    1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I canโ€™t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

    @santanderuk I've had 2 payments of ยฃ17.99 taken from my account for an X-box live subscription. I Havn't signed up for this. I've got nowhere with Microsoft & PayPal whilst trying to resolve this. Can you help?

    @santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

    2/2 you then suggest get cash out, youโ€™ve shut all the branches? Also no one takes cash anymore. You then suggest using my other accounts with you - that I have no cards for. So how do I pay for food? Absolutely disgusting service and I will be leaving @santanderuk

    Already a @santanderuk customer yet to open a bus account I have to speak to someone on the phone then make an appointment for another phone call then make another appointment to see business manager in person miles away because you closed my branch Out of date and out of touch

    @Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing ยฃ2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made. So this is incredibly bad customer service on their end - mental. @Santanderuk - I have an account with you guys: please clarify this.

    @santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account

    @santanderuk Prevent me from getting access to my money. That youโ€™d prevent my DDโ€™a and bills from being paid. No attempt whatsoever to inform me what was happening with my account. No attempt to confirm Receipt of the emails telling my wife that my account would be blocked for no reason.

    @bancosantander @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Opened a Spanish account online non residential. And clearly stated British and passport etc All emails have been sent to me in Spanish. So I have no idea as I'm not ticking boxes that are in Spanish Awful customer service!
