We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

Why would a backless dress make anyone feel uncomfortable? A bit of a non-response from @PostOffice - it doesn’t really answer any questions, nor does it make explicit, a stance on this.

Also, an employer can, within reason dictate what is or isn’t deemed work attire. That outfit doesn’t bother me but may be too risqué for others. Similarly the BMW E39 engine problems all seem to be clustered in the North also? They blamed it on the chemicals in fuel didnt affect rest of UK or Europe!.
