Only then swift help, even group comp BBL now causes serious acct freeze disruptions on missed due dil. Anything else but bounce back 4 sant biz clients

Chris (@owyeschris) reported@santanderuk I closed an account two years ago only to notice that it is still open? Calls are recorded so I know I was told the account was closed. I don’t even bank with you and just called up again to cancel it. 25 minutes later you just cut the call off? Ridiculous service!
