  @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

  @PostOffice Abergavenny counter staff must be given the biggest jobs worth award possible ! Talk about UNHELPFUL! They talk to you like your an idiot, are must unhelpful and look at you as if you’ve crawled out from under a rock! Disgusting service.

  I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

  @RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

  @PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

  @PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

  @PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

  @leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

  Drop and go is supposed to make your service easier. This is why people like their local branches, cos the staff there actually help. Having to leave Newcastle and head home with all my post, all while looking after my 1 year old daughter! 😡 @PostOffice #postoffice #royalmail

  @PostOffice Can you please do something to sort out the lack of staff and consequent poor service at Sutton Post Office. 40 minutes to return a parcel! Staff doing their best but they need help.

  Try to get new V5C using @DVLAgovuk online system, I never got a new on when I got my car, suspect a form got lost in the post. It won't let me. Phone them up, they tell me to go to @postoffice they will sort me out. Wifey there tells me there's nothing she can do to help. 1/2

  What an absolute scam the @PostOffice is now. Order a parcel that can fit through the letterbox bu I wasn't in so they take it away again and 1.20 charge to redeliver 4 days later. What happened to just collecting it from the post office? A simple solution that worked.
