    1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

    Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

    2/2 you then suggest get cash out, you’ve shut all the branches? Also no one takes cash anymore. You then suggest using my other accounts with you - that I have no cards for. So how do I pay for food? Absolutely disgusting service and I will be leaving @santanderuk

    Hey @santanderuk don’t you think it’s a bit ridiculous to send me out of your app app to sign up for your new rewards scheme and then ask for card details+CVV when you know who I am anyway as I came from your app. Do you not trust your own apps security or just terrible design?

    @santanderuk can I ask what is the point of asking me 20 questions about whether I’m comfortable about a payment for me to answer yes to each one, with ID verification & then you block said payment and lock me out of my account?! Then when I try and call your lines are shut! 👏🏼😒

    @santanderuk I have a problem with the Santander app on Android 12. Everything works except pay. When I click pay, it says "opps something went wrong". Reinstall does not fix. Data or WiFi same problem. How do I contact support for the app?
