value options that are equally fit for purpose are available #postoffice

Can you believe that we only left the @postoffice @MAPONYAMALL2 at 14:45...after we were help after so many hours we sat there. Their service is so bad bad bad. The kind of treatment and services we get as a Black Nation from these so called @PostofficeSa #MaponyaMall

@PostOffice your staff in the Coventry branch really need to get some customer service skills … they way the person was talking to customers was disgusting, Never mind mumbling something as I walked away from the counter.
