@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@gouldina @PostOffice OK, they can't really store your card number unless it is on a PCIDSS audited system....or they have **** systems that don't actually interact with the back end....or they don't trust either as a form of ID&V.

@PostOffice @crowmogh We don't have a post office in Wellington town centre & closest PO is not accessible. 15,000 people & more houses being built. 12 mile round trip by car to a PO I can get into. Privatisation hasn't made a single service more efficient, better value or increased public good.

@PostOffice I am in the Wickford Williwdale post office and she is a still refusing to give me a proof of posting on two items that I have to post. I have raised this complaint over a week ago. Why are you still allowing the manager to not give a proof of posting?

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Yes, can you help @PostOffice and let me know why I'm questioned every time I send a large letter? When what I send is clearly a large letter. But now if 'its snags in any way' through the template, it's a small parcel. When it clearly isn't! Conning the public again.

@Safa_a_h @PostOffice My main post office closed (Darlington) and the local WHSmith picked up the work. Whilst the service is open more days per week, having ONE person on the counter is not in anywhere enough, and we need to have QR scanning capacity at the self service area. Would help the queues.
